Personality:
     ~ Ryunosuke is the sort of guy you prefer staying away from, giving a weird aura that you can't quite pinpoint what it is.  Is the king of sarcasm and attitude speech, yet likes mixing it up with a dark humor every once in a while.  Honest when he wants to be but haves a sharp tongue, not afraid to speak his mind out.  If he finds an interesting person he can become more of a flirt through his sarcasm, but he may come up too strong as well.  Due to his pretty physique he is normally forgiven but those harder to catch might change his perspective of him completely.  Mysterious and intelligent but a huge playboy when it comes to pretty faces, no matter the gender.

     ~ Don't underestimate him due to his usual laid-back and relaxed attitude, his temper is quite dangerous.  Apparently he suffers from anger issues yet ever since he was imprisoned and put through treatment they had been under-control and later supervised carefully ever since he decided to become an Enforcer.  Even though everything, once you get to know the guy is easier to be around him and not feel that uncomfortable.  Don't think that by being friends your saved from his sharp tongue, bad habits die hard with this guy.

     ~ When it comes to romance, he's a charmer.  Playboy or not he knows his stuff and loves making people fall completely to his mercy.  Not the jealous type but definitely the controller one.  A little too loose of his pants but he wont sleep with just anyone either, as he must have at least some interest towards the other person before he thinks of seducing them to his bedroom. 

     ~ Still, there are some really dark shades in Ryunosuke's life. Many inconsistencies with his past that  prove he ain't someone to be fully trusted. His superiors call him the dog that bites the hand that feeds him for a reason. 

History:
     ~ He was born into an normal and loving family.  Consisted of his parents and two elder brothers.  Due to his parents being busy most of the time, he grows closer to his brothers even with their age gap. Their mother spent most of her time after work with them so they weren't always left unattended; even their father when he had spare time devoted it to his wife and children.  Making everything normal, peaceful and nice even. That simple and average life only lasted for six years of Ryunosuke's life.  

     ~ With time changes began to occur and his father along with it, yet Ryunosuke was too young to even notice.  His siblings and mother shielded him from finding out until the tragic day arrived.  One evening his father came back from work much earlier than usual. He was acting weird, almost as he were drunk or high on some substance. His mother was at the kitchen preparing dinner when suddenly his father took out something with a sharp blade and cut's his mother's arm with it while spouting nonsense.  Shinobu at the screaming of their mother ran to see but only got his face cut and struck to the ground getting severely injured by the madman they called father.  Akito pulled me under the kitchen table before running to get his brother and mother who screamed desperately for her husband to stop but instead he hurt her more, punching the woman over and over.  Ryunosuke doesn't remembers too much after Akito was struck down as well by his father.  The only thing he remembers clear as day is the fear in his family's eyes and the blood splattered everywhere. Also, that the bloody blade was in Ryunosuke's hands while the body of his father was on the floor no longer moving or making a sound.

     ~ Not long afterwards, the MWPSB arrived and everyone was taken into custody while the crime was investigated and cleaned up.  Everyone received treatment, but obviously the boy who killed his own father was far from saving based by the Sibil System. His family was allowed to leave as soon as their Crime Coefficient recuperated and their mental states as well. As for Ryunosuke, he was thrown to the Adachi Municipal Psycho-Pass Correction and Medical Care Center. Grew up in there before being released when he turned 20 only to be assigned to the MWPSB as an Enforcer in Division 2.  Ever since, the only freedom he has ever known has been while working as a hunting dog.
