"(Y/n), I want you to look at the stars."

Tonight was a peaceful night, and Dipper Pines, the infamous mystery solver in Gravity Falls, who's also your 24 year old boyfriend for almost 6 years now, asked you to come and join him in a nice sky gazing.

The temperature outside was perfect, so you didn't bother to just go in your usual attire, which was a blouse shirt and some leggings. Converse shoes covered your feet.
"What about them?" Obeying, you gazed at the twinkling stars up above. They were decorating the dark blue skies, and were shining like the moon. It was beautiful to look at.

You two were in Gravity Falls' forests. It was a safe spot of course, so that it wouldn't be a problem going back. It appears he already laid a small picnic mat so that you two could lay down and chill.

"Aren't they beautiful?" He asked, a smile on his face. You looked at him while he's speaking, but after he finished you gazed back at the beautiful, sparkling stars. Yoy nodded, a soft smile on your mouth. "They sure are."

You felt a shift of positions beside you soon after. So checking what's up, you looked to your side, only to see Dipper in a side view position, his head being supported by his arm that was standing on the soft mat. You comfusingly raised your brow, "What're you looking at?" You asked, since his brown eyes were at you.

"You," Dipper simply said with a smile. "You're like the stars, so beautiful. I'm so lucky to have you." He told you gingerly.

You seem to blush at his statement. For the 6 years you two spent with each other, his sweet words never stopped flattering you. It was sweet of him to tell you that; it made you feel like you're really special.

"Stop it you," You laughed lightly, looking back at the sky.

"You know..." Dipper went back to his laying position. He fidgeted with his hands, looking at them carefully, then his eyes went back above. "They say stars can last up to millions of years,"

You listened carefully to what he was saying, but still kept focus on the stars.

"I want ours to be like that; until the end, it will last." He said yet again. You smiled, but didn't look at him. "Of course, Dippingsauce," You called him by what his twin sister, Mabel, called him.

Silence then followed. You didn't question why though, you thought that maybe Dipper wanted to enjoy the peaceful noise. But then he spoke again.

"But because of so long they exist, they just seem to fade away; like, disappear out of existence." Dipper sighed. This made you worried. You looked at him again, a concerned face with you.

"Y'know, there's more reason why I brought you here, (y/n)." He looked at you, and like the stars, his eyes seem to glimmer. You raised your brow again. "Not only the sky gazing?"

"Not only the sky gazing." He confirmed. "Then what's the other reason?" You asked curiously.

Dipper kept his look towards you, but now his expression turned to dead serious.

"I will prove to you, that our love will never get wiped out of existence." He stood up, and a little box mysteriously popped out of nowhere. He grasped on it, and because of his actions you seem to rise up as well. He stood before your sitting frame, then in seconds his right knee was on the ground. The box he then opened, revealing a shining (gold/silver) ring. A small, shy smile was on Dipper's face, and his cheeks were dusted light pink.

It only took a second for you to realize why he really brought you here.

"(Y/n) (Second Name, ignore if none) (L/n), will you do the honor of marrying me?"

~

I think it's obvious what you'll answer. 😂

"NO, OF COURSE NOT!"

Just kidding 😂✌

Hope you enjoyed! Sorry again if it's short :3
