It is hard to believe that a year ago today Collin and I said our vows. What a simple year can change so much. The girls are now three months old and growing into their own personalities more with each passing day.

Collin has been back at the shop so much more like before we had the girls. Although, Loretta spends at least a day with him there and then she is here three days that I have the girls here. The other two days the girls go between Mom and Grangy's house.

I have been so happy to be back at the venue and tending to everything involving weddings. Today there isn't a wedding, but I am working on the upcoming wedding in a few days.

Gunner and I both already done a test taste on the food Uncle Dwight and Uncle Marcel made to see if it would work for the wedding.

Trinity is kicking her feet in her bassinet, while making spit bubbles. She loves to look everywhere and doesn't sleep as much as Serenity these days.

Serenity is the calmer baby out of the twins. She will fuss when she is displeased with something but when her sister cries it catches her attention. Serenity is the baby with patience currently. I see much of Collin in her for sure and I think Trinity is going to have a personality more like myself.

One thing I have been happy about is all the baby weight I gained is just about off. There is only just a bit of fluff left but Collin says he likes it and everyone is glad it looks like I got meat on my bones and not just skin. It has made me laugh.

There is a knock on the door and Mom walks in.

"Hey Mom." I smile and set my pen down.

"Hey sweet girl. Where is Grangy?"

"She left a little bit ago, I think Gramps needed help."

Mom nods. and bites her lip slightly. She goes to say something, but stops when Dad walks in.

"There are the little grandbabies." Dad smiles. "Hey bunny. How is the wedding going?"

"Going good. Just a few finishing touches is all. Those new vases finally came in and the insurance did cover it." I sigh.

"It takes some time. Especially since those vases were special made from the glass shop." Mom nods.

"Can we have the girls tonight?" Dad smiles as he picks up Trinity.

"I don't know."

"Please little bunny. I want Trinity and Serenity tonight. Besides, you and Collin need to have some personal time with it being your anniversary." Mom smiles as she picks up Serenity.

"Okay, I just have to make sure you get some of the milk from the house because I don't have enough here for you guys to take to last through the night."

"We have that already from where the girls were at the house yesterday. Collin dropped more off when I thought we were to low so I know we got enough to last through the night for tonight with what he brought yesterday." Mom smirks.

I pick up the diaper bag with the girls in their arms. Walking over, I kiss Trinity and Serenity's head. I knew this day would come when they would spend the night with their grandparents but this is the first time.

"They will be just fine and either a walk or call away." Mom smiles.

"It is just a different feeling with knowing they won't be home tonight." I give a soft smile.

"You're Mom and I were the same way when you were not home for the first time." Dad smiles and leans over to kiss my head.

I walk with them to Mom's car and watch as they strap the girls in their carseats. I kiss the girls one more time and put the diaper bag on the floorboard before my parents leave the venue.

Taking a deep breath, I remind myself that they are just a short distance from us tonight and it is okay.

"Hey Sadie!" I turn to see Gunner standing with a dress bag in his hand.

"What's up?" I ask, walking back up to the door.

"I don't think this is meant to be in the brides room and it is the wrong size and color for any of the others."

I take the dress bag and look at the tag.

'Flower' is the only word wrote on the tag.

I look up to Gunner and he smirks. "I think it is for you."

Opening the zipper, I see a beautiful pale pink dress.

"Well go try it on!" Gunner pushes me into my office, smiling like crazy.

This had to be all planned and by Collin. I bet he knew about my parents taking the girls and he probably stopped them to get his kisses too.

I go along with it and change into the dress. Once done, I open the door and Uncle Dwight is there with a box.

"Hmm, yes my little niece you need these." Uncle Dwight opens the box showing a two inch pair of white heels.

I laugh and take the heels. Walking over to my chair, I sit down and change my shoes to the heels.

"Anything else? I have on light makeup. So the only other thing neither of you haven't said is my hair." I tease.

"I suggest down just as you have it." Collin's deep voice makes me look up to see his standing by the door with Gunner and Uncle Dwight.

Gunner and Uncle Dwight smirk and wave before they dash out the door. Collin walks over and holds his hand out for me to take.

Placing my hand in his, I stand up with no problem. Collin pulls me into his arms and kisses my lips with so much passion.

When we pull back, I suck as much oxygen back into my lungs as I can.

"That is definitely your color." Collin smirks taking me all in.

"Thank you for the dress." I smile and kiss him again.

"Happy Anniversary, my Flower."

"Happy Anniversary, love." I smile and kiss him again.

When we pull back, Collin smirks.

"I got us reservations at the Italian restuarant down town and then we can more of that kissing in once we are home."

"Good thing I been on birth control since I could be after having the twins." I smirk.

"Probably for the best unless you want to make another baby on our first year anniversary like we done when we got married."

"I rather wait a little bit longer." I laugh.

That is the first thing we done is I got on birth control and we used condoms too until the doctor said the pills would take effect. So, I am more than ready to actually feel my husband without the condom but still be protected.
