The taller woman was the one who woke up first. She instantly felt the arms where her head was lying and the warmth of the blanket wrapped over them although she doesn't know how the blanket found its way on their body.

The tingling erection in the back of her head signals the beginning of her hangover. Perhaps I should've stayed asleep a little bit longer, she thought. When her eyesight finally became clear after a few blinks,  she caught herself mesmerizing the other woman's bare beauty. Her calm breathing made Risa remembered how rapidly their heart was racing and the gasps they let out hours ago.

Risa couldn't believe she remembered all that happened after several shots of Bacardi and the blast she had with the smaller woman. She was wild.

Her lips formed a grin as she also remembers how her thoughts came to life within an hour, it took her one snap to satisfy her need and the other woman did not disappoint her. Risa looked around, the sun was rising and making its way through the window in this pink and purple-hued chamber. She then slowly moves her head and starts stretching her arms but still, her body is sore. Once she got out of the bed, not minding that she's bare naked, she took her skirt and pull out her phone from the pocket.

It's 5:15 am. Risa's phone flashed the unread messages from her staffs causing her to groan, realizing that she took an unannounced leave yesterday and just spent the night at the Revel in The Palace Bar and then slept with a stranger.

Ken: Ma'am, sabi po ng ibang staffs hindi ka po nagsabi na hindi ka papasok ngayon?

The message was sent yesterday at noon, the other messages were just about concerns that she didn't announce her sudden leave and when Risa was about to turn off her phone, one message caught her attention.

Renee: Sen. Ris, there's a source that you might be in the CNN morning news tomorrow concerning Sen. Amy Narcuz uploading a post of the new Bill giving credits only to herself.

Risa beamed upon reading the message so she immediately looks for the remote control of the TV, then heaved a sigh as she realized that the CNN news just started also. She quickly went to the bathroom and grab one white towel to cover up her body as she didn't want to remove the blanket wrapped on the other lady.

"Short after the 'Extended Solo Parent Welfare Act' became a senate bill. Senator Amy Narcuz posted a graphic on her Facebook page with her name and picture on it, indicating that she is the author of the Republic Act 11861." It was Pia on the screen, reporting the news about the issue including her own sister.

"The post reached many reactions but most of the netizens backlashed her and gave credits to Senator Risa Hontiveros saying that Senator Narcuz is spreading fake news and full of herself."

Risa couldn't contain herself and laughed as soon as she heard her sister say those last words, full of herself...

"Senator Amy Narcuz's post is true but it lacks content and as for the netizen's concern, Senator Risa Hontiveros is the Principal Author of the new Republic Act."

After that, Risa's lips formed a smile again. Little wins make her heart swells and despite of this issue, she's genuinely happy that the extended bill was finally authorized. Maraming single parents ang matutulungan nito. These tiny issues are nothing to Risa but she couldn't ignore how people appreciates her more now.

Risa then decided to open her phone to message her staffs that she woke up just in time to watch the news but she was taken aback when she read her staff's following messages.

‎Renee: Sen., may big news din pong ilalabas ang mga Zuarezs tungkol sa kaso po.‎

‎Ken: Sana naman umamin na si Mr. Antony Zuarez sa ginawa nya sa inaanak ni Sen. ‎

‎Renee: Hindi naman yun basta basta aamin, Ken. Let's just hope mabigyan ng justice si Ms. Nyssa.

The feeling that bombarded Risa for the whole month, occupied her again. Antony Zuarez is the son of the well-known Senate President, Miguel Zuarez. The thought of the two Zuarez made Risa shook her head.

Antony Zuarez abused his girlfriend, Nyssa Silveztre. Risa's godchild.

Flashbacks of Nyssa's bruises came into the taller woman's mind. Nyssa has been missing for 3 days when someone finally found her body, thankfully her heart is still beating but she's completely unconscious.

Risa has always been tough in many different situations, she's brave and capable of doing anything she wants to do. Women empowerment has been her advocacy ever since she started being an activist, she thinks of women highly more than any living things in this world.

That's Risa. She cares about everyone especially women, God knows she can fight dragons alone for women.

"Nyssa Silveztre, ex-girlfriend of Antony Zuarez is still in coma after a week of discovery of her body in the lake near the Zuarez's home. Antony Zuarez is the son of the Senate President, Miguel Zuarez and until now, Mr. Antony hasn't visited Ms. Nyssa in the Hospital." the broadcaster delivered.

"Putanginang gago," Risa shouted that made the sleeping lady awaken.

"What's with the loud news and loud cursing early in the morning?" the woman asked, still in her sleepy voice. Risa on the other hand was shocked, she completely forgot that there's someone sleeping in the bed and she wasn't alone.

As Risa moved nearer, she noticed that the other woman's eyes were still closed and she's still in the same position.

"It's the Zuarez's" this time, the taller woman spoke in a calm voice.

"Ah! the Zuarez and Silveztre's case?"

"Yes, those jerks,"

"How can you tell?"

"Because I've experienced it myself. They're both fucking jerks" Risa confessed.

"Hey! don't cuss," the other woman got herself seated because of the shock, making Risa close her eyes as the blanket fell, failing to cover the woman's breasts.

The lady in the bed gave out a light chuckle and tried to change the sensitive topic. "Para namang hindi mo nakita to kagabi, you enjoyed biting it, remember?" that's when Risa opened her eyes again, she instantly met the woman's gaze.

"Ang aga-aga ayaw mo akong nagmumura pero ikaw 'tong nang-aasar at nagbi-bring up ng sex topic," Risa found herself rolling her eyes to the woman.

"Sus, totoo naman,"

"Wrap the blanket around your body or mag bihis ka na,"

"What if hands mo nalang uli mag-wrap sa body ko?"

"What if itapon ko nalang damit mo sa bintana para hubu't hubad kang uuwi?" Risa stated that made the woman eyed her sharply.

Silence.

"Ano bang trabaho mo at umagang umaga ang sama ng gising mo?" the woman asked as she stood up, bare naked.

"Pangalan ko nga hindi ko binigay sayo, trabaho ko pa kaya?" the taller woman answered back with a question.

"Ikaw ha, kanina mo pa ako binabara," thoughts bombarded the smaller woman making herself feel dizzy.

"Pili ka nalang vebz. Topic; Politics side. Dilawan or red-tagger?"

"It's not about the color, it's about the people who can serve the people fair and squire." Risa answered, still confuse of what game they're playing.

"Topic; Abortion. Pro-life or pro-choice?"

"Pro-choice."

"Topic; Same sex marriage. Civil union or not at all."

"I just had sex with you last night and I'm an ally, therefore I'm for same sex union."

After the question and answer that occurred, the naked woman walking around started to nod. She took a step forward then caught Risa's jawline, she analyzed Risa's features while deriving the name that's been stuck at the very end of her tongue.

"Well, I'll be damned..."

"Did I just slept with a Senator?"

Both of the woman froze.

That's when Risa realized that they weren't playing game or anything, she got her answering every question. Goddamn, this woman.

"Breaking News: Senate President Miguel Zuarez announced he contacted one of the best lawyer to prove his son not guilty of anything regarding Nyssa Silveztre's case." the broadcaster caught Risa's attention so she removed the woman's hand on her jaw, irritatingly.

"I have contacted Attorney Leni Gerona for this case, walang solid evidence na may kinalaman ang anak ko sa kaso ni Nyssa. Attorney Gerona will take care of this." Miguel Zuarez, flashed in the screen.

"Aba, putangina." Risa heard, anong nangyari sa wag magmura sa umaga?

"Attorney Leonor 'Leni' Gerona is currently under the Public Attorney's Office..." the broadcaster continued the report but as soon as Risa saw the picture flashed in the screen with Atty. Leni Gerona below it. Risa immediately stood up, facing the other woman.

"Well, I'll be damned also."

"I just slept with Attorney Leni Gerona." Risa stated sharply.

"To be clear, hindi ko pa nakakausap yang si Zuarez." Leni broke the thickening silence but Risa just clenched her jaw.

"I swear, Senator Risa."

That was the first time Risa heard her name from someone she slept with. Yes, she doesn't give her name to those strangers she slept with since she started bar hopping. Yes, she's up to one night stand because she believes she'll never meet them again. But that belief ended awhile ago when Leni called her by her name.

Leni knew who she is, how she acts in bed or in politics and now, she's scared.

"I was with you, making out with you and screaming on top of my lungs because of how good you were in bed and I swear. Promise! peksman! mamatay man! hindi ko pa yan nakakausap si Zuarez," Leni started rumbling things, she's scared because of how Risa's gaze pierces through her body and makes her knees tremble.

Lord help me. Gago, anong gagawin ko?! Leni thought.

She felt exposed. Well, she is because she's naked and she's standing in front of the feistiest woman in the Senate but it's too late to follow Risa's command now, to put and wrap the blanket around her body.

"You better not accept the offer, Attorney." the taller woman finally spoke. The words the came out from Risa's mouth were very clear and it was delivered with authority.

Both of the women are terrified of each other.

Risa's scared because her identity was revealed and Leni might talk. She's overthinking that in just one fake news, her dreams could fall apart.

Meanwhile, Leni's scared too because of Risa. She knew something people don't; Risa's wild in bed just like how she is in politics. Perhaps it was really the liquors' fault that made both of them share a blast last night.

But undoubtedly, Leni wouldn't want to fight Risa.
