My pen's color expands on the paper as words and numbers fill the white paper with my notes. The darkness of the night caused to me switch on the lamp on my nightstand. The ink seems to be glowing under its yellow light. The heavenly music in my ears is being distracted by a loud thump; I turn around to find the origin. My angel's grin is infectious.

"What's going on?" My eyes travel into my room. A black bag rests on the floor next to Corbyn's feet. He sweeps me off of the bed winding me in his embrace.

"Remember when you asked me to bring some clothes?" My eyes widen.

"That's your clothes?" He nods and I land my lips above his. "No more leaving in the morning?"

"Or the night," He adds and a feeling of fullness and happiness erupts inside my heart.

"It will be like living together," I say wanting to see if the possibility scares him. Though, the angelic grin he gives me along with his twinkling eyes makes every single doubt of mine fade away, completely and utterly. He moves us to the bed, though, before I can sit on it, I utter.

"No, no, no, you need to put them in the dresser."

"It can wait,"

"They will need ironing later and I doubt you need how to iron," He rolls his eyes and after grabbing and unzipping the bag, he starts placing his clothes in my dresser.

My lips part in shock as I narrow my eyes following his movements. I bottle up a giggle and take the pile of shirts from his hands.

"I'll do that," I propose.

"It's not that..."

"My eyes hurt," I joke taking out the clothes he put and setting them on the mattress.

"What are you doing?" He asks frowning.

"I'm going to fold them in the right way. And maybe, you need to see me doing it. I don't think my eyes can take more of that," I purse my lips together not to laugh but he dashes at me throwing me in the bed. My laugher escapes swelling my room with its sound. Laying, I look up at his blue glowing eyes full of humor and the emotion that clenches all of me. I clear my throat as he smirks.

"Going somewhere?" He asks playfully yet his sensual tone makes me bite my bottom lip as a known feeling wash me over.

"I-I have work to...uhm..to do," I manage to say shuttering. His body is pressed against mine driving me insane with that flaming passion that crushes through me as his eyes are glowing.

"I don't think so,"

"We can't leave it like this," I wave my hand towards the mess on my bed as his scattered clothes are thrown on the floor as well.

"Oh, I think we can," He, slowly and achingly, leans down but when I think his lips will connect with mine, I sense them almost touching my skin. The somewhat contact brings fire on my flesh torturing my heart in the process. I feel his smirk as he continues caressing my skin without actually touching me. I try to suppress a moan of disappointment. I know he knows what he does to me.

"Corbyn," I whisper and my voice comes out even lower than I would want it to. He doesn't stop, though, a knock on the door halts his movements after a few seconds. He stands up heading to the door as I frown at the sudden abrupt.

"Can we talk for a second?" Jacob's voice makes Corbyn frown just before he closes the door behind him leaving me laying on the bed alone. Their murmuring right outside the door buzzes my ears while I fold my angel's clothes. I bring one of his black shirts to my nose and closing my eyelids, I let my mind remember all of the times that I felt that aroma takes me away; all the moments I felt safe, wanted and cherished while that scent was blanketing all of our moments.

My eyes move to my nightstand reminding me of what I have to do. It's my last day on the pill. I open the drawer deciding it's better if I take it now, and Corbyn will never find out. That was a decision I took and it would be better if he never knows about it. I take the white little bottle in my hands when the door flies open. I whirl around finding him.

"What are you doing?"

"Nothing," I murmur unclenching my fist and letting it fall back into the drawer. With my knee, I push it shut as Corbyn approaches me. His eyes are playfully glittering sending sparkles in my veins at the sight.

"What did Jacob want you?"

"You cleaned it up," He notices with a smirk when he wraps his arms around my waist. I nod looking up at his eyes that shine from the lamplight behind me. He leans down making my heart race and kisses me the opposite way I had assumed. His slow, tender, and devouring long kiss melts me against him as I lean towards his body. He doesn't rush it. He seems to want to fill time with sweet kisses that don't hide any sign of lust or a secretive intention under it; just angelic love.

His hands are framing my cheeks while his lips move against mine. He rests his forehead against mine as his lashes flutter revealing to me my favorite blue ocean eyes.

"I need to say something," I frown. I try to speak but he prevents me from doing so by placing his thumb upon my blazing lips creating butterflies in my stomach.

"When we fought at my house because you asked about my mother," He stops and memories of my anger resurface yet now, only love and empathy takes over everything else. "I told you things I shouldn't have,"

"Me too,"

"You were right,"

"So were you," I whisper.

"I wasn't. I was mad about you asking when I wanted to keep you away from those monsters because I knew they would use you just like they did yesterday with Maria, they would force you to go there manipulating you,"

"They didn't," I say bringing him back. The rage has returned hardening his eyes yet the softness returns when the back of his hand strokes my cheek.

"I'm sorry I called you weak," I gape up at him not believing the words that fell out of his lips. I try to speak but nothing comes out. "I shouldn't have told you that,"

"I am weak," I mutter shaking my head. His hands clasp my head as his eyes flaming eyes blaze pierce into mine.

"You're not,"

"I cry a lot,"

"I know," He smiles. "But after all this time, I know why." He brushes his nose against mine while my eyes stay glued to his; as if I'm lost in his complete mercy, trapped in his heavenly daze that I can't escape or walk away from.

"It's the way you are. Your dealing mechanism. You feel it all in its depth and let it out through your tears. That's not weakness, it's the way you cope with everything. You cry but you survive in the end. And deep down, I know that whatever I put you through, you will get out of it alive. And I love you for it,"

I haven't seen that sensible side of him before. He hadn't revealed to me that young boy who noticed every little detail about the girl who was crazily in love with him. His words find their way to my heart. I had been so angry and disappointed in myself when he called me weak 'cause I knew it was the truth.

"And that's why I am with you," He says making my eyes widen. The question I kept asking both of us is finally answered putting an end to my constant efforts. My lips part but he stops me.

"And I wouldn't have it any other way,"

I wouldn't either. I cry just like he shuts everything and everyone out, staying alone when he feels desperate and powerless. However, he let me in, and I don't think I have ever felt more grateful and cherished by anyone else. He's right; and that's how I know that whatever life will throw in our way, we will survive it. Together.

I gulp down the tears that melt my heart with love and happiness. My gaze falls to the floor not wanting him to see me crying again. I turn around but his arms don't allow me. I try not to give in but he raises my chin and our eyes attach. Surprise doesn't flicker through my blue sky.

"Are you sure you don't want to restate?" I ask as few tears run down. His fingertips catch them caressing my skin when a grin appears.

"No," I giggle at his reply.

"They are happy tears, I promise," His lips connect with mine. A few seconds pass until he tears away our lips causing me to pout. A smirk forms on the irresistible lips I just kissed.

"As much as I would love to keep doing that, we need to get ready,"

"Ready for what?"

"We're going to a party,"
