A month passed in a blink of an eye and there was still absolutely no sign of Jungkook

Taehyung is giving up not knowing what to do , he's going crazy and worried sick that sometimes his brain forced him to think that even if he's alive or not

Jennie is still not talking to Taehyung and Jungkooks parents and friends are continuously giving threats to Taehyung

Seoul, South Korea, 7:30 PM

"Hello? Yes yes- Kim Taehyung speaking"

Taehyung was still in Jungkooks room , again sitting by the window and looking out of the window

His company and deals are falling down , nothing is in place now , everything is falling apart

"Sir we are here talking from the telecom towers there's a case of Kim Jungkook"

Hearing that Taehyung jumped out from his seat

"H-huh-?"

"Yes sir we are able to track his SIM card , which we had a problem because of high network issues and overseas connection"

"Over- seas- connection- means?"

"His location seem to be in Tokyo , Japan and there's only one number he dials in his phone and that is -"

"O-okay- just give me a sec I'll note it down"

"Okay sir"

Taehyung quickly put the call on speaker , his heart beat increasing , and he quickly took out his notepad app on his phone and spoke out

"Please tell me the number now"

"+98xxxxx xxx xx"

"Thank you so much , thank you"

Taehyung said letting out a sigh of relief

"It is our job sir , have a good day"

He hung up and copied the number and pasted it on his phonebook to find-

"Hoseok...?"

His eyes widened realisation coming back to him

Taehyung quickly ran to Jennie's room and went in to see her studying

"J-ennie- Jennie- pack your- bags- quick-"

"Huh- what's wrong- dad-?"

Jennie looked up at her confused

""Jungkook-"

"P-papa-?! What about him?!"

"Jennie I said pack your bags we're going to Japan"

Tokyo, Japan, 2:30 AM

Jungkook slowly walked downstairs and straight into the kitchen making sure not to make a noise

"My strawberries my strawberries- here"

He smiled taking the jar of strawberries kept into the fridge

"My strawberries~"

He chuckled at himself and started devouring the strawberries with delight

Hoseok scold him to wake in the middle of the night and eat sweet things , but it has become a habit for him , his hunger usually strikes at night so he can't help it

"This tasted kinda barren is there something el- woah- Hyung never told me about cheese in here-"

He took out the slices cheese and began eating it

Hoseok never lets him enter the kitchen, he does all the work by himself and Jungkook has high opposition in that but there's no way he can make him understand that he's not a kid anymore

Jungkook was up , in the middle of the night , eating strawberries and cheese , it sounds disgusting

He closed the kitchen lights and walked up to the couch , sat there and started eating again

"Wish I could cuddle with someone agh-"

He would not deny , he is worried sick about Taehyung , Jennie, his parents ans friends but Hoseok assures him that they are alright

But he misses them, badly , he misses the moments spent together, he misses late night talk , he misses Taehyungs warm hugs , he misses his little family

Upon thinking that the main door slammed open

Jungkook got scared

"Who is it in the middle of the night?!"

He thought and quickly hid under the table

He heard footsteps his heart beat quickening

"Jungkook ah?"

Hearing Hoseoks voice gave him a bit of relief as he jumped out of the table bumping his head into the hard surface in the process

"Owee- Hyung what are y-"

Jungkook froze

His heart stopped seeing the very familiar man he saw after maybe a month

He gulped down the chewed strawberry in his mouth his eyes widened

On the other hand Taehyung,
He was awestruck

Jungkook looks , breathtaking

He never knew red hair can suit something this much

Both of them looked at each other , nobody said a word , maybe too shocked to speak

Before Jungkook knew he was pulled into a bone crushing hug , his eyes widened more

"H-hu-"

"I missed you , so much"

He heard the older say kissing the side of his neck

"Ho-bi hyung...?"

"Im- sorry Jungkook.... I didn't know he was coming"

He looked at Jennie, who was looking at him teary eyed

The warm embrace, the same warm embrace had him melted but not so fast

"H-hyung- I- can't breathe-"

"Do you even know how much worried I was Jungkook..? It was at a point I - I thought- I - lost you"

The older spoke and Jungkook gulped releasing a breath

They stayed like that before Taehyung pulled away and cupped the youngers cheek looking at him with tear stained eyes

"Y-youre alright- right? Nothi-ng happened to you right? "

Jungkook looked away and hummed breaking himself free from the olders embrace and removing his hands from his cheek

"I'm fine"

He quietly mumbled walking towards Jennie and his blank expression quickly changed into a smile as Jennie ran and hugged him tight

"Papa.... you're alright, I'm so- happy"

"Mhm Princess....I'm alright"

Jungkook spoke kissing her temple as Jennie cried in his arms

"Wh-ehy did you leave like that? You- didn't even- tell me- that you're leaving!!"

Jennie sobbed hitting Jungkooks chest with both of her small fists

"D-do you not love- me papa? Is it because im- your step-"

"Jennie! Dont you dare - say that"

Jungkook spoke up pulling away and cupping her cheeks

He smiled wiping her tears away with his thumbs

"You didn't lose me Jennie....look im- here....and I- had a pretty good reason to l-leave"

Jungkook said looking away

Taehyung gulped in guilt and speed walked towards them and was going to hug Jungkook but he raised a hand and stopped him

"Hobi hyung.... I- think you should show them their room - they must be tired-"

"Jung-"

Before Taehyung could say anything Jungkook walked up to Hoseok and took some bags from his hand

"Ill- take the luggages- Jennie-? C'mon- let's go , I hope you won't have a problem sleeping with me "

"Of - of course not ....i- am coming"

Jennie said eyeing his dad and them hesitantly walked after him

Taehyung looked at Jungkook, gulping a little, the younger didn't even spare him a glance

He saw the both of them went upstairs and looked down wiping his eyes

"H-hyung-"

"He is alright right Hoseok? His health is alright right? What about his period cramps? "

He asked with a broken tone

"Yeah hyung.....he is alright "

Hoseok said coming towards him and keeping a hand on his shoulder

"He's just hurt , a lot, the pain when your loved one dosent understand you- is unbearable but he's doing fine....and- for you this is not going to be easy I think"

He said flashing a sympathetic smile to Taehyung and Taehyung nodded

He did a mistake by letting him go, of course this is not going to be easy , he insulted him without knowing the true reason , Jungkook has the right to stay mad and he should be

But no matter what , Taehyung isn't giving up , not anymore because without Jungkook? He is incomplete.
