Cause is unidentified.

My system had been warning me about the continuous damage to my whole body. I have not yet accomplished my goal to be accepted by Lusceviel and it was proving to be really difficult to convince him. If my team arrives to pick me up from this planet then it was impossible for me to set off with them for I still have to reverse the words that he had declared that had been damaging me for the past week.

This group that had adopted me under their wing was having a crisis. I cannot seem to bring myself to leave them without extending my hand for aid. For the past week they have diligently searched for Samael and Lucifer. These two men had disappeared and have not answered to any calls. I have tried to detect their devices for communication but said devices cannot be reached. I should have put a Trace Bug under their skins for easier search but I did not imagine that they would disappear just like that.

"You seem to be in distress however, it does not show on your face," I commented.

I have observed everyone's actions, words, and expressions throughout the whole week. Their distress was evident and their cusses and their hopes to crush Samael's  livelihood and dreams were always present in their statements.

Base on the data gathered, the two men who disappeared were not humans but were demons. A demon was an evil spirit that possessed a person or acted as a tormentor of hell. Lucifer was the ruler of hell and Samael was a collector of souls. They were part of many human myths and religious ones. They were deemed as sinister creatures that were the enemies of the creator of this planet yet they were still given important tasks which were part of the future of this world.

This planet had a complicated creator. We were lucky with ours.

Everyone in this household did not fall under the category of humans yet they do not seem to mean any harm even if my scan perceived their threat as HIGHLY severe.

"Yes, I am in distress. I am panicking," Lucian admitted in a monotone voice.

His expressions do not match his words. This man had a flat affect; a severe reduction in emotional expressiveness. People with depression and schizophrenia were mostly observed for this kind of sign.

"Do you have Schizophrenia?" I questioned.

Base on my detailed research about this world and its many diseases and illnesses, there were many ways to treat this kind of mental illness. Did they consider purchasing antipsychotic medications or were they ignoring his condition?

Lucian tilted his head at me and then presented me an orange and pointy vegetable that he was fond of consuming. It was a carrot.

"Here, have a carrot," he told me and I received the vegetable on my hand. It was not the reply that I was expecting for but that will not deter me from helping him solve his distress.

"Everyone here is in distress," I said and stared at the carrot in my hand.

"Yes, I love pineapples..." he deadpanned.

Huh?

No results matched any statement.

I really believe he had Schizophrenia.

It was very quiet in this mansion. Everyone was eating in the dining room but Lucian preferred to rest in the room by the balcony. His "fragment" was sleeping on the bed and was in the same distress as him. I was accompanying the original copy which was a privilege given to me by the others since they trusted me now. Those who still showed hostility towards me were Slade and...Lusceviel. The two of them only got along with that subject alone and they seemed to be in best relationship when it came to discriminating on me.

"Hm...it is because Samael and Lucifer are missing and we do not know where they are," he stated as he looked at the crescent moon. This planet only had one moon which made it special in the dark skies. "And because of it...we are like that moon," he added.

What did he mean by that? I do not see the comparison. "Would you care to elaborate? My system cannot find any contrast at all," I requested of him.

There were still so much things to learn about this planet and its dwellers which cannot be found in the World Wide Web.

"What we see now is an incomplete moon," he began to explain with eyes that did not deter from staring above. A small smile curved on his lips before falling. "It has a missing part that makes it less beautiful and that is the status that we are in. The moon cannot give us its complete light because of its missing part and just like our family; we cannot function fully because of our missing member."

I let the information that he had given me got processed by my system. His description was not base on science or facts. What he was telling me seemed to be base on his emotions and the bond among companions which seemed to be very beautiful in the view of this world.

"The creatures of this world are very sensitive to emotions," I pointed out. "You feel too much. Maybe that is why you have a global crisis?"

"Ahh..." he replied. "Are your people emotionless then?" he asked.

I swayed my head from left to right. "No, we are not completely impassive. We are just created to be less reactive and less negative to stressors thus we have fewer arguments but...there are members in our society which are unique. They express more but not as much as your people."

Lucian shut his eyes for awhile causing me to think that he was already asleep while standing but the slow opening of his eyes assured me that I still have someone to talk to and I still have the chance to help him before Lusceviel notices my lack of presence and accuse my absence as taking the advantage of kidnapping his ayah. He really was overprotective of him.

"You know...I was once impassive. I could say that I have improved since then and in truth...when I started to feel more I started to live more. I will never forget my first time feeling miss, feeling nervous, feeling rage, feeling sad, feeling happy and my first time feeling love," he murmured. "And do you wish to know what I feel right now?" he asked and turned his head to me.

I cannot read his expression. He only had blankness. It was hard for me to determine what he was thinking or what he was feeling because he showed nothing.

I nodded in approval. More information about his current condition might aid me in helping him. He was really a unique creature and many of his companions seem to adore him.

Lucian was the very core of this planet. He was the last one to keep this planet from falling apart and if saving him meant saving everyone in this planet; that would contribute to accomplishing a very big mission before leaving for home.

This man was a usually stoic man. I tried getting sources from his fragment but the only thing that I got from his piece was a feeling of "guilt." That fragment was a memory in which he experienced the greatest guilt and I wish to know what the original Lucian was feeling.

I just wish to help. I want to help more people including this very stoic man who seemed to feel nothing at all.

"I feel as if I am in need to cry..." he whispered with a gentle and sad smile curving his lips.

Cry?

"Why do you wish to do so? Is it from happiness or melancholy?"

He turned his head away and stared at his palms. "It is from my inability to protect everyone...I feel useless," he admitted. "I feel as if I do not deserve them."

"Helping other people gives you satisfaction," I commented. I can relate to what he was feeling.

"Yes, but not being able to do so crushes you so hard that it leaves you empty." Lucian held his chest and then hit it with his fist. "And the realization that you cannot save everyone is one painful aspect of life that is hard to accept."

Now that was one thing that I cannot agree. "You can save everyone. You just have to try harder. I have never once failed," I told him.

The man gave me a quick smile before returning into a deadpan. "Maybe now you experience the continuous success...but there will a point in time where life will show you the way of downfall."

All his words were denied by my system and I switched the focus of our topic to something else after a long silence which was 1 minute and 27 seconds.

"What can I do to alleviate your emotional turmoil?" I asked him.

The man in which race I was yet to know of grabbed my hand with his empty one and clenched his other hand above my now presented limb. A blue bell flower dropped on my hand that emitted blue small particles of lights around it.

"I have this...feeling that our world will not last for much longer. Please, if the day comes when I cannot stop the destruction, take care of Luscev for me. He is difficult to get along with but...he is a gift. Take him to a world where he can start anew and always remind him that he is the greatest treasure that anyone can have and that I love him dearly with all my heart."

My ticker felt an immense emotion from his words and from the flower that was resting on my palm. He was leaving a great responsibility to me. This man trusted me with his son's safety.

I must keep that promise.

"I will accept your trust and protect its integrity," I promised him.

This was a new mission. It was a life-long mission.

"Ayah?" Luscev's voice sounded.

He opened the door to the room and a beam of light coming from the corridor entered and sliced through the semi-dark room. Luscev glared at me as he approached before giving his ayah a calm gaze.

"Are you sure that you don't want to eat?" he asked.

Lucian nodded and then placed his hand on the awaiting palm of Luscev. I can really feel the wave of hatred that Luscev was giving me. He was part werewolf and demon. I was certain that he had heard our conversation and he wasn't pleased about it one bit.

"Don't entrust me to him Ayah. I can take care of myself," Luscev spoke in such firmness. "I don't even know why he's here. We should kick him out."

Lucian released a quiet sigh before suddenly pinching Luscev's cheek in what seemed to be a painful manner. Luscev was shock from such action because his ayah seemed harmless but suddenly became harmful. My scan even perceived his threat as highly severe at this point.

"I will spank your tooshie if you do not behave Luscev. He is guest. We must respect guest. Do you want to meet Auntie Wye Fye?"

"Gaaah ayah! No, I was just kidding! Owie!" Luscev cried out.

His sudden shift of mood just proved how much related he was to his roots. Luscev dropped to his knees and covered his head while sobbing. He was acting like one of his biologic fathers. Usually, he acted more like Slade but now, he was acting like Caleb.

His threat level was now highly poor.

INTRUDER ALERT INTRUDER ALERT

A sudden visual map spread in front of me that attracted the attention of Luscev and Lucian. A red dot blinked somewhere in the plentiful amount of trees behind this mansion and its threat was high. I faced the balcony and my arm shifted to a canon beam. Strong energy sparked inside my weapon and my system calculated the distance and the exact location where I'll hit my target. Numbers appeared in my vision as I wandered my eyes.

"What is it?" Luscev demanded.

"There is an intruder..." I spoke.

"Tsk, you're just detecting yourself. Stop it."

TARGET SPOTTED

My arm jerked back as a strong energy was discharged and bridged towards the darkly cloaked man hiding in the shadows of trees. The strong energy annihilated a big portion where he was staying.

TARGET ANNIHILATED

I jumped from the balcony to the ground and went to check if my system perceived the truth. There weren't any traces of other creatures here on this burnt area until a strong wind blew the smoke surrounding me and I get to see clearly the face of the trespasser. He was pale man with dark veins running across his face. His eyes were pitch-black and he carried a sinister smirk in which females describe it "sexy".

"Tell my brother that I will see him soon and in the sea of fire we will end the next blue moon and the following moons to come."
