After finishing dinner Ansh went to his room, while Avni got busy cleaning the kitchen. Ansh was waiting for Avni to come to the room. Throughout the day, he didn't get to spend a single minute alone time with Avni. He was missing her. His thoughts were full of her when he heard someone knocking the door. He was feeling lazy to get up and see who was knocking. "Come in." He shouted. "Avni.. Avni" He got up and sat on the bed when he heard Sakshi's voice. Sakshi came and stood near the foot of the bed.

"What do you want?" Ansh asked in an irritated tone. "Why are you getting irritated? It's not like I want something for you. I came here for Avni." "She is not here. Why are you looking for her?" "we are going to watch a movie. Don't you remember?" "I do remember you know ." "Then why are you asking?" "Let me ask you a question. Do you have a problem with me?" "Let see... let me think." Sakhsi started acting like she was thinking the problems she had with him. Suddenly a pillow came and hit her face. She got startled. "Bhaiya!!!" She screamed at a high pitch. Ansh quickly got up from his bed and covered Sakshi's mouth. "Yahh yahh yahh don't shout." Sakshi removed his hand and glared at him. "Why did you hit me?" "Because you are irritating." "What?" '"Nothing." Ansh sat down on the bed. Sakshi too sat down. Sakshi kept on looking at his brother who was looking lost in thoughts.

"Bhaiya?" "Hmm.." "Can I ask you something?" "What?" "I know it's not my place to ask you but did something happened during the new year?" "Why? Why do you ask?" Ansh gulped when he heard Sakshi's question. "Avni was not being herself and was trying to distance herself from you." Ansh sighed. "Yes. That night I had confessed about my past relationship. She got hurt after knowing about it. I didn't mean to hurt her. But I didn't want to start a relationship hiding my past." Ansh looked down when he remembered her hurting eyes. "I understand bhaiya. You did a good thing. If she would have got to know about it later. She would have gotten more hurt. It feels good to see both of you are happy." Ansh smiled hearing Sakshi's words.

"I am happy. You know I was not interested to get married. But When grandma told me that it's her wish to see me get me married, I agreed. But then when I got to know that mom and dad had already found a girl for me and that too Avni, I was shocked. I questioned myself, why would mom select her for me. I am not saying that I didn't like her or something. But at that time I had only known her as your friend. I had very few interactions with her. I knew nothing about her. But Then when I saw her innocent nervous face during the wedding, certain feelings arose in me. I felt protective of her. Slowly and slowly I got to her after the marriage. And she never failed to amuse me. In less time, she accepted our family as hers. Taking care of everyone. Managing college and house at the same time is not easy. But she does it without any complaints. In fact, I have never heard her complaining about anything. The time I went to America, I had gone for 10 days. I know she was missing me but she never told me to come home early. She understood I had work and encouraged me when I was having a hard time there. Every time I look at her my heart starts beating. Even her thoughts are enough to make my heart flutters. She may be many years younger to me but sometimes it feels like she is more mature than me. I love when she smiles. I love her eyes. I love everything about her. Now whenever I think of my future, I always see her and our kids. I love her." Ansh confessed to Sakshi. Sakshi felt happy hearing his brother's true feelings for Avni. She was feeling so happy. Sakshi was going to say something when she heard someone's voice.

"Ansh ji."

Ansh and Sakshi were shocked to see Avni standing, that too crying. "When did you come in?" Ansh asked and got up from the bed to go to her. Sakshi, in the meantime, got up to go. She knew Avni must have heard everything and both needed some privacy.

As soon as Ansh went near her, Avni hugged him, Ansh too hugged her. "Why are you crying?" "It's just.... I heard everything." "Ohh.." "Do you mean it?" Avni looked up, still in his embrace. "I do... I meant everything. I do love you. I don't know when or how, but I know one thing for sure that I have fallen in love with you. And never can my love for you decrease. You are my mate Avni. Without you I am nothing.I will wait for you to confess your feelings." "Ansh ji... I..." "Take your time Avni...You may not be able to confess now but from your action, I know you like me too. I Will wait for Avni." Avni cried hearing the confession. "Why are you crying?" "I don't know." Ansh laughed hearing Avni's reply. He carried her and laid her on the bed. He laid beside and covered both with the blanket.

Ansh pulled Avni closer in his embrace. "I missed hugging you while sleeping. These days you had been busy. I missed spending time with you." Avni smiled hearing his words and snuggled into his chest. "Thank god you didn't watch a movie tonight with Sakshi." "What would you have done if I had watched a movie with Sakshi tonight?" "I would not have let you go but even if you did, I would have carried you back here and locked the door. Tonight you are all mine. That girl never lets me spend time with you. I need to tell her to leave us alone." "And you think she will let you just like that?" "As far as I know she wouldn't. But I have a way." "Which way?" "I will remind her that she can only become aunt if she let us spend some time together." Avni slapped him lightly on the shoulder and hid her blushing face in his chest. Ansh laughed at her action and made her look at him. He pulled her closer and kissed her passionately pouring all his feeling, letting her know that she is his, and he is hers.

Another update for all of you. In this chapter, I focused on Ansh because i had never revealed his feelings and his thoughts in the story. I hope you all like it.If this chapter is not upto your expectations, I am sorry. I will try to write better next time.
