"Watch it asshole!" I shout as some kid skates into me causing me to fall over. Max helps me up and the boy smiles at me.

"I'm so sorry, my name is-"

"Don't wanna know. I have a girlfriend so go away." I say grabbing Max's hand. I lead her away and she squeezes my hand.

"You are so powerful." She says making me smile. We go to her street and start skating out the front of her house. "I got some wonder woman comics! We can read them before El comes if you want."

"Sure, we can do that," I say smiling. We go into her house and sit on her bed. She pulls some comics out from her desk draws and hands me one. We both start reading and soon the doorbell rings to indicate that Eleven is here.
