She sighed softly locking the house before walking away to another direction.

It's been over three weeks since y/n have been living alone. For sure it had been very hard for her since her nightmares have been there every night, plus her negative thoughts were helping at all to her anxiety.

She was given a new phone by her guards that was provided by Jungkook since he didn't want anyone to track her down. The phone only had jungkook's number in it. But of course she never called him, nor did she ever received a call from him.

She was strictly ordered by jungkook to only call her if there is an emergency, or else his enemies would find ways to track her information down.

She couldn't complain though. She trust jungkook to at least protect her and keep her safe as he had promised her to do so.

She breathed out heavily as she was getting anxious but decided to just step in through the door and walk to the owner of the cafe.

She found an part time job in a cafe in the meantime. She had seen her bodyguards around her always in normal dress up to not be suspicious and that was completely okay with y/n since she understood that they were given a job to do.

"Oh you're here. Good morning" the owner, Mrs. Hwang said as y/n bowed to her and greeted her back with a small smile.

Y/n smiled as she greeted the staff she met on her way to her counter. She was working as a cashier at this cafe. Of course the counter was always empty before her. She worked on til evening.

'Don't worry. We're family and you're also going to be a part of the family from now on.' Mrs. Hwang said which was exactly true. Everyone treated y/n extremely nicely.

The days passed as she excellently did the work on her first day of the job. She calmed down through out the day as she proceeded to work normally after sometime as her anxiety faded.

She was new to this work, it was normal for her to be anxious. But she was glad that she was able to work fine after some days of practice.

The cafe was busy at one time and normal at another time. The work wasn't too hard for her since she was a fast learner.

Though jungkook had been sending her money every weekend for her personal expenses and for the household expenses, but she just decided to not use too much of money and save it.

Also her job paid her salary every weekend as well since she wasn't sure for how long she was going to live in busan. Therefore she decided to use the money her job paid her and saved the one jungkook sent to her.

Time passed as it was now evening and her shift was almost over.

"You can go back home now. It's getting dark." Spoke the cafe owner as y/n bowed and smiled at her.

"Okay madam. I'll leave now. Have a good evening." She spoke softly before getting all her stuff and walking out of the cafe.

She started walking back to the house as she looked around the streets smiling beautifully. Her current home wasn't far away from the cafe. She made sure to find a job that wasn't too far from the house.

Of course this time as well she had her bodyguards around her. She chortled a little seeing how strict and aware they were always because of their job.

Of course they lived in the house right next to hers. It wasn't surprising but a little amusing. But she decided to not think much over that since that's how they were able to do their job perfectly.

She walked inside the house as she opened the door and closed it behind.

The house wasn't very big. It was rather small and cute. But it was big enough for one person to live alone in there. Resulting in her feeling a little lonely whenever she was inside.

She walked to the kitchen, getting vegetables from the kitchen and started cooking dinner for herself.

There had been sometimes where y/n had sent food for her bodyguards, to thank them. Though he denied but she insisted, leaving them no choice but to accept the food.

She did it as normal neighbours since she didn't want anyone to think of anything suspicious as well.

She sat on the couch once her meal was prepared as she locked the door from inside and turned on the television.

She ate her food as she watched television. It wasn't bad being alone. But she had been worried about jungkook. And worried about him being angry at her still.

Though she waited for jungkook everyday. It was hard for her. It was as if the scenarios her mind had created for her were coming true about Jungkook slipping away from her forever.
She scared if one day she would die right in this house and jungkook would never come back to her.

She needed him. She wanted him. She craved for him. Craved for his assurance for him never leaving her. Craved for the sweet words he spoke every night to her. Craved for his arms around her every morning she woke up beside him. Craved for him checking up on her eating or not. Craved for him planting soft pecks on her forehead at the most unusual and unexpected time. Craved for his rough hand's soft caress on her hairs. Craved for his soft, small smile as he looked at her.

Yet there was nothing but her. No one but her. It wasn't fun being alone.

There were nights where she cried alone because of her nightmares. Nights where she almost called jungkook, but stopped herself from doing so. She feared him. She was fearing him. Unknowingly she has grown a doubt in her heart if jungkook even missed her for at least one time in a day. If he had ever wanted to hold his hand just as she did.

She had no answers. Though her conscious mind kept telling her a no, but she wanted to believe him.

Her hopes were dying down with the day passing. She had asked her bodyguards if jungkook and everyone at the house was okay, which they replied with a positive yes.

But she wasn't satisfied of course. She hadn't seen him herself. That was making her heart restless.

Her heart. Her heart that she left to him when she left the house, even for a temporary, short time. She wished he could get her, so she could feel her heart beat again. She wished he could hold her safe and warmly once again just like he did at those time where she felt at her lowest point.

She didn't want her heart to die, as her brain did nothing good but betraying. She wished she could stop herself from taking everything negatively, but she ended up feeling weak everytime she tried doing so since she couldn't do it.

She turned off the television. Settling herself on the couch as she pulled the thin blanket over herself and laid down on the couch.

She hardly slept on the bed, she most slept on the couch as it was pretty comfortable too.

Soon the sleep took over her as she soundlessly slept on the spot.

"Y/n baby?" She heard a familiar voice as she opened her eyes and saw a figure by the door.

She rubbed her eyes as she got up from the couch walking toward the figure and furrowed her eyes before running toward him.

"J-jungkook" she whispered as she sniffled a little, with her head on his chest. Tears leaving her eyes, leaving big patches on his shirt.

She pulled back as she didn't felt his scent to be familiar. Though to her surprise he had wrapped his arms around her too tightly, making it impossible for her to pull out, "w-what are y-you doi-ng?" She spoke as fear started taking over her body.

"Baby girl. Are you missing your lover boy, hm?" Said the voice as y/n panicked.

'it isn't him. It isn't my jungkook' she shivered as her mind went blank.
