Tonight is the night you're meeting Lorelai and Luke. Nervous isn't even a strong enough word to describe how you feel. As you and Rory drive up to her mom's house, she looks at you. "Don't be nervous." She reassures.

"Yeah, but I am." You tell her making Rory chuckle.

"Come on." She tells you. The two of you walk up to the house and Rory knocks on the door. Lorelai opens it and smiles at you.

"Hi! You must be Y/n!"

"Yeah! It's so nice to meet you." You smile. The two of you enter the house and dinner was less awkward than you expected. When you get home, you lay in bed with Rory as she falls asleep in your arms.
