Ashton's POV

I woke up to my phone going off. I grabbed it to see Luke calling me.

"Hey man." I said

" Hey, we work today right."

" Yeah? Why is everything ok." I asked concerned

" Um. Well Emmy won't talk to me."

" I'll be over in 5." I said getting up

I hung up then went to my closet to get dressed. Then ran my hands through my hair, while also trying to grab everything I needed.

'Time Jump'

I made it to their house and knocked on the door. I heard footsteps along with Petunia's barks. Luke opened the door and allowed me in. I saw him looking really worried.

" She's in our room."

I nodded and made my way upstairs to the bedroom. I saw her curled up in a ball sobbing. It broke my heart to see her like this. I walked over to her slowly. I then sat on the end of the bed.

" Hey Emmy." I said softly

She looked up at me before coming over to hug me. I grabbed her gently while rubbing her back to calm her nerves. I was also whispering sweet things in her ear.

Luke's POV

When I let Ashton in I told him she was in our room. He almost ran up the stairs. I was confused why he almost did that. I followed him up the stairs to see him already in the room hugging her. I then got sad and also a little frustrated since she wouldn't let me help her. I went back downstairs to wait for Ashton since he was going to drive us to work.

'Time Jump'

I heard footsteps making their way downstairs I turned my head to see Ashton.

" Is she all right? Did I do something wrong? I am sorry if I hurt her, it won't happen ever again." I rambled

" I'll tell you later."

I nodded. " Are we going to work now?"

" No but soon. I just have to wait for my mom to come watch her."

I nodded and went on my phone.

Ashton's POV

I leaned on the stairs rail waiting for my mom to come watch Emmy because Luke doesn't know that she gets emotional and it can led to her getting anxiety attacks.

'Time Skip'

We waited about 10 minutes and she was at the door. I told my mom what happened and she nodded. I motioned Luke to come with me. We silently made it my car. The ride was quiet until I heard what sounded like crying. I turned my head real fast to check.

" Luke what's wrong?"

" I just feel guilty for making Emmy sad when I don't even know what I did." He said calming down

" Dude you didn't hurt her. She just goes through anxiety and sometimes it leads to anxiety attacks." I explained to him

" I feel bad now."

" Why?" I questioned

" I started freaking out which led her to cry more."

" What made you flip out?"

" She was crying and I panicked. I thought I did something."

I just nodded and parked at the studio.

Emmy's POV

I calmed down and heard my phone go off. I answered it.

" Hey sweetheart. I just wanted to check in."

I smiled " I'm doing better Luke. Thank you for checking in."

" I also wanted to say I'm sorry for freaking out on you."

" Baby you didn't do anything to make me like that."

" Are you sure?"

" I'm sure Bub."

" Okay! Love ya!"

" Love ya too!"

'Time Jump'

Luke's POV

After work I made Ashton drive faster so I could cuddle my baby so she feels loved and safe. I am also going to play her one of her favorite songs.
