3:20pm

Right now I am at the hospital. I did get shot in the shoulder but the bullet went straight thru, so it didn't do much damage. They stitched me back up and they wanna keep me here for a couple more hours.

I don't know where King at but Ki'Myra hasn't left my side since I been here. Right now she taking a nap that me and Maleek both told her to take. She was really stressing and we all know that's not good for the baby.

I know y'all probably wanna know how I got shot.

Flashback Begins...

They was now in me and King room. While I was in the safe room. It sound like they were searching for something.

"We gotta plant this bug now." Someone said.

"Is this the right room? We suppose to be planting the hidden camera and mic in the room with the pregnant girl." Someone else said but this person had a deeper voice.

"Man look I don't know. We gotta hurry up before they come back." The one with the less deep voice said.

"Wait I hear something." The deep voice one said.

"Man-" The light voice one was saying til he herd someone coming in the house.

"Just put- what the fuck happened here?" It was Ki'Myra. I know her voice anywhere.

Then I heard someone coming up the stairs.

"No no Myra. Don't come up here." I said to myself.

I gotta help her. I unlock the safe code from the inside and quietly walked outside the room.

I stood a lil behind the closet doorway to listen and peek a lil. The light voice one had a gun. I walked a lil more into the bathroom and stood in behind that door.

Then I seen someone walk into the room. It was Maleek.

"What are y'all doing here?" Maleek asked the two.

"Mr and Mrs. wanted to plant a bug in the girl room but we don't know which room it is." The deep voice one said.

"I got it. I know which room it is." Maleek said.

"Ight. Here." The deep voice one said hanging him over the bug.

"Wait." The light voice said as he grabbed the deep voice one hand. "I don't trust him."

"The fuck you mean." Maleek said.

Just in a second the light voice one pointed his gun at Maleek. I accidentally moved a lil because my baby belly was uncomfortable. I didn't make any noise but Maleek seen me.

He moved his eyes to not make it obvious but the light one was very observant. He turned and seen me.

Just in a instant he shot at me and I fell back.

I don't know what was happening after that but they soon left running out the room.

Flashback Ends...

That's what happened. Now I'm here. The doctors say that my baby is fine and that's really all I was worried about.

Myra is starting to wake up.

"Hey Kiki." I said to her as she walked over to my side of the bed.

"How are you feeling?" She asked.

"I'm fine Myra. I was fine when they brought me and I'm fine now." I told her as I rubbed on her belly.

"Alright I'm just making sure." She said.

"Um did King ever call back?" I asked her.

"No I'm sorry. Ace nor Jeilani are answering the phone. I tried multiple times." She said.

"Why are they not answering?" I gasped. "What if they got caught?" I asked.

3:30pm

"Why are they not answering?" I gasped. "What if they got caught?" Nique asked.

"I'm sure their fine but when they do come back they won't be." I said.

Just as I said that in come King, Ace, and Jeilani.

King rushed to Nique side.

"I'm sorry baby. I should have answered the phone. Are you okay? Is the baby okay? I'm so sorry Nique." King said.

"Niggaaaa she is fine and so is the baby." I said. "Now where the fuck was y'all and why was y'all not answering the phone." I said as I walked towards Ace.

"Myra calm yo lil ass down." Ace said.

"Fuck no! Y'all asses didn't answer the phone. It's been hours." I said mad as hell at them.

"And we was handling fucking business Ki'Myra fuck. Always with the bullshit." Ace said.

I know he not talking to me. He better not me talking to me. This nigga talking to me.

"Boy fuck you!" I said as a pushed passed him walked towards the door. "Nique I'll see you at the house later tonight." I said then left.

I called Maleek to tell him come get me. I made him leave incase they did come and blamed him for it all.

When Maleek arrived, I got in the car and we just sat there.

"What wrong mamas?" He asked me.

"Nothing. Ace is just ughhhhhhh." I said yelling.

"Well here." He said handling me this tiny little black thing.

"What is this?" I asked.

"This is the bug they wanted to plant in your room but they was in the wrong room." He said.

I opened the door threw it out and stepped on it.

"Let's go." I said.

He started up his car.

"Where we going?" He asked.

"To Kareem and Jennifer." I stated.

• Ace POV •
7:30pm

It's been 4 hours since we all heard from Ki'Myra. I been calling and calling her but there was no answer. King has called. Jeilani has called. Nique has called. We even had Stori call but there was no answer. We would call that Maleek nigga but nobody got his number but Myra.

I hope she safe. I know I been mean to her for the pass two week or so but this is how I'm protecting her. I can't have emotions and protect her.

"Man FUCK!!!" I said punching the wall in the living room as Myra phone went straight to Voicemail...Again.

"Yo Ace calm the fuck down. We gonna find her." Jeilani said.

"No. If something happens to her. It will be my fault."

"No it won't man. We gon find her stop tripping." Jeilani said.

Just then King came downstairs from by Nique.

"Nique is taking her nap. Anybody hear from Ki'Myra yet?" King asked.

Me and Jei both shook out heads no.

"Well somebody better get to hacking and searching. Get to fucking work. Y'all ain't doing shit!" King said.

I turned my head to that. The fuck he mean we ain't doing shit.

"What chu mean we ain't doing shit. Nigga you ain't doing shit. You been upstairs with Nique since we got back. You tried to call her one time while I been blowing her shit up!!" I said feeling some type of way.

"What chu wan do bout it nigga." King said.

That's fighting words and I ain't no punk.

"Nigga you wan go. Let's go." I said.

We walked closer to each other. Then Jei jumped in the middle.

"Yo chill out." He said.

Just then the front door open. It was Ki'Myra. I ran straight towards her almost making her fall.

"Are you okay? Where the fuck were you?" I said as I hugged her the whole time not letting her go.

"Nigga get off me. I'm fine." She said.

I let her go and backed up.

She looked outside the door and told someone to hurry up.

Stori walked up and into the house.

"What the fuck is going on?" I said confused.

8:00pm

I know y'all like what the fuck and where was you? How you just walk in like nothing happened?

I told Maleek to drive me to the opps but he wouldn't. He was talking bout some I'm crazy and he ain't driving me there. I wasn't gonna press it so I just told him to drive me to Stori house.

I been with Stori the rest of the day. We ain't do anything but sit at her house and watch tv and eat. I just ain't wanna go home.

"What the fuck is going on?" Ace asked.

"Nigga I was with Stori." I said.

"Bi-Girl you said you ain't heard or seen Myra." Ace said.

Better not call my bestie a bitch.

"Bit I lied." Stori said.

"I can see that dumb shit. But why?" Ace said.

"Nigga ain't obvious." King said. "She ain't wan be bothered with yo ass." King said all mad.

What the fuck happened before I walked in?

"Nigga shut up." Ace said back.

"A I'm not finna go back and forward with you, so I'm go upstairs." King said.

Okay something really wrong.

"Myra I wanna see yo ass upstairs in 15 minutes and I'm not playing with yo ass." King said to me.

I just rolled my eyes. Me and Stori walked more into the house and Ace closed the door. After I hugged Jeilani. Me and Stori went upstairs to one of the guest rooms.

"I'll be back Stori." I said leaving to go to King and Nique room.

I walked down the hall to King room and took a deep breathe in and out.

I opened the door and he was sitting on the bed on his phone while Nique was sleep next to him.

"I'm sorry I didn't answer King." I said soon as I walked into the room.

"Close the door." He said.

I did what he said and then went sit on the bottom of his bed.

"I understand your reasons for not picking up for Ace maybe even Jei, but why didn't you pick up for me?" King asked.

"I wanted to but I knew you would stop me from doing what needed to be done." I told him.

"And what is that?" He asked.

"I was gonna see Jennifer and Kareem alone." I mumbled.

"What was that?" He asked.

I took a deep breathe in and out.

"I was gonna go see Kareem and Jennifer alone." I said out loud this time.

"And why would y'all do that?" He asked.

"I don't know. Everybody getting they lives messed up because of me and I wanna handle it. Y'all don't Neva let me do nothing or in on anything besides this plan. And all y'all did was stick me with Maleek all day. It's not like it's nice to hang with him but I don't wanna do it everyday." I told him honestly.

"That is still no reason to try and put yourself in danger Ki'Myra. You damn near 7 months pregnant." King said.

He was so calm, it was hard to tell if he was mad or not.

"You don't need to be doing that type of stuff. Now I will say this though you do deserve to be apart of what we doing and you don't have to always be with Maleek all the time." King said.

"Alright and thanks King." I said to him.

I got up and hugged him then left out the room.

• Omniscient POV •
9:30pm

"So you been working with the others against me boy!" Kareem yelled

"I'm not I'm just tryna get close to them." Maleek said to him.

"He's a liar. He's been working with my daughter the whole time." Jennifer semi yelled.

"No I'm not. Come on dad. You gon believe her over me." Maleek stated.

Just then Jennifer came across his face with her mini pistol.

Maleek spit out blood.

"We know you been working with them. Our informants told us what happen." Kareem said. "And when we tried to check the bug that was SUPPOSE TO BE PLANTED nothing came up."

"Well maybe they found it and destroyed it after I planted it." Maleek said.

"Do I look stupid to you son!?" Kareem asked. "I know you had it. They told me they gave it to you."

"Oh really. So did they also tell you how they shot her." Maleek lied.

"What!? What do you mean?" Kareem asked confused.

"Yea they shot her. Right in front of me." Maleek continue to lie.

"No no no no." Kareem said hitting his head with his gun. Lil blood started to show.

"Baby it's okay." Jennifer said trying to confront him.

"Move bitch!" Kareem yelled pushing Jennifer.

"What does she have that I don't?" Jennifer asked.

"Uh let me see. Everything get the fuck." Kareem said. "Now is she dead?" Kareem asked.

"No but it could be looking like that soon." Maleek said continuing to lie.

"Alright here's the plan. You gonna continue the same plan except this time we gonna need some pictures." Kareem said.

Maleek felt a deep weird feeling inside. He didn't know how he was gonna prove this shit.

"Wait is she still pregnant or no?" Kareem asked.

"I don't know. After it all happened, I dropped her off at the hospital and left." Maleek said.

"Wait. So how do you know if she is dead or not?" Kareem asked.

"I never said she was. I said it could be looking like that. I never went back." Maleek did his best to make that convincing.

All while Maleek and Kareem are going back and forth. Jennifer sat on the couch thinking and listening. She didn't believe Maleek one bit. She felt he was a liar and a snake. So she was gonna expose Maleek. Then come up with a plan to get rid of Ki'Myra. Since she was the only thing standing between her and her man.

"Alright you know the plan. Get out." Kareem told Maleek.

And that's exactly what he did. Maleek left and went straight home to his baby mama and unborn daughter.
