8:10p.m.

We just got to me and King house. I seen another car in the drive way. I would have guess it was Ace car but it wasn't really sporty looking. We walked in the house.

"Where the he-!!" He was about to ask us what took us so long until he seen my eye and slightly bruised neck. "What the fuck happened to you!?" He said to me. But before I could answer. "What the fuck happened to her!?" He turned his attention to Jeilani.

"King chill. I'm fine. Your niece or nephew are fine. We're good." I said.

"Yea. Tell that to the bruise on yo neck and that black eye." He said with attitude.

"Your such a drama king." I said walking to the couch to eat my food. We didn't get any gifts out his car because all the gifts are going to Jeilani house. "Or should I say drama queen." I laughed a little.

"Myra don't start with me." I just shrugged my shoulders and walked in my room.

When  I walked in my room, I seen Jennifer in my dresser.

"What the fuck are you doing!?" I said rushing by her.

"I am your mother. You don't talk to me like that." She said. She was high.

"You stop being my mother when you believed yo creep ass boyfriend over me. Get the fuck out my room.!"

"Bit- Lil Girl oooouuu." She stormed out my room.

"What happened?" King asked me.

"Bitch was looking thru my shit." I said.

She went and stand by King like he was suppose to protect her.

"Bitch ain't nobody gon touch you." I told her.

"Bitch. I gotcho Bitch." She said charging towards me, but was yanked back by her hair by King.

8:35p.m.

"First you not gon be hittin my sis. Second you said you wanted to apologize. Why the fuck you here, if you ain't apologizing? And why you in her stuff?" King said still holding her hair.

"I aint apologizing to that little girl. She seduces my man and took his money." She said. "Yea he told me you took his money. I was here to get it back for him." She said looking at me now.

She such a kiss ass for a nigga that don't even like her.

"Bitch "yo so-called man" raped me and ain't nobody got his wack ass money. The fuck I need his money for?" I said right in her face.

She tried to grab me but Jeilani stepped in the way and pushed me behind him.

"Oh so you got yo brother and this nigga. You such a lying, conniving, thieving little slut." She said looking me in my eyes.

I wanted to break down but I couldn't. I couldn't let her think she was getting to me.

"I hope my grandchild doesn't come out anything like you." I scrunched up my face like how she know. "I heard you when I was in the room hoe." She said nonchalant.

I never thought I could hate my mother. Like a real deep hatred for her. As a kid I would say I hate her but I neva actually did. I neva thought I would really deeply hate this lady.

"Jennifer my baby will be nothing like me because I will have raise him or her, not you." I said dismissing her.

King let her go and she grabbed my wrist and got real close to my ear and whispered.

"If that baby is for Kareem. I'm gonna kill you and that baby." She leaned away.

I leaned forward towards her ear. "What makes you think, this baby isn't his? I mean he did rape me and I always used condoms with my boyfriend." I said then backed away.

She looked at me with so much rage. She turned around and walked away. At least that what I thought she was doing. She turned around so fucking fast and smacked the fuck outta me. I almost fell but Jeilani caught me.

King grabbed her by her wrist and dragged her out.

"No I'm done with her. You wanna smack me because your fucking boyfriend raped me and possibly got me pregnant!" Tears started to come down my face.

I don't know if it was because she didn't believe me or if it was because she was choosing him over me but I was heated and sad, just so me fucking emotions.

9:00p.m.

"BITCH FUCK YOU! I will neva forgive you! NEVA!" I said yelling thru the door because King was blocking it and I couldn't push thru him.

I started to feel a lot of pressure on my back and I feel something leak down my leg. I looked down and it was blood.

"K-King." I tried to get his attention. But Jennifer started coming back so he had to move her back from me.

"King." I was scared. I just lost my baby and it was because of my mother. I can't do this.

"Lani!" I yelled. He looked at me and when he realized I was crouched down, his eyes drifted down to where the blood was leaking.

I had on black so you couldn't see it til it hit the ground.

"King!! King!!" Jeilani yelled. King finally turned around and looked at me.

King rushed over to me making Jennifer stumble.

"Jei we need to get her to the hospital." King said.

"I got this." Jeilani said picking me up bridal style. "You handle that." He said glancing over at Jennifer.

He walked to to his car and put me in the back. He drove super fast. I almost fell a couple times. But we made it in like 10 minutes and y'all the nearest hospital is 45 minutes away from the house. So this nigga was speeding.

He called some nurses out and they rushed me in the hospital on a stretcher to the E.R.

9:55p.m. (40 minutes later)

I woke up in a room. I looked to the side, I seen Jeilani and Stori on the sofa sleep. King sleep in the chair next to me. I didn't see Ace tho.

I sat up, well try to but they had a lot of wires attached to me.

I did finally sit up though. Just as I did I heard the toilet from the bathroom in the room flush.

I looked and it was Ace.

When he noticed me, he rushed to the other side of the bed. (The opposite of King)

"Hey. How are you doing?" He asked.

I really didn't know how to answer that. I just lost my baby and maybe our baby.

"I don't know. I really don't know." I said looking down at my stomach.

He noticed. "Hey it's gonna be okay." He said lifting my chin.

He gave me a hug and got in the bed with me.

10:00p.m. (5 mins later)

A knock on the door woke up everyone else and got me and Aces attention.

"Come in." Ace said with his deep voice.

It was my Dr, Dr.Baliro.

"Hi everyone. Hello Ki'Myra. How are you doing?" She asked.

"I'm fine." I lied.

"Well I have some good and bad news." I made a big gulp as I nodded my head.

"Okay well. Good news is you didn't lose your baby. The baby is perfectly fine."

"But I saw blood." I said reassuring her.

"You don't have enough iron in your system and whatever happened put a lot of stress on you. So that contradicted with the iron in your system. Making blood come out."

I let out a breathe of air. I was so relieved.

"So yes. Your baby is fine. Now for the bad news. You have a bruised lung and a black eye. Now as your doctor I'm suppose to ask you how this happened, but I have been doing this for a while now and I know my place. I don't ask unless it's asked about first."

I nodded my head.

"Thank you Dr.B. but I didn't know you worked at the hospital." I said.

"Yea. I work the night shifts on Sunday and Tuesdays." She said. "Alright. I will be back in a few with your discharge papers." She then left.

Everyone looked at me.

"Why didn't you tell me you was pregnant?" Stori said speaking first while walking towards the front of my bed.

"I was gonna tell you when I started to get a lil bigger. Jezzz."

"Well I'm happy as long as your okay. You still should have told me tho." she said flicking my toe.

"Stop that bitch." I said while laughing.

After a while Stori and Jeilani went home. King had to go see Nique, which I had no problem with. So I was left with Ace.

Dr.B finally came back with the discharge papers. I signed them and me and Ace left.

He took me to his house. I didn't know why, but also didn't care. I was tired. This was a long fucking day.

He helped me out the out and into the house and up the stairs to his bedroom.

"Thanks Ace." I said with my sleepy voice.

"Always babygirl. I love you. I will always be here for you." He said sliding under the covers with me.

I was tired but didn't fall asleep right away. I was thinking. Mostly about how happy I was that I still had my baby with me.
