Ash stayed quite almost like he was in shock or in disbelief of what I had just said.

"Come onnn, runaway with me." I repeated. He just stared at me and then looked down as if he was thinking about it.

"It'll just be me and you and we won't have to deal with my crazy parents." I continued.

"Adri..." Ash began. Oh no he is gonna say no. He's gonna say it's not a good idea.

"I just don't think that's a smart thing to do, I mean what if they report you're missing and if they do that will start a whole bunch of problems." He mentioned. He wasn't wrong tho.

"You're right, what about just for tonight and the day tomorrow? That way we will get to spend time together before I have to leave."

"I have an idea that we could do that won't take hours to get to." He smiled at me and grabbed my hand leaving his room.

It's been about two hours now and I was warming my feet up my the fire roasting a marshmallow cuddle next to Ash in a big blanket while listening to calming music.

"See this is perfect." Ash said squeezing me tight.

"Yeah, you were right we didn't have to go far to runaway." I laughed.

We were able to set up a pretty good size tent and made it really cozy with furry blankets and a couple pillows to fall asleep in tonight. I have to admit for him to do all of this just for me, just to make me feel a little bit better. I had to be one of the luckiest girls in the world right now.

"I brought you guys some more blankets, it's going to get cold tonight." Ash's mom said walking into the backyard towards us with some blankets in her arms.

Yes, we are in Ash's backyard.

It's not really running away but we can pretend for one night.

"I'm only agreeing to you guys not going to school tomorrow because Adrianna is leaving Saturday.

"Thank you Talia." I smiled at Ash's mom. She eventually walked away leaving me and Ash in silence.

"My dad would've loved you." Ash spoke. I don't know why but him saying that made my heart feel warm and kind of made me feel special.

"You think so?" I smiled at him.

"Definitely." He said kissing the top of my head.

I put my now half burnt marshmallow between some chocolate and two gram crackers. I bit into it and I couldn't help but laugh a little at how messy it was. Ash took the other half that was in my hand and ate that. We both started laughing when i had marshmallow all over my face.

We ended up in the tent a little later continuing talking. Laying down Ash held my face with one of his hands and slowly brought my lips to his. Kissing him filled my stomach with butterflies. He made me so happy they're aren't enough words to describe it.

"You're so perfect, you have no idea." He whispered to me.

His hand left my face making it's way to my hip pulling me closer to him. I wrapped my leg around his torso straddling him now as we started grinding together. He quickly pushed me off of him in shock almost.

"Sorry, I just don't want to go to far." He said and I started to think that he thought I was gross or something but he quickly started talking again.

"I mean I do just I mean you're a, you know, and I just want it to be special for you and I." He was rambling at this point so I quickly cut him off.

"I know, it's okay." I smiled and kissed him one last time before laying my head down and cuddled with him again.

Ash's P.O.V

The next day after waking up to Adri's beautiful face and cleaning up the tent mess from last night we ended up at the mall around noon. I wanted to get Adri a few things before she left even though she is refusing to let me buy her anything. I was able to sneak a couple small things a pay for them without her noticing. I made it seem like I was buying sweats for myself so she wouldn't know.

Walking around more I could see other guys check Adri out as her hands are intertwined with mine. It made me want to be possessive and pull her closer to me but she wasn't paying attention to them so I shouldn't either.

"Ooohh let's go in the photo booth!"  She said pulling me closer to it.

"No that's so cheesy."

"Oh describes you perfectly." She said laughing while we squeeze in the photo booth. I placed her on my lap so it would be easier to get in the shot. Or so she thought I imagined winking in my head. She is right, I am cheesy.

The first pictures we smiled, the second one we stuck out our tongues, the third one we looked at each other while I tucked her hair behind her ear and the last one we kissed.

Getting out of the photo booth we grabbed the pictures and I couldn't stop smiling thinking about how lucky I was to have her but then started thinking about her meeting someone else in New York. For some reason it changed my entire mood for the day and I couldn't help but be annoyed about the thought.

Adrianna's P.O.V

One thing I know about Ash is that he is terrible at hiding his emotions and I can easily tell that he is acting differently just after looking at the pictures. I could feel the tension in the air and I was so confused on what had made me mad.

"Ash." I began.

"I'm fine Adrianna, let's go." I was shocked that he said my full name. I almost didn't like hearing it come out of his mouth, what happened to baby or Adri? It was like I did something wrong and he was using my full name to let me know.

Getting back to his house I changed and watch some tv with him. He was still quite. I held the photo booth picture in my hand and sat it down on the coffee table.

"Ash what's wrong? He didn't answer.

"Baby?" I questioned and he turned his head to me.

"I feel like you're going to meet someone else in New York and forget about me. I'm finally happy and the only thing that makes me happy is literally getting ripped away from me and I can't do anything about it."

"I'm not going to because no matter where I am in this world, I'll always come back to you." I said scooting closer to him on the couch and laying my head on his shoulder.

"You think so?"

"I know so Ash." He pulled me closer and kissed me on the lips.

"It's going to be so weird without you here."

"It's going to be even weirder not being here."

"Your family has literally become mine and I know I'm going to feel lost living with my dad and his little girlfriend."

"Maybe if you cause problems there, they won't have any choice but to send you back here?" Ash said jokingly.

"That's actually not a bad idea."

"Adri."

"No I'm serious, what if I act so terrible that they literally have no choice to let me come back. But then again my parents are crazy and they'll probably send me to boarding school." I said rolling my eyes.

"We'll figure something out baby."

The day had gone by pretty fast and so I decided I needed to go upstairs and get ready for bed.

Walking up to Ash's room about to grab some clothes that were laying on his bed I couldn't help but noticed the light on in my old room and see movement.

As I looked more I noticed there was a very tan girl around my age with short wavy black hair.

"What the hell." I began. It looked like she was unpacking. I quickly turned around as fast as I could and ran to Ash's front door.

"Adri what the hell?" Ash ran after me.

Getting outside my heart sank. There was a moving trunk and a sign on my front lawn that said SOLD. I didn't know what to think except that this meant my family has for good torn apart and it was never going to be the same.

I noticed Ash next to me staring at the house probably feeling sorry for me until I noticed he wasn't staring at the house but the girl that was walking out of the house. The same girl I saw unpacking in my own room. My heart sunk has she looked at Ash and smiled. I looked between them both and they hadn't looked away from each other.

All of the sudden she came walking over to us and I wanted to run away but I couldn't, I was frozen.

"Hi." She said as she was now standing in front of us. I didn't say anything and turn towards Ash.

"Hey, new in town?" He replied.

"Yeah, just moved here from Florida, I'm guessing you guys are my new neighbors?"

"I'm not, he is." I replied dry.

"Oh well I'm Rumor." She smiled looking at Ash.

"I'm Adrianna." I said bringing her attention towards me.

"And this is my boyfriend Ash." I gave her a fake smile. For some reason I already didn't like her and I knew it wasn't because of her but because of the way Ash reacted when he saw her. It kind of hurt. It made me really ... jealous.

"Oh boyfriend?" She said looking kind of disappointed.

"Uh yeah, this use to be my girlfriends house but she has to move to New York."

"Oh New York? That's so cool." She said smiling.

Cool? It's not cool. Hoe is it cool? She is probably only smiling at that so she could get at Ash when I'm gone. I wanted to cry at the thought.

"Well I'm having a Halloween party Friday night if you wanna come?" Ash mentioned.

Why the hell would he invite her. I blame this all on my parents. If they were still together then this girl rumor would've never had a chance to move in right next door to Ash and she wouldn't feel like a threat.

"Yeah that sounds fun, I'll be able to meet new kids before I start school." She smiled.

I wanted to smack that smile right off her face.

I wanted to cry.

I wanted my house back.

I didn't want to leave.

"Well I'll see you around Ash." She waved him goodbye.

I knew it. I knew she wanted him.

"I'll see you around Adrianna." She continued and waved goodbye to me as well.

Shit. She is nice. I hate her but I hated Ash even more at this moment.

I wish we actually ran away together.
