(Third person pov)

The night was quiet and the moon was shining. The moonlight was shining through the windows, lightening up the halls. The whole castle was sleeping except for the guards and one cursed spirit.

He was making his way towards the Queen's room. He stopped walking when he saw one of the guards approaching him. With one swift move of his hand, the guard fell on the ground.

He continued to walk towards the Queen's room. He quietly opened the doors. His red eyes scanned the darkroom. He walked in, she was sleeping. He narrowed his eyes at the sleeping woman.

He raised his hands in the air, making sure not to wake the Queen. He was about to dig his nails into her throat just like she did to his father. And as he charged at her... He got stopped by something. And that made the curse fly backward and hit the wall. He immediately looked up.

She was still sleeping. It was like she couldn't even feel it. His eyes were slightly wide.

"And you thought that you could kill me?" As he blinked, he was somewhere else. He looked up. He saw her, she was sitting on her throne with a smirk on her lips. But... This wasn't the castle, this was her Innate Domain.

"You never learn, do you? Sukuna." She looked down at the curse. He found himself standing still, unable to look away from her. She leaned against her palm.

"Now then, what should I do with you? You're like a dog. I should train you more, and since you did a bad thing... I should punish you." She stood up as she began to walk towards him.

He wanted to charge at her but something held him back. He looked at his legs and arms. Something that looked like a black rope was wrapped around him. He couldn't move now. He began to squirm, trying to get away. He failed.

"Sukuna~" He felt her palm on his cheek. He looked at her, she was smiling.

"You swore that you'll kill me. But... You won't. Because you can't" She whispered in his ear. He felt her smirk. This smirk was something else. He could sense death all around. From every corner, but mostly from her.

For some reason, he had this feeling in his stomach that he never had before. He might have never felt it, but he knew what it was. He was...

Scared.
