I was at suit store trying out suits with my dad and the boys for the wedding...

"So how's Ari?" My dad asked me, "and my grandkids"

"Ariana is good, she's having a bachelor's party tonight, the grandkids are with Ariana's parents " i said to him, "i miss them"

I can't seem to spend time away from my kids and from Ariana without missing them..

"I'm just helping you out" he said, "but let me ask you a serious question, are you ready for marriage?"

"Yes" i said, "why are you asking?"

I really want to know where my dad is going with this...

"Because, i want to know if you gonna be ready to put your all in this, you guys will be a team now, you will need to make sure that you won't be on each other's bad sides, you'll need to sort out your problems " my dad said, " i don't you want to make the same mistakes that i did to your mother"

Now that hit me like a ton of bricks... i didn't expect my dad to say all of that, i mean that's my dad and i really do appreciate him for being honest to himself and me..

I think i should ask him to come home with me and he helps me with my vow...

"Hey dad, do you want to come home and see the twins" i said to him

"I saw them yesterday" my dad said...

"I know but, i want you to see them again and i need help with something" i said to him

He looked at me which looked like he was thinking which he probably is...

"Yeah sure, i'll come to the house besides i miss the twins and my daughter in law" he said with a smirk...

I still can't believe i'm a dad... i mean damn... there's times where i look at the twins and i'm still in shock...

"So what you need help?" He asked me while rocking the twins

"The vows" i blurted out...

It felt like i was doing a speech in front of the whole class except i'm doing a speech in front of my dad
