Chapter 15: Know

Taehyung was currently sleeping, and Jungkook was leaning on the headboard with Taehyung's head on his chest. Jungkook's left hand was caressing Taehyung's hair.

"You did a good job, don't worry, I'll fix everything for your company. Have a nice day, Taesha." Jungkook smirked and ended the call immediately.

Taehyung groans, he looked up at Jungkook as he heard what he just said.

"Who's that, Jungkook?" Taehyung asked and closed his eyes once again.

"No one, just take asleep now." Jungkook simply replied and pecked Taehyung's temple.

Taehyung just hums and fell into his deep slumber.

When the new day has come, Taehyung woke up, he stands up from the bed and went downstairs. He saw Jungkook sitting on a chair, in the dining room. He sat down in front of him.

"Good Morning, Taehyung." Jungkook beamed, smiling softly, and looked at Taehyung.

Taehyung looked at him emotionless and smirked bitterly.

"I see, you have a good morning, why? Is that because your plan was working?" Taehyung inquired and grabbed the utensils.

"Yeah, your right, my plans for my work, working properly." Jungkook snickered.

"Besides your work, what else you're planning?" Taehyung asked.

"Ah, having a trip in various countries? I still don't know yet." Jungkook retorted.

"How long are you going to lie? Do you know conscience?" Taehyung glared at him, gritting his teeth.

"I'm not lying when I told you, I want to have a trip I—" Jungkook's sentence cut off when Taehyung slammed the table.

"Stop your bullshit! I know you know what I mean! You've has been caught in a lie, you can't hide it anymore!" Taehyung yelled angrily.

Jungkook looked at him and chuckled.

"Well, yeah, you're right, my plan to ruin your parent's business was working properly." Jungkook smirked while his eyes were beaming.

"Why? Why are you doing this to me? You shouldn't marry me if you just want to ruin them!" Taehyung retorted clenching his jaw.

Jungkook held the wine glass, shaking it and tapping his finger on the glass.

"Your image makes my profile clean, having you make people around me think that I'm such a good person. You helped me a lot, Taehyung. They will think I'm such a good husband and they will forget what I did in the past just because of you." Jungkook grinned as he chugged the wine.

"Nice plan, Jeon, you really thought that person's life was just a game if you want to play with them, you'll make sure to succeed it, and you definitely enjoy it. If you felt bored, you'll surely lose the game." Taehyung growled.

"You're not stupid unlike your mom, she easily can play but you, you make me get interested in you. I love playing with you, Kim." Jungkook smiled innocently.

"Don't worry, I'll make you feel bored playing with me. Let's see how long you'll able to play me. Jeon." Taehyung sighed and eat his food.

"What are you trying to prove, Taehyung? You are in my trap, your mom needs me. Are you heartless? Do you want to see your mom suffering?" Jungkook inquired and grinned devilishly.

"If you want to play with me, then play only with me!" Taehyung responded annoyingly.

"That will be boring, I want to find your weakness, I want to find someone besides your mom, that'll be a fun game for me." Jungkook exclaimed.

"What else do you want?! Why aren't you satisfied that I'm here, in front of you, what else do you want?!" Taehyung yelled.

"Nothing, maybe love me." Jungkook replied.

"You want me to love you but you don't know what love is. Do you even know how to love yourself? If you do, you won't do this shit. Love yourself first, before you love someone." Taehyung groaned.

"I just know how to play and ruin you." Jungkook said.

"Hope you die!" Taehyunng snarled.

Taehyung stands up and threw the chair. He was about to leave but Jungkook has spoken.

"Ah, don't you try to escape from me. Or else, you won't able to see your lovely soulmate." Jungkook said which made Taehyung stops on his track.

"Wuh-what?" Taehyung asked and looked at him.

"He seems important to you, then, it would be a good idea, right, Taehyung?" Jungkook smirked.

"Jung--" Taehyung was cut off.

"It's your choice, leave me or he will leave you." Jungkook grinned while eating the beef.

Taehyung walked to Jungkook and knelt down in front of him.

"Please, not him, I'm sorry, I-I'm not planning on leaving you. Just please, don't do anything to him, I begging you." Taehyung cried.

Jungkook put down the utensils and cupped Taehyung's cheeks.

"You're so cute if that's what you want, then I'll grant it, but if you trick me, I'll kill him." Jungkook giggled

"I-I'm sorry." Taehyung sobbed.

"Shush, don't cry, you don't have to cry. Just be honest with me and I'll make sure everything will be fine between us." Jungkook snickered and put Taehyung on his lap.

Taehyung just bit his bottom lip, he starts to feel lost in Jungkook's game.

Jimin on the other hand, kind of felt something was wrong. His phone rang and answered it.

"Hyung, I'm sorry. I don't want to do this but for your safety, I will. You're the only person I trust, I don't want you to leave me. So I hope you understand. I'm sorry hyung." Taehyung cried.

"Taehyung, hey, what's happening? Are you alright? Hey, please talk to me, I'm willing to listen to you. Tell me what's wrong, and I'll help you." Jimin asked worriedly.

"Sorry." Taehyung simply replied and ended the call.

"Taehyung, hey, Taehyung!" Jimin yells but he was too late because Taehyung ended the calls.

Jimin hurriedly took his coat from his room and went out of his house. He just can't let Taehyung cry, he wants to help him. No matter what happened, he'll stay on Taehyung's side, that's what their promise to each other.
