Maka peaked at Soul while she was curled into a ball with tears still running down her face.

"I never intended for you to read it...I don't even know how you read it..." said Maka hesitantly, "God I just ruined our partnership...".

"Ruin or partnership?...Maka what are you saying" Soul said confusingly.

"I'm just trying to be honest...I-" Maka said as a fresh new set of tears rolled down her cheeks.

"Maka listen to me..." Soul said with a calm tone in his voice.

Maka ignored him not wanting to say anything else she'd regret. Maka wanted to talk to Soul but didn't have the courage. She felt weak...weaker than any battle she had come across.

"Maka..." said Soul as he fixed his gaze upon the curled up meister.

Maka looked at Soul even though her eyes were red and puffy from crying. She sniffled and tried to raise her voice.

"I don't need your pity you don't have to feel sorry for me..." Maka managed to speak out.

"No! You're wrong!" Soul raised his voice as he slammed his fist on the coffee table.

Maka jumped from Soul's words.

"Maka Albarn! Your not wrong to tell your feelings about me! Your human you make mistakes! So what if you have flaws and dreams! That's what makes you cool Maka!
