Shawn's Pov

Y/N and I were going out for our 2 months of being together and she was upstairs getting ready. I was standing by the kitchen door frame waiting to leave.

'Skip hour later'

' You say you'll be down in five, the smell of your perfume is floating down the stairs, you're fixing up your hair like you do, I know that I'll be a mess.'

I could tell Y/N was coming down because I could smell her y/f/p from just standing here, I saw her walking down the steps so I ended up standing up more straight instead of leaning on the side.

'The second that I see you, you won't be surprised, it happens every time, it's nothing new.'

After her final step I walked up to her and hugged her because I felt like it.

" You look so beautiful baby." I said to her

" Aw, thanks babe. you look amazing as always." She said back

We then made our way to my car so I could drive to the place we're going to.

' It's always on a night like tonight, I think that you can read my mind, cause when you look at me with those eyes, I'm speechless.'

'Skip the drive'

I parked my car and got out and the gentleman I am opened Y/N's door and helped her out of the car. When we walked to the doors, I held the door open for her to be the good boyfriend I am. We got our table and we both picked up our menu to look at what we wanted to order.

' Staring at you, standing there in that dress, what it's doing to me, ain't a secret, cause watching you is all that I can do, and I'm speechless.'

The waiter came to take our orders and then we just started talking about random crap that we find very entertaining to us both. About 20 mins into the conversation the waiter came back with our food, so we just ate and talked some more.

'Skip the rest of the date'

After I paid for the check both of us walked to my car and headed home.

' You already know that you're my weakness, after all this time I'm just as nervous, every time you walk into the room, I'm speechless.'

When we got home I looked to the passenger side of the car and saw Y/N asleep. She looks so cute huddled up in the seat. I carefully opened my side and got out. I made my way around to Y/N's door, I opened it and bent over her to undo her seat belt and picked her up bridal style and carried her to the door. After unlocking the door I walked in and kicked the door with my foot. I made my way upstairs to our bedroom to put her down. Once I put her down I took her shoes off and went to the bathroom to grab a make up whip to gently whip her face. I then grabbed some sweatpants to change into. Once I put them on I made my way to the bed to cuddle my beautiful girlfriend.

' It started when you said hello, just did something to me, and I've been in a daze, ever since the day that we meet, you take the breath out of my lungs.'

Author's Notes- This story was fun to write as well as the others but I love this song so much it hit different. Enjoy and Happy New Year. I know it's 2 days late but still.
