CASE REPORT 1

A murder occurred yesterday, Tyrels, and the method is oddly similar to the only murder you have ever failed to solve. The crime is peculiar and twisted, and I've only seen it once before. The music and the roses, like the ones left four years ago.

I regret to inform you this, but it appears the killer is active and poses a large threat, which I have been advised to refer to you.

The victims were Bobby and Judith Cassia, husband and wife for approximately twenty years. They left behind a daughter, Holly Cassia, on the afternoon of her eighteenth birthday. She seems intelligent and as keen as I am to uncover the dangerous truths, which is, of course, a risk to her safety.

You are advised, and have full permission, to keep the girl safe until the killer is caught. You may see to this in exactly three days. I'm certain you will solve this case now more clues and suspects have been brought to light. I'll send over more information after questioning Holly Cassia at her home - a comfortable, appropriate environment for her to stay in for the time being, after the shock of her parents' death.

Addresses and times are attached to this report. Do not share this information with anyone other than members of Tyrel Trust - not including police services, needless to say, or any other higher authorities.

All the best to your efforts, and my sincere apologies once again for the repeat of events.
