Attempted hiding the upcoming birth of twins as much as possible due to the rarity of them in the society and little to no information known of them. That seeming to give a strain to his psycho pass that soon enough made him get flagged by one street scanner, leading the Sybil System to his wife and unborn twins. Sybil took his whole family away from him, though he went through treatment and was released after recuperating, his family didn't return nor he ever knew more of them. Personality:
     ~ This female is a rather complex one, known to have a sort of split personality on certain aspects. Maybe this is due to people's myth, of how people with blood type AB tend to be 'two-faced'. Or maybe is due to where she was born and how she got raised, nobody can't tell. When she is inside the SS-Enforcer uniform is like she wasn't human. Doesn't speak, react, or anything as a normal person should but more like a drone. Though there are times when she can't hide her human side, making her unable to stop herself from reacting like she wants but is part of the job. As for when she isn't wearing the SS-Enforcer uniform, she doesn't change too much. She's still quiet and serious but extremely blunt at the same time. Doesn't fear speaking her mind the exact way it crossed through her head, but she does know when to keep her words in check and not speak anything unnecessary.

     ~ There are times that she can come up as robotic or emotionless due to her lack of unusual reactions. Even so, she's able to wear a smile and show emotions when needed like a professional. Deep inside she is scarred and hurt, which makes her come up at times as cold, cruel, or even a twisted woman. She still makes sure to keep that part of her in check due to the job. There are moments when she resembles her elder brother Shogo Makishima's personality (besides appearance without the hair dye and lenses) at how they both hate Sybil and their humanists way of thinking. Unlike him, she ain't a humanist on the dark side nor she uses bad methods to try fighting against Sibyl...for the time being at least. Besides, she ain't a bad person like Shogo was or her twin sister. There's actually good in her or a bit of hope, that society isn't completely lost and that one day Sibyl shall fall on its own as other methods had through history.

     ~ Her direct and constant contact with new and different people in her line of work will eventually help her regain some of her human sides and hopefully for the better. 

History:
      ~ From the moment her parents knew that they were expecting identical twins, the questions started to appear of how the Sibyl System will judge them. The fear starts due to the rarity of multiple children in Japan ever since Sibyl was incorporated into society. Eventually making her mother decide to leave her husband's place and go to an area with little to no existent street scanners with the plan of leaving Japan to find somewhere else safer if it even existed. One thing was planning and the other was acting, Sibyl wasn't all that easy to be avoided. An illegal foreigner is used to evading and staying clear as possible from street scanners, but not for the husband who never used to have Crime Coefficient problems. Helping his wife, keeping the secret, while keeping his life together didn't work out as planned. Before he could notice his hue begun to cloud to the point he got flagged by a street scanner. The fear and worry caused him to try to evade the warning and sadly leading the MWPSB straight to what he wished to protect, his wife and unborn children. Lucky or not for him he wasn't shot with eliminator mode, but his wife did as she begged to not be killed. The Inspectors and Enforcers at that moment were more human than to simply kill a woman that was obviously expecting a child. Instead, they decide to take both parents into custody and lock them away. Yet, unlike the expecting mother, the father with some therapy was released with constant check-ups as his Crime Coefficient went back to normal. The mother's fate wasn't as lucky due to her high Crime Coefficient and illegal status that wouldn't be improving anytime soon. But she couldn't be eliminated, yet. The fact that she was expecting children and even with the possibility of them being born latent criminals, Sibyl found this as a good study opportunity. Keeping the mother locked away until the day the twin's birth arrived, removing them from the woman and ending her life afterward due to no longer need of an illegal latent criminal.

      ~ After the twin's birth they were immediately inspected and revealed incredible results from the start. Not only they were born physically identical but the scans revealed their crime coefficient was the same as well, with clear hues to add. Sibyl interested in this decides to continue studying the two subjects, raising them in a laboratory in complete secret. These twins didn't grow like normal children, they were treated like guinea pigs. They went through constant and different tests, tortures, training, getting them broken and put back together, practically dissected physically and while still alive. Everything to learn how their Psycho-Pass worked, because since their birth it had remained clear and identical. They remained giving the same results for years, clear, until the day they decided to go all over the tests but with them separated. Being raised with only each other as family and support, gave them a huge strain on their crime coefficient. Finally receiving different results, with their hues changing and getting clouded but only one of them entering into the danger zone. No longer having identical crime coefficient and Soraida's hue never clearing up again, unlike Shinra who with each test and torture had her hue slowly clear up at her own without any treatment. Revealing how from the start, Shinra was able to control her crime coefficient by her own free will which automatically made her criminally asymptomatic. The tests and torture might have ended the moment they confirmed this, their training's got worst and almost inhuman. After all, they not only studied them for personal knowledge but they were seeking something like perfect soldiers, to protect and fight for Sibyl.

     ~ They were kept and raised apart for the whole training until Sibyl decided on the last test for them when they reached 15 years old. Both were made into perfect soldiers, drones with actual blood flowing through them. But one of them wasn't fit for the job nor the task to eliminate the other. Something close to freedom was offered to them if they passed the test. Soraida tried to kill her little twin sister with her own two hands when the Dominator failed to judge Shinra. Reluctant or not, the who was forced and the end to pull the trigger was Shinra. Killing the only family member she knew about, destroyed her heart which made her hate for Sibyl grow even more. Though her guilt also grew, because she was forced to choose her own life over her twin's. Even though everything, Shinra's hue never clouded...not even at the exact moment she pulled the trigger on her sister on Eliminator Mode. Sibyl was finally happy with their creation and continued training the sole survivor to be a perfect pawn. They also made sure that she learned how to act around others when the time came to be of use. Thankfully for Shinra, not only her Psycho-Pass was able to easily adapt, but she in general seemed to go right with the flow.

     ~ After undergoing all the training and tests, she was given a position in the MWPSB as an Inspector. Though, she wasn't a regular one as she only works assisting those teams that the Chief considers in need of her. Most of the time she is doing solo investigations or office work. Her official but secret job is as an SS-Enforcer in cases that are truly chaotic and need of more than just regular Enforcers or Inspectors. The SS-Enforcer is known to others as a new Drone model, controlled personally and exclusively by Sibyl. Keeping all Inspectors and Enforcers in the dark of what is a SS-Enforcer. Due to her training, she could be considered stronger and faster than average humans, but the suit works to enhance all her senses even further. Still, her real job is to remain a secret and is not permitted to be told to anyone unless authorized by Sibyl itself.

     ~ Looks like a complete drone, you aren't able to see that there's an actual human inside due to how it was built. Normally, doesn't go around looking like a drone, instead wears the full-body holo of Komissa-chan. Depending on the situation at hand it could be Hanako-chan (female version) or Taro-chan (male version). The voice while wearing the suit is always masked as well. If she is wearing a holo, it shall be friendly as the Komissa-chan sounds, but without any holo, it will be robotic but similar to the Sibyl System's voice through the Dominators. Though, is not frequent that she speaks when wearing the SS-Enforcer suit, no matter if she's wearing a holo or not. The suit is made for any sort of situation and the weather doesn't get in the way either but it might make any holo worn less reliable. On the feet of the suit there some sort of jet-like thrusters that are activated at will to help her move, jump or glide faster as if wearing roller-skates. Also, on the palm of the hands and base of the feet, there are strong magnets made for climbing that can be activated by will. The hand can also give light to severe electrical shocks only used to immobilize any target. From the thighs can open a hidden compartment where a Dominator is kept but is not normally used by her. In total, the suit carries two Dominators, one on the left and the other on the right thigh compartments.
