I just pulled up to Ki'Myra house. I have something to tell her. I don't really know how to say it.

Okay so a couple weeks ago I seem Maleek with Kareem. I thought it was a mistake and I was just seeing stuff, so I brushed it off.

That was until I seen them together again. So me being me I started following Maleek around. And they things I found out are not good for Ki'Myra. She might even be in danger. So today I was over to tell her why I was gone and what I seen and what I think.

I hope she doesn't take this wrong. I know she has a sorta soft spot for him.

I got to her door and rung the bell. Then I heard Jeilani voice. And the door open.

"Sorry Lani." She said.

"Hey bestie.!" I semi-yelled.

She then said "Hey bestie.!"

We harmonized. Then Jeilani had to say something.

"Hey hey hey shut that shit up." He said then walking between us and going sit on the couch.

We laughed at him and walked to her room. I was going to tell her. I had to do it now.

"Wassup boo." She said rubbing her 5 1/2 month belly. I smiled then got serious.

"Nothing much but I gotta tell you something before school." I said.

She made a face like I made her worry. I didn't wan stress her but I wanted to tell her.

"Uh. Okay I'm just gonna tell you." I took a deep breath. "I seen Maleek with your mom's creep boyfriend." I said very fast.

"What?" She said with a confused look.

"I seen Maleek with Kareem." I told her again but where she could clearly understand me.

"I heard you." She said with a sigh.

"I'm sorry Myra. I just thought I should tell." I told her.

"When did you see them?" She asked.

"A couple weeks ago one time and then again some time after. After the second I decided to do some investigating."

"Okay okay wait I need to take this all in, but it explains some things but not all. I'm still a little confused. But he has been MIA since Christmas. And nobody has seen him around the shop once I stopped working there." She thought for a while. "Okay let's go tell this to everyone else and you can tell me and them what you found out."

I was surprised that she took it that way. I could have swore she was gonna be mad. I guess she has lost that soft spot for him.

We walked out into the kitchen where everyone was because they was eating.

"Yo Myra you can cook." Jeilani said.

"I know. We.. well Stori has to tell you guys something." Myra said to them.

8:15a.m.

Me, Jeilani, King, and Nique were in the kitchen eating the food Myra made while her and Stori were talking in her room.

The girls walked into the kitchen with a weird express on their face. I didn't know what was wrong but it was something big.

Jeilani seen Myra "Yo Myra you can cook."

"I know. We.. well Stori has to tell you guys something." Ki'Myra said looking at Stori.

We all looked at them waiting for her to speak.

"Okay well first hey. Second I think we should take this to the living room." Stori said trying to semi-change the subject.

"Mannn just tell us right here." King said not wanting to move.

"Alright. Well I saw Maleek, y'all know Maleek, with y'all moms creep boyfriend, Kareem,." She said pointing at King. "I didn't really think it was him cause it was more of a glance but then I seen him again with Kareem." She told us.

"I knew I didn't like that nigga!!" I said standing up.

"Ace calm down." Myra said.

"No! Ain't no damn calm down. I knew something was wrong with this nigga but I couldn't put my finger on it." I said now pacing.

I decided to go into the living room because there was more space for me to pace and think. Everyone followed behind.

"Uh you guys. I have to tell you the rest." Stori said.

We all sat down. Myra sat on my lap because the couch was full.

I rubbed her big belly while Stori was talking.

"Okay so when I seen him again. I decided to do a lil investigating and spying. For weeks Maleek and Kareem have been meeting up, in two places. A house which I'm assuming is Maleek's and a little café by the mall. They looked like they knew each other but not that well but Kareem was definitely giving him orders about stuff. What? I don't know that part." She said finishing.

"Alright so what the fuck we gon do?" Jeilani said.

"First Myra how you feeling?" King asked his sister. "I know you sorta was kinda kickin it with him." He said which kinda enraged me, but I calmed down because it's kinda my fault she ran into his arms.

"I'm alright. Really like I'm fine. It's April and I haven't seen or really heard from him since Christmas. That's three months." Myra said. "I deadass stop trying to contact him after three weeks of no responses and completely forgot about him til now." She said.

She looked like she was telling the truth.

"Alright first we need to catch this nigga in action-"King was saying before he got interrupted.

"What? You don't believe me?" Stori said with a slight attitude.

King scrunched up his face a little "Nah that's not what I'm saying. I'm saying we gon need proof first." He said straight forward.

"So for right now Stori you keep doing what you doing but taking pictures and videos. Also try to get some more information but be careful. And then we'll move on to step two. Ight?" King said them looked at everyone for their confirmation.

Everyone nodded.

"Alright Myra come on its 9:05am and your late. Stori you wanna ride with us." He said with a smirk.

They think nobody don't know they together. Everyone know but Myra. The pregnancy kinda made her less observant.

"Nah ima take my own car. Thanks though." Stori said giving him a wink.

They so obvious. I chuckled.

"Ight let me go get my purse." Ki'Myra said going into her room.

I followed behind her and closed the door.

"Myra are we gonna talk about us and our family?" I asked her.

"Ace I've told you before. Your in the game and I dont wan my baby around that. We are a family but I can't stay with you or be with you if your in." She told me.

I heard her. I really was but it's not is to get out the game. It's like a drug. It brings in fast ass money. I'm not the type to have a minimum rage job. I already dropped outta college a couple months back for the game, so I got nothing to go back on. Besides my so-called rap career.

I wrote song and use to rap when I was younger but when I got in the game I stopped all that shit. I got nothing but the game to provide for me and mine.

"Alright Myra, I'll figure it out." I grabbed her hand and we walked over to the mirror. I put my hands on her belly while standing behind her. While getting down to her ear. "Ima get it alright. Ima figure it out. I wan you and our son to be together."

She sighed "Ight Ace and how you know it's a boy?"

"I just know." I released her and she turned around to face me.

"I love you Ace but I wan my baby safe at all times." She told me. "Now I gotta go to school. I'll see you later, alright?"

"Yea." I kissed her forehead.

"Come on Myra. It's 9:20am. Let's go!!" Jeilani said from by the front door.

"I'm coming! Don't be rushing me!." Ki'Myra yelled. Then looked at me. And left.
