CHAPTER 47

After the ritual ceremony,  Sheolle-san told the new member scorpion to not over exert herself because her energy was almost drain and exhausted. Sheolle could tell Zariyah's feelings by reading her aura.

Even though the silver haired scorpion was exhausted,  she could now feel a new surge of power dwelling within her. If the crown prince and her father would see what Zariyah have become, they will regret calling her a trash.

Zariyah almost thank all the saints in heaven, when she was relieved from the torments of the cuffs and belts.

All of them congratulated the silver haired young miss for being part of the twelve scorpions.

"Tomorrow all of the members of the scorpions will gather to celebrate the birth of the new member." Soujiro announced with power in each words.

What Soujiro said got everyone's attention. It was only occasional moments that all of the members will gathered. And everyone knew that once all twelve members of the deadly scorpions are gathered in one location it would be followed by a big commotion.

"I can already smell trouble, leader-sama." Shalnark stated as he put both of his hands inside the pockets of his denim.

A series of memories flashed in Shalnark's mind like a movie film,  it was the memory of him together with all the members of twelve scorpions. All he say that their base almost turned to ruins because of the fighting happened. With Riru as the ring leader of the uproar.

"We have grown immune to that already, Shalnark." Suzuka Ajinomoto commented,  still pissed off of the idea of having Zariyah as part of their organization.

"The more the merrier! And if there's a party, there's going to have plenty of food!" Machi who wad standing beside Zariyah squealed as she said, and already imagining an all you can eat buffet.

Zariyah just rolled her eyes at Machi, she remembered that this paper charmer wasa vivacious binge eater.

The silver haired young miss turned her gaze to the leader of the scorpions. Zariyah already organized in her mind the series of questions she was about to throw at the ranked one member of the scorpions.

As her golden orbs gazed at Soujiro's direction, the leader noticed it and gazed back at the silver haired young miss.

Kazuto Hiryuu knew a lot of things were bothering his woman, he was now staring at Soujiro and Zariyah who was having a staring competition.

"I know you have a lot of questions you want to ask Zariyah, come follow me in my study room Zariyah and Kazuto." Soujiro stated.

Everyone in the ritual room wondered what kind of answers Zariyah was going to get from interrogating their leader.

The scorpions knew it's not a simply and nonsense questions for they knew who Zariyah Silverglaze was. A daughter of the Duke and duchess of the Silvergaze household, and the one who has receive one of the unique titles in greffania, the [Great Sage].

Soujiro started walking and both Zariyah and kazuto made their stride and followed him.  But all of a sudden the leader of the scorpions came to halt and turned around, enough to see Zariyah and Hiryuu following him.

"Oh. I forgot the elevator is being repaired at the moment."Soujiro stated in a baritone voice then snapped his finger.

A complex magic circle instantly appeared in the floor and all of a sudden their bodies glowed into a red hue.

In a blink of an eye,  all three of them found themselves inside the study room.

Instant teleportation. Zariyah stated to herself as her eyes followed the leader of the scorpions making his way to his table.

The study room was big, black dominated the entire room. The room was accentuated with Expensive candelier that was defined by its arch like ceiling. The room have a lot of victorian styled window and the sea of trees were overlooking.

Zariyah could tell everything inside the study room could sell for a fortune. From the furnitures,  the couches, and to the library.

Kazuto Hiryuu was quietly observing as well and not lowering his ground in case something my happened in his wife and leader's interrogation.

As Soujiro sat down on his seat, he then offered for both Zariyah and Kazuto to sit down.

Both the crimson haired young demon lord and his spouse didnt move an inch ever since they got teleported in Soujiro's study room.

A heavy tension engulfed the entire room and powerful pressure was present as well. The atmosphere was so heavy and strong that if an intermediate level magic user was present in the study room would instantly get crush.

The silence was deafening and the three of them were observing one another. And then it was the silver haired young miss decided to break the deafening silence embracing the four corners of the room.

"You're not from this world are you?" Zariyah asked in a low tone cold voice.

One of Soujiro's brows perched up upon hearing the silver haired young lady's question. A smirk graced in his handsome lips.

Soujiro snapped his fingers again and immediately a transparent golden dome engulfed the entire room.

The leader of the black organization just erected a sound barrier in order to avoid the other members of the scorpions that were not present in the study room from hearing their conversation.

Zariyah was sure that girls would flock around Soujiro instantly if they will see that smirk. Good thing she's not going to be one of those ladies because her mind was already invaded by Hiryuu's images.

"What do you mean by that love? Is he like us?" Hiryuu asked in a confuse tone.

The crimson haired demon glanced at the fox lady who was staring intently in the leader.  Her gaze held strength and power, and it made Hiryuu awed and mesmerized.

She was indeed beautiful, her beauty would be the downfall of an empire. Men would fight over her and in few years from now,  she would definitely a breath taking scenery. A picture of perfection.

If somebody sees her right now, no one would believe that in her kingdom she was labeled as a trash.

"I'm sure you already know the answer to that,  but well technically you're correct. I am not from this world." Soujiro was still grinning and was very interested in what was happening.

"Anyway is that what your [God's Eyes] able to completely appraised me?"  Soujiro asked as he clasped his fingers and stared at the silver haired young miss.

Kazuto Hiryuu's eyes widened in surprise as he heard the leader's statement.

"I'm just confirming my suspicions. And just a heads up, me and Kazuto are not npc bear that in mind."

"Fuck! So that's why you gives off the vibes that you're an Earthling!" Hiryuu stated.

"I still can't believe that we are going to experience first hand those popular  isekai mangas."

When Soujiro heard that Hiryuu and Zariyah said,  the leader of the scorpions  was quiet surprise. He never thought that these two individuals standing in front of him were reincarnated. That they came from the world he came from.

Soujiro can't remember when was the last time he was caught up by surprise and made hin speechless.

What the leader of the scorpions learned from Zariyah and Hiryuu made him speechless. He was surprised,  yes! But Soujiro was good at hiding his emotions. So Zariyah and Hiryuu didn't noticed that deep within Soujiro was shocked in aghast.

"He is not like us. He is not a reincarnated person." Zariyah stated as she glanced at the crimson haired young demon lord before diverting back her gazed to Soujiro.

"If my deduction is correction, all of us are living in an mmorpg world. Am I right, champion of Ancient Tales Online?" the silver haired scorpion member added.

"You're right Zariyah.  You're definitely worthy to be called [Great Sage], both of you are living in an mmorpg world And I am trap in this game. Everything here is just a game. Everything is programmed." Soujiro stated with a grin plastered in his face.

Those words kept on repeating in her mind. As it continued to echo in her head, a pang of lightning hit her.

Like cold water splashed on her, a series of memories flooded her mind like a movie film.

The moment she spent her time with her Mother and brother. The memories of her training with her swordmaster Ezekiel. The first time she met Ashgrif,  the time her father humiliated her and treated her like a trash. And her encounter with the crown prince of Klearione kingdom.
Everything was real and she was sure its not only a game. That its not just a program implanted in her head.

"This is not a game,  this our new reality. Everything here is real." Kazuto Hiryuu said in a domineering voice as his serious gazed directed at the leader.

The tension in the room intensified,  and every member of the scorpions noticed that something was happening again.

"Is the reason why scorpions kill a lot of innocent lives and destroy cities and towns is because everything is just a game? All of us are just a game data?" Zariyah asked holding back here anger.

During her childhood she could hear rumors and stories about how ruthless the twelve scorpions were. They kill Elders, men,  women and children,  burn houses and destroy some kingdoms.

"Of course, their lives didn't matter to me because they're only NPC. So it's alright to kill and destroy them." Soujiro stated as if killing someone is not a big deal.

What Soujiro said drummed and echoed in her ears. She couldn't believe how vile this person sitting infront of her.

Zariyah gritted her teeth and she balled her fists. The silver haired young miss can't  stomach the thought the innocent lives have suffered because of the leader of the scorpions.

She was not a saint, her hands maybe stained with blood  but she's not the type of person to kill innocent people. She only hurt and kill those guys who were malicious and evil.

Even though some made harsh decisions in her life, she can't never change the personality. She is a compassionate person and because of that trait she was bestowed the power of the nine tailes fox.

Soujiro just click his tongue because he knew his provocations were working.

"In my eyes,  both of you are just artificial intelligence with a very dramatic back story." the leader of the twelve scorpions smirked.

A certain crimson haired demon lord was frustrated at his leader's statement. Soujiro was mocking the sentiment Kazuto has for his late younger brother. Who was brutally killed and steal his demon orb.

"Begone! You monster!" Zariyah shouted.

And ear piercing sound registered in their ears and with a swift movement all four foxtails wrapped around the leader.

Zariyah tightened her hold around Soujiro and constricting him but Zariyah's eyes widened in surprise when she noticed that Soujiro immediately teleported.

"pikaboo!" Soujiro chuckled as his figure materialized behind the silver haired young miss.

The leader was very fast to the point that he was able to erase his presence. Soujiro was about to punch Zariyah and the silver haired lady knew it would broke her bones if she got hit.

"Shut up, leader-sama!" kazuto shout in a sarcastic voice.

Zariyah was already expecting the impact of Soujiro's kick when all of a sudden, the leader was thrown away. A loud crashing sound reverberated when Soujiro's body hits the concrete wall.
The silver haired young miss saw Kazuto Hiryuu instantly appeared above Soujiro and immediately delivered a powerful round house kick. That kick was enough to knock down a building because of the dense and powerful haki surrounding his legs.

Zariyah was shocked in aghast because she never thought that her spouse would defend her from his boss. He was indeed true to his words that he is going to protect his wife against the scorpions.

The impact of Kazuto's dynamic kick was so strong that it leave a big hole in the concrete wall. The sound of broken glasses and the fallen chandeliers reverated in the room. The force of that soujiro was thrown outside.

Zariyah immediately pulled back her guard as they saw Soujiro appeared back in his sit unharmed from Kazuto's kick.

The leader was briskly sitting on his chair as he smirked at the third and seven ranked members. He then looked at the big hole where he crashed earlier and then whistled.

"Look what you've done to my beautiful room, Kazuto." The leader breezily stated as he glanced at the couple.

Kazuto shrugged his shoulders as if telling the boss that he don't give a damn. He then concentrated his haki in his hands and then a ball of black lightning materialized.

"Well my wife's safety is my priority. It's a husband's job to protect his wife."Kazuto said in baritone voice.

Zariyah's face flushed and all of her blood rushed to her face. Everytime Kazuto said cheesy speeches, it always made hef heart race. She never experience this in her previous life.

'I'm having a mini heart attack' Zariyah said to herself.

The leader chuckled at what he heard. "You're like a love sick puppy." He commented as he gazed at Kazuto Hiryuu.

"I know, no need to rubbed it in." Kazuto uttered as he engulfed himself with his haki.
Kazuto throw the ball of lightning towards his leader but then a black transparent orb engulfed Soujiro's body protecting him from Kazuto's lightning ball.

An very ominous and eerie sensation traveled the room as Soujiroa manisfested his power.

'kekkaishi' Zariyah absent mindedly utter.

"You're lucky to have such a fine woman.  But you should let her mature because there are some parts of her that still under develop." Soujiro chuckled as his eyes laid on Zariyah's chest.

Zariyah's eyes turned glowing red as it dilated into a diamond slit pupils. A low growl escaped the siver haired young miss's mouth as she balled her fists in anger.

"I will kill you."

"That's not nice to say to your leader-sama. No killing please." Soujiro's boisterous laughter dominated.

If only glare could kill, Soujiro is already dead and his body is mutilated because of Zariyah's intense glaring.

"What's your main reason of creating this organization?" she asked in a spine chilling voice and still not breaking eye contact to the boss of the scorpions.

"I will answer that once both of you manage to make a dint on me. Ready for round two?"

After saying that, Soujiro appeared in front of them to deliver two powerful punches to Zariyah and Kazuto.

Before the consecutive attack hit them, the silver haired young miss immediately wrapped herself and Kazuto with her four black foxtails.

That move compressed her and Kazuto's body. Her head was now facing Kazuto's broad chest. She could hear the young demon lord's heart beat. And she could feel that Kazuto smirked.

"Is this your way of making our body becoming one." Kazuto whispered in a playful voice.

A chill ran down her spine when she heard what Kazuto stated about their body becoming as one.

Her heart was drumming fast and she could fell any minute now she'll lose her consciousness because of embarrassment.

Zariyah was speechless because even though they were in a tight situation Kazuto was still able to tease her to death.

I hate you Bakazuto! She shouted inside her mind.

She then felt Kazuto's hands travel her waist,  and now he was hugging her. Zariyah badly want to unwrapped her tails around them but she cant because the leader was still sensing consecutive normal punches.

"Can you feel that?" Kazuto asked in a teasing voice.

Zariyah's eyes widened in shock as she felt something hard was poking in her belly. It was big and still growing!

"fuck!" She cursed as she pushed Kazuto,  who was now laughing hard.

On the other side, Soujiro sent consecutive attacks in Zariyah's defence. The loud impacts of his attacks echoed in the room as he continued his barrage. But then he heard Kazuto laughter inside the silver haired young lady's defence.

Zariyah grunted because even though her tails are powerful and durable she could still feel the impact of the leader's punch.

"Pretty strong defence you got here,  Zariyah." Soujiro stated as he carressed the fur of the fox tails that were wrapped around her and Kazuto. "But too bad it won't protect you from my attacks."

Countless rectangular rod barriers appeared between her tails. It was like her tails were pierced by it. Blood gushed out from the place where those recangular prism barriers appeared in her tails.

"Urrrgh!" Zariyah screamed in pain and that made Kazuto stopped from laughing.

Zariyah immediately unwrapped her tails and used her skill <<Devour>>, countless of mouths appeared to the place where the barriers pierced to remove it.

"<<Barrier Make>>. Are you a kekkaishi?" Kazuto uttered as he gazed at Zariyah's tails that were peirced by the tranparent rectangular rods.

"oh! I found a kin! Weeaboo!" Soujiro laughed hard and continued to provoke the couple.

A surge of wind gathered around Kazuto, afrer that snapping of electricity was overheard, black lightnings were crawling like snake all over Kazuto's body as it traveled.

"You'll pay for hurting my woman! And for calling me a weeb!" Kazuto roared in anger.

He was furious and his killing intent was so strong and overpowering. Kazuto's hands transformed into black dragon claws. Fangs protruded in his mouth as he growled and some part of his skin turned into dragon scales. Kazuto's eyes were focused on the leader.

'Ops,  I think I overdid it. I forgot demons are very protective of their mates.' Soujiro stated.

Soujiro just want to spice up his day thats why he provoke the couple, he didn't exect that they were the type that was easily provoke.

'Dragon Force.' Zariyah was mesmerized of what was happening to Kazuto to the point she forgot the pain she received from Soujiro's <<Barrier Make>>.

'Natsu is that you?'

Zariyah glanced at the insignia of the scorpions in the back of her right hand. She giggled at the thought that she was like Lucy and Kazuto was her Natsu.

"Sorry!  I give up! I concede defeat! I was just trying to have fun." Soujiro uttered as he raised both his arms upward. "Both of you are so easy to provoke."

Kazuto new he was just toying with them because if he was serious, both he and Zariyah would be badly injured by now.

Both the silver haired member and Kazuto calmed down and sat down on the seats in front of the leader's  table.

"Where do i begin?" Soujiro asked as he sat down his chair.

"How about why you badly wanted me to join scorpions." Zariyah stated as she glanced at the leader.

Soujiro heaved a deep sigh and erected again a sound barrier, because the small commotion earlier broke the first sound barrier.

"I want your help,  to be more specific i want the help of your <<Great Sage>> for me to return to Earth. I bet both of you wants to go back to Earth as well." Soujiro said in a serious voice.

Both Kazuto and Zariyah were taken aback when series of memories of their life flashed in their mind. Zariyah remembered her life back on Earth where she was bullied by everyone. How her parents died and the pain of losing them.  How her stepmother and stepsister treated her
