Taehyung was in situation where he thinks he might explode from how much his feelings were playing with him. He's torn between his mind and his heart, confused who to listen and what's better for him.

It all happened when he woke up from his nap with a mild headache making him dizzy all over with his little baby tightly clutching to his body and looking at him with wide teary scared eyes. He quickly sat up ignoring the sharp sting that occur in his head from his sudden move and hold his pup to his chest.

"What's wrong darling?" He hissed at his own voice, it looks strained probably from the screamings earlier.

The pup stays silent and cried silently while his little arms wrapped around his mama's neck tightly. "Hey baby, it's okay. It's okay. Mama is here, don't cry" Taehyung rubbed his son's back as he muttered sweet nothing in his ear, trying to calm him down because he can feel his son's fear and his fast heartbeats.

His baby is traumatized from the earlier happenings. Probably because he saw his mama screaming in pain and his grandmaa's wild side while she was hurting him. It's too much for the innocent pup.

Jungmin didn't stop crying even when Taehyung assured him that he's save now. He spread his calming and soothing scent but the pup was too scared to leave his mama now.

Taehyung was being restless first his pup in this state he never thought he would ever see his sunflower so scared. It break his heart to see him crying so hardly. He can't see him like this. Plus his headache and his weakness that he's feeling is making it worse to handle himself and now his pup.

There's something more, something he can't quite understand what, but it is there. He can feel it. It feels so gloomy so－he don't know how to worded it out, maybe deep sadness? but it feels like a heavy burden on his chest but the problem is－it's not his.

He's frustrated, he feels like crying. He feels tired.

It feels like something is not right or the way his wolf is whimpering, it's not only because of the pain or weakness－it's something else. Something he's scared of but don't know what it is.

Taehyung look up when someone enter the room, it's jungkook. He looks at taehyung for a long moment like he's inspecting him, looking deep in his soul. Taehyung gave him his usual cold stare still calming his baby. Taehyung feels the sudden sharpness against his heart he looks in the eyes of the alpha and he saw the raw emotion but it gone as fast as it came and replace it with cold and unreadable place in his eyes.

But the raw emotion he saw scared the omega deeply for some unknown reason. He saw that before but not this intense.

The alpha walk closer to the bed and didn't said anything just motion for taehyung to give him the pup. Taehyung tried to but jungmin refuse to leave him and clutch his neck tightly.

"No! Don't hurt my m-mama! Plwease!" Jungmin frantically says, crying loudly thinking the worst, it truely scared the pup to leave his mama now.

Taehyung got tears in his eyes, he can't see his pup like this. So scared and timid. It broke him.

Both parents made eye contact and then taehyung noticed something he didn't before because of the distance, jungkook eyes were swollen and puffy, his insides were bloodred. Taehyung frowned but then he saw the dried tear on the side of his cheek.

Did he cry? But why, it's surely not because of him, right? Jungkook saw hi－ the restless omega and took a step to console their son.

"Baby?"

"Hey buddy it's me....daddy" jungkook rubbed the small of his back holding his little arms that were around the omega and pull it back so that taehyung can breath properly.

Jungmin realizing his daddy's presense immediately latched his small body to him and sobbed loudly. Jungkook reached to the nightstand and pick the medicine he placed there before and gave it to taehyung who took it instantly and gulped it down silently.

"D-Daddy! Mama ish(is) hurt! G-Granna h-hurt mama! Granna big big M-Meanie!..... Dada it was sho(so) s-s-scary!" Jungmin complain between his cries causing the trueblood to sigh and pat his back. He kissed his head softly and caressed his silky hair.

"I know baby I'm so sorry. It's alright, see your mama is fine now. Stop crying, your mama feels sad. Do you want your mama to feel sad?" he softly whispered. Jungmin look up from his neck to his mama who was smiling at him while nodding in agreement.

Jungmin sniffed and made grabby hands to taehyung who immediately picked him in his arms. "Ma ish(is) not hurt anymore?" Jungmin asked pouting.

"No baby Ma is alright now" Taehyung smile at his baby and wiped his tears kissing his both chubby cheeks. "My baby" Taehyung hugged his pup to his chest tightly feeling a bit better now.

"I made a dinner, let's eat first then you can rest baby okay?" Jungkook says directing it to taehyung but looking at jungmin. "Otay"

Jungkook took them to the kitchen and they eat dinner in silence not even jungmin saying anything, it will take time for the pup to forgot the incident that was traumatic for the little one's mind.

"I want to talk to you, come downstairs when jungmin sleeps" Taehyung hear jungkook says and before he could even answer jungkook get away from there.

Taehyung was conflicted, his hearts wants him to go and listen to what the alpha has to say and his mind nagging him to not go and stays there because he don't have to listen to him. Taehyung was deeply hurt and also way too traumatized from the incident just thinking about it makes him shiver in fear, it was simply unforgetful.

He thought he was going to die from the fury the she-alpha has in her eyes but jungkook saved him. He wants to blame jungkook for this but he knows it's not his fault, it's him who had to be dependant on the other to save him everytime.

After a while his curiousity wins and he decided to go, the feeling he was getting was worsing each passing second. He came outside the garden where the alpha was sitting on the chair back facing him. There's a box on the table and he was holding some pictures in his hands.

Taehyung knitted his eyebrows and look closer, his eyes widen and he feels the sharp pang in his chest. It was the same picture he saw years ago in jungkook's closet. The same box and a picture of a girl.

Taehyung breathed heavily in anger, he was furious. Just seeing the photo made his inside churn painfully, he turned around to leave from there. It was a bad decision to even come here.

"I'm ready" he stopped abruptly when he hear the other.

"Huh?" He let out in confusion.

"For what?"

He look back to see jungkook still looking at the picture. Jungkook took a deep breath and stood up, back still facing him.

"I'm ready to－" he look back at taehyung, their eyes met and says clearly without any hesitation. "..to free you from this cage－from me"

Taehyung heartbeat fasten as his breath become rigid. "W-What do you m-mean?" He muttered out.

Jungkook smile sadly, eyes holding the deepest pain and regret. "I will not apologize this time for what my mom did to you because it will never be enough and it's useless now－so I decided to give you what you wanted."

"You don't want me in your life. You want your freedom right? I will give you" Taehyung frowned not want to think anything from this. This can't be happening no no!

There was a long silence causing taehyung anxiety to grow, he was holding his breath when jungkook let out.

"I decided to be not selfish anymore and－and give you the r-rejection you asked for" Jungkook voice cracked at the end, his eyes filled with frustated tears. He can't cry now!

"W-W-Wha..t" Taehyung stumbles backwards, his kness almost lost the strength. He can't seem to breath from the sudden burden in his heart. He whimpered when his wolf howled in sadness. He heard it wrong right? It can't be happening.

"B-But before that i want you to listen to why i do what i did to you." Jungkook continue but taehyung didn't hear anything, he was too occupied in his own pain to listen to anything.

Jungkook is rejecting him? He－he can't do that! No he can not do that to him! He knows he's the one who asked for this but it was a moment of anger and pain that he blurted out, he never wanted it. Never!

How will he handle the rejection, how－how will he live and what will happened to jungmin? How will he react? His baby will be heartbroken. Taehyung didn't hear the sobs that leaves his throat. Jungkook turned around not want to see taehyung in this state, he can't see him like this. He knows it's hurting the omega but he think it's best for the omega to be away from the trueblood.

Though it broke him but taehyung is better off without him. He tries to contain his sobs, his tears fell repeatedly on his cheek. It hurt so bad, so bad that it seems impossible to contain it.

And he didn't even reject him yet the pain is unbearable.

"How can you be so selfish!" Taehyung shouted in anger not minding anything, his mind was blank from everything. He can't let jungkook reject him. No he won't let him to this to him and to their pup.

"Why can't you just stop thinking about yourself for once! Did you ever thought what will jungmin think huh! How much it'll hurt him! He needs both of us!! I can't believe you can be more than this heartless! You're so selfish jungkook－"

"I'M NOT A SELFISH!!" Jungkook screamed turning around looking at the omega who flinch. "I'm not!" He cried.

"I-I'm n-not!"

This is the first time I'm not satisfied with my work. This chapter sucks! I'm feeling ill at the moment so my brain is not functioning properly so this is not what i had in my mind. It was suppose to be intense but i couldn't do that. I'm sorry guys.
