Cross' POV:

Me and Epic were sitting by our dinner table, drinking some hot chocolate and eating gingerbread cookies. It was peaceful, something that was quite unusual in our house but not unwelcome.

''Hey Crossy?'' Epic spoke up after a moment.
''Hm?'' I humed to  show him I was listening.
''I... I want to give you your present Bruh.'' he said with a sweet smile.

''Oh? Sure, I could give you yours as well.'' I said as I returned the smile, I can't wait to give it to him.

''That would be awesome Bruh!'' he said in excitement.
''You go first.'' I said with a wide smile, as I rested my head on my hand.

''Okay, close your eyes for a moment Bruh.'' he said as he stood up.
''Alright?'' I said in confusion, but still complied.

I heard some shuffling that made me curious what it was but didn't dare to peak, I didn't want to ruin an surprise he made for me.

''Okay, you can open them now Bruh.'' Epic finally said. I smiled and opened my eyes and... I was met with shocking but pleasant sight.

Epic was kneeling on one knee, holding a silver ring with small purple gem in it.
''W-will you marry me Crossy?'' he asked with an cute stutter.

I teared up a bit from the overwhelming happiness that I felt.
''Yes!'' I said as I tackled him in a hug.

We both laughed before kissing each other softly, he then put the ring on my finger making me admire it.

''It's beautiful.'' I said breathlessly.
''Not as beautiful as you.'' he said as he kissed the top of my skull.
''Staph!'' I yelped in embarrassment.

''Now it's my turn to give you a gift.'' I said, feeling both excited and nervous.
''Yeah, I can't wait to see what it is Bruh.'' Epic said clearly excited.

I reached into my hoodie and pulled out a small flat box, wrapped in purple wrapping papper, with an black ribbon glued on it.

''It looks interesting.'' Epic said as I handed it to him. He carefully unwrapped it, inside was a simple carton box which he quickly opened, staring at what's inside.

''Surprise~!'' I said awkwardly.
''R-really?'' he asked as his eye light sparkled with pure joy.
''Really.'' I replied with a smile.
''I love you so much.'' he said as it was his turn to tackle me in a hug, dropping the box in the process.

''I love you too.'' I said before kissing him. The positive pregnancy test laying on the ground temporarily forgotten in the happiness it brought.
