The harsh rays of the sun forced my eyes open. Another day in this unfamiliar place.
I decided to actually take a good look around, maybe even ask Lilliana if she would give me a little tour. I stumbled out of bed and into the bathroom, I brushed my teeth and had a shower, The steady penetrating flow of water rolled down my back and shoulders, running through every crevice of my frail body. The water under my feet was dark, yeesh, how long has it been since I last cleaned myself? A couple weeks? Yeah I know, gross.

My long tangled hair stuck to my shoulders, as I scrubbed my scalp after a long while.
I stepped out wrapping a towel tightly around myself, never had I felt this relaxed and comfortable, for a moment I forgot what hot water felt like. Probably because all the showers I've had in the past three years has been in some crappy gym with a shitty shower head that only trickled a bit of water every couple of seconds.

A bit later
I finally dried off after my mental rant and put on some clothes and headed out of the room. I was less weary than yesterday so I was more focused on my surroundings. The hallways were long with oak flooring, patterned wallpaper and huge paintings hung on the walls. I assumed the place was old considering the floor made a noise every step I took. I smelt the air trying to track Lilliana, or anybody for that matter, because like I said before, this building is like a maze and it's going to take me much more than 2days to find my way around.
I heard footsteps coming towards me from an entrance in the hall, It wasn't Lilliana, so it must've been another pack member.
The person that walked out of the shadows was a average sized guy, big shouldered and muscular. His hair was gelled back and a lit cigarette sat between his lips.
"Ooh, well well, you must be the famous Celia, the mate, the home wrecker extraordinaire" he chuckled, taking a puff of his cigarette.
"And you are?" I greeted coldly as I walked towards him.

"Oh my bad princess, I'm Frankie, the Alpha's right hand man" He mocked a salute with the cigarette tight between his fingers.
"And what makes you think I'm a home wrecker? Frankie." I questioned raising a brow.

"Well Kai is a married man" he spoke taking another puff and exhaling the smoke in my direction making me choke up.
"Yeah- he's married to that up-tight girl, Katerina was it? She needs to really loosen up, I'm not interested in her 'man' " I coughed and stepped back trying to get away from his stench.
"Yeah, my sister can be a real buzz kill. But to be fair, you are technically destined for her husband" he chuckled.
"Oh wow, siblings huh? You seem like quite the opposites" I spoke condescendingly.
"Yes well, I'm the fun one" he winked, I definitely wouldn't mind getting a piece of this.
"So...Frankie. How about you show me where the rest of the pack is" I stepped closer to him running my hand on his shoulder and down to his hips, a smirk plastered on his face and slowly his eyes trailed down to my lips...oh, but I'm not so easy. Before he could come closer, I grabbed the cigarette out between his lips and took a puff myself, blowing it out into his face.
His smile disappeared as he began coughing hysterically.

You shouldn't trust strangers Frankie dear.
