The whole way to the airport, Sadé couldn't keep her lips off of Kasiah. Even at the airport, she was hanging off him like a tree.

"I see you excited," he chuckled, as she kissed his jaw. "You better be glad I got common sense and self control girl,"

"I am! You're taking me on vacation baby I can't help myself," she cooed, and he turned his face only to be met with another kiss. "I love you,"

"I love you too mama," he smirked, kissing her forehead. "You gon like the hotel, we right by the beach,  we got a nice lil view," he spoke.

He was thankful he had such loyal clients at the shop. He was looking to pay full price for the hotel, the plane tickets and everything else he had planned for her, but one of their regulars overheard him talking to Khyren about it, and they learned that not only was the man rich, he owned a hotel in Miami. A nice hotel in Miami, and offered Siah a free stay and room service.

He gladly accepted.

"What are we doing?! I'm so excited, I never been on a baecation out of Georgia before," she smiled.

"Well get used to it," he said before answering her question. He felt like Sadé deserved to be treated this way, she always gave to people, she was such a sweet girl, not only that, she was the best girlfriend he had ever had.

She was the opposite of him in most ways, she was the sweet to his mean, she was the soft to his rough. Her sensitivity brought a sense of comfortability to his life that he didn't know he needed before he experienced her. He looked at things different before he experienced her, he saw his future differently now that he had.

"Baby, you okay?" she asked, thumbing across his bottom lip. "You zoned out,"

"Hm? Yeah I'm straight," he nodded. "Just thinkin' bout you," he smirked watching her blush.

Right before she could reply, their flight was called, but unlike his father he couldn't afford constant first class so they got in line to board.

"Wow baby," Sadé gasped as they entered the room.

After landing, they got an uber to the hotel, and of course Kasiah hadn't been to Florida to see it in person so he was just as shocked when they pulled up to a high rise luxury hotel, looking like it was literally encased in glass.

The beach was indeed right outside, if you stepped out to their balcony, the smell of the ocean would instantly waft into your nose and Sadé loved that smell. The balcony was spacious, and they were on the 11th floor, so the view was gorgeous, especially now at night.

"You like it?" he asked, setting their bags down on the wall. The room itself was huge, Siah was just as shocked as she was. There was a plush California king, bigger than Siah's king. He followed her into the bathroom and his jaw dropped at seeing it.

"You uh...you been selling drugs or something?" she asked and he bursted into laughter, going on to explain how he was able to secure such a lavish room for them.

"That's too sweet! And it's free! We love to hear it," she nodded. "That bed gon feel ten times better now that I know you didn't pay for it," she snickered and he laughed again in complete agreement. Everything was about to be better in here since he didn't pay for it.

They settled in from their flight, and Kash was excited about everything, she was buzzing. Still looking out at the balcony over the pretty water ahead of them.

"Papa look how nice," she sighed, leaning on the cool railing, the perfect breeze blowing through the room.

He glanced over at her from the bed, he had taken all his clothes off and was laying there half naked already, making his girlfriend laugh. He knew what she wanted to do, and even though he was exhausted he'd do it, especially since her birthday was in less than an hour.

"You wanna go to the beach, don't you?" he asked and she whipped her head around to face him nodding with a big grin. "Aight, come on. I know the girls packed you a whole bunch of bathing suits," he stretched and got up, snatching some of the swim trunks he—well Sadé had bought him out of his bag.

She bought him the most random clothes sometimes—she came to his apartment with the trunks in February claiming she knew he'd need them sooner or later, and he did.

After changing, they grabbed some towels, and their phones, heading straight downstairs and outside the hotel. It wasn't cold, and it wasn't hot, just the perfect mix and Sadé was loving it, Siah could tell by the smile on her face.

They made it to the beach in less than five minutes, and now hand in hand, were walking along the shoreline. There weren't many words being exchanged, but there didn't need to be, at the moment they were just enjoying each other.

They stopped after a short while, and Kash pleaded with Siah to get in the water with her, evem though they both knew it'd be cold.

"Please! Just one time, it'll get warm once we're in it long enough!" she groaned.

"Sadé we gon be here for five days, we can't get in the water when the sun out?" he asked and she laughed a little before returning to her determined face.

"But it's my birthday," she finally said, he knew she would pull that card—and he would lose, so he complied, making her squeal in excitement.

He took her hand again and they walked together into the water, Siah immediately sucking his teeth at the temperature. She just laughed as the walked in deeper, till the water was at Sadé's waist, almost to her chest.

"See? We're warm now," she smiled, squeezing his hand.

"Mhm, I guess," he teased. "Here, lemme pick you up," he offered and she gladly reached her arms up, allowing him to reach under her thighs and hoist her up, holding her close to him, prompting her to wrap her legs tightly around his waist, as he took her deeper.

She laid her head on his shoulder when he stopped, causing him to turn his own head and sweetly kiss her cheek, making her smile subtly.

Luckily his apple watch was the one of the newer models and waterproof—he lifted his wrist to check the time, and it was midnight on the dot, officially Kash's birthday.

"Happy birthday, beautiful," he mumbled in her ear, and her head popped up, with a big grin on.

"Thank you baby!" she happily kissed his lips twice. "You made it so special,"

"We haven't done anything yet, P," he chuckled.

"Uh we just hopped our asses on a plane at 9:30 at night and flew to Miami. We are also staying in a luxurious ass hotel for free and are swimming at midnight. We could do nothing else for four days and it would be perfect," she corrected.

"Well that ain't gon cut it," he teased and she laughed. "Now we getting out, I'm tired and we got shit to do tomorrow," he continued, and he knew she couldn't protest because he could tell she was basically getting lulled to sleep by the waves the longer they were out.

"Fine, but only because I'm sleepy now, not because you said so," she said smartly, leaning her head back in the crook of his shoulder and neck.

"Right," he nodded and she laughed.

"Good morning sunshine," Kasiah smirked as Kash sat up, wiping her eyes, the sunlight spilling through the curtains nearly blinding her. "You sleep in too late, I almost woke yo' ass up," he chuckled.

"Thank you for not doing that," she rasped out, still rubbing her fingers into her left eye. She let out a big yawn and felt around her head for her scarf, sighing gratefully when she found it still in the same spot nestled under her bonnet.

She barely wanted to get up, the bed felt like a heavenly cloud to her, she was far to comfortable under the thick sheets.

She looked over at Siah who was just watching her with his eyebrows raised. He found her waking up so interesting, he usually just woke up and got out of his bed, usually taking a minute to regret having a job, but she was so leisurely with it.

She just scooted over towards him and flopped over into his lap, face down, letting her eyes fall closed and he laughed. "No ma'am, get up. You got an appointment in like an hour and a half," he said, alternating between rubbing and patting her back.

"Appointment?" she spoke into the sheets, voice muffled. "My hair is done already,"

"Did I say it was a hair appointment, Sadé?" he chuckled. "Go wash up, we leaving soon," he said and she nodded, dragging herself up from his lap and trudging to the bathroom. He didn't think the bed was gonna hold her hostage like that.

He himself was dressed already, just waiting on her. He heard the shower start, so he decided to just scroll his social medias, as soon as he opened instagram, he saw Sadé's smiling face, it was Aryn, posting for her birthday.

sincerely.aryn: my ride or die 🥺 i love my ladybug so much, she's the best friend anybody could ever ask for, and NO you cannot be her friend. and look at her, she fine as hell! its been 5 years now & im thankful for this spoiled brat every day. happy birthday honey bun 🥰 have fun in miami 😉

He scrolled through the ten pictures and videos of Kash and Aryn, some just regular pictures, one of she and Aryn both taking a whipped cream canister to the head in what looked to be college, and another of them when they got their matching butterfly tattoos. Their friendship was so pure to him, it was like they balanced each other out perfectly.

Continuing his scrolling, he saw Khyren's post, and he instantly laughed because the picture was of them as kids, Siah was in the picture too. Khy was 12, he was too and Kash was 11, she was pissed at them that day. She was quite literally standing on his back, while her father just laughed. Siah stood to the side laughing as well.

k.bryant01: happy birthday to my favorite tyrant (as pictured). my lil sister turned 22 today, she's a beautiful girl inside and out (despite the above picture 🙄) and im grateful god and my dad gave me her, ion know if i could've made it without my twin ❤️ love you fat fat.

As long as he'd known them, Khyren and Sadé were so close it made him sick sometimes. She was always in his room, she was always following him around and he didn't mind it at all, she complained to him about the most trivial things, and cried to him without warning, but Siah knew Khy preferred it that way, he wouldn't trade their relationship for anything.

He saw some story posts from her cousins that he followed, and he moved on to Facebook, where he was tagged in something, and laughed hard when he saw his grandmother posted a picture of them on her page—wishing 'her dearest Sadé a happy birthday'. The picture of them was right after they'd gotten back from her getaway hotel in Houston, and she made them pose outside and take a picture for memories sake.

Her dad's post was extremely sentimental, he knew how Mr. Bryant could get. There were pictures from when she was literally freshly newborn, to her first steps, to her kindergarten graduation, to middle and high school. He hoped one day he could have a relationship with his own daughter like she had with her father, it was beautiful to witness.

Her mom's post made him laugh—again. He knew she was young when Sadé was born and by the pictures of Sadé sticking her Red tongue out, hand on her hip with a red blowpop surely showed it. She looked like every other black baby girl he knew, gold bracelets and hoop earrings, a gold necklace and barretts and bobos in her hair.

Bianca Tate-Robinson: SCREAMING HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO MY OLDEST 🗣 My ride or die, my lil brat brat! I love you mommy! You're a blessing, I hope you know you're loved baby ❤️ mama loves you forever and till after.

"What you in here doing?" he heard, Kash emerging from the bathroom, steam following her.

"Minding my business," he said and she rolled her eyes. "But nah, your family out here posting every picture of you known to man," he laughed.

"They do this every year," she imitated the TikTok sound and they both cracked up.

Kash's 'appointment' was a morning at the spa. After eating breakfast from probably the bougiest continental breakfast bar they'd both ever seen, they headed off to the spa and the most Siah was doing was the couples massage with her, he wanted her to relax and he was very okay with chilling in the spa waiting on her, which is what he was doing now.

They'd been here two hours and he got a good nap in, so when she walked out looking all refreshed, he was too.

"How you feeling?" he asked with a chuckle because she looked relaxed as if she could go right back to bed any second now.

"Amazing," she sighed. "We gotta do this more often," she told him and he nodded in agreement, the massage was fantastic.

After that, since he had her dress casually, he decided to take her to the beach again. They held their shoes in their hands and walked along the shore like the night prior, but now there were people out, families and other couples enjoying the Florida sun.

"That's gon be us," she snickered, gesturing to a family where the mother was sunbathing in a bikini and a large sunhat, sipping water and reading while their two children harassed their dad while he tried to nap.

"I'll be damned," he sucked his teeth. "Melatonin gon know they ass real good,"

"Kasiah!" she gasped, trying not to laugh. "You're gonna drug my kids?!"

"No," he chuckled. "Well maybe like once a week," he corrected.

"You're hell," she laughed harder.

"That is gonna be us," he nodded his head in the direction of another family. The dad and mom were both in beach chairs knocked out sleeping with a child resting on them, towels covering their small bodies as they slept as well. One of the kids had half a sandwich in their hand and the other one had their hand in a bag of doritos.

"Oh yeah," she laughed. "That's it right there,"

"You look beautiful, baby," Siah breathed out, as she stepped out of the bathroom. He literally felt winded looking at her.

"Thank you, Papa," she cheesed, doing a spin so he could see it all. "You look quite handsome yourself," she walked over to him, toying with his sleeve. "Let's take a picture," she pulled him over to the full body mirror, and he obliged her—they did look good after all.

He stood behind her, placing one of his hands on her waist, and the other farther down her hip, looking down into her camera, and in the second one he dipped his head to kiss her neck softly, and she smirked at the contact.

"Ooh yeah we look good as hell," she stuck her tongue out, swiping through the pictures. "I'm posting this,"

"You can do that in the uber, come on," he held his hand out to her and she took it, allowing him to lead her down the hall to the elevator.

She had no idea where they were going, she just knew they were going to dinner. The whole day had been amazing, after the spa and the beach, they went sightseeing, she was sure to grab a t-shirt for her baby sister and her nephew, since everyone else she knew had been here before.

She had too, but it felt completely different with Siah there with her. Like she was discovering the city all over again with him, and it was so much fun. They took pictures everywhere, and of everything, they acted like true tourists all day long, she was eating it up.

Kash just now looked at her social media for the first time since this morning, seeing all the love from her family and friends made her heart happy. She was also now getting notifications from her story posts, of her outfit and the picture of her and Siah.

: he a rare breed, no comparing, or whatever doja said 🥰❤️

The uber ride was pretty silent, Kasiah left his hand resting on her thigh, rubbing it in circles slowly. She glanced over at him, and he was on his phone, acting like he didn't know what he was doing— but the smirk gave him away.

She was sure, no positive, that they were going to have quite the long night after this dinner.

When the uber stopped, they thanked the driver, Siah came around and opened Kash's door, offering her his arm which she gratefully took, allowing him to help her out of the car.  She looked around, eyebrows knotted as she tried to figure out how they we're gonna eat dinner when there were no buildings in her line of sight.

"Cmon mama, this way," he tugged her arm gently and she turned around to see a boat, making her jaw drop.

"You did not," she gasped as her heels clicked
