So I've been here in Florida for two days. I'm settled down in Jake's home, which I actually refused when he requested that I moved in with him but he said he won't let me out of his sight until I move into the open room in his house. So here I am getting ready for my first doctor's appointment which Jake also scheduled for me yesterday. Isn't he such a sweetheart? Anyway I wore a white knitted sweater with a grey tank top underneath, dark blue jeans, a grey scarf, grey knitted socks and my white ugg boots and to top it all off I wore my mom's beige-ish bangle ( I'm not good with colors so do not hate plz. Outfit down below.)

Once I was done with my outfit I went into my bathroom and threw my hair into a messy bun and applied mascara and clear lip gloss.  After I was done with my whole look I went downstairs to see Jake sitting on the sofa watching tv. When he saw me entering the living room he stood up and said" Wow Soph, you look amazing." I looked down blushing and thanked him. " So, are you excited to see your baby for the first time?" he asked trying to break the silence." Yes and no, I'm just so nervous.What if I'm a bad mother to him or her?" I asked scaring myself. "Sophia look at me" he said sternly " I may not have known you for long, but for the time that I have gotten to know you, i know you'll be the best mother to that little bundle of joy living and growing inside of your stomach." he said, I felt tears pricking my eyes and as soon as he saw them he wiped them away.

"Thanks Jake, that's the nicest thing anyone has ever said to me."I said leaning over in the car to give him a small hug. The rest of the ride was filled with me singing and Jake making jokes or mocking the singers of songs. He really has a way to make me laugh. Finally after a few Maroon 5 songs we arrived at the doctor's office. We went inside and went to the receptionist. When we got there she asked for my name and I gave her my last name.once she found my name in their system she told us to take a seat and that the doctor will call us in a bit.

We took a seat and Jake his phone out and started going through his instagram, while I took one of the pregnancy magazines and read through it. " Are you ready to tell me how it all happened?" I heard coming from next to me." Jake I..I don't know" I said closing the book and putting it back where I found it. Just as I was about to sit back down a nurse came into the room" Merrit!" she called out. I stood straight and Jake stood up, we followed the nurse into a room."The doctor will be in shortly, but first put this gown on and we'll take some blood to do a blood test to confirm that you are pregnant." she said very politely. I changed into the gown and the nurse took my blood. Once she was out of the room I asked Jake" Jake aren't they going to find out that I'm a werewolf?" I asked panicking. " Sophia relax. The doctors here are all werewolves. So don't worry. Okay?" he assured me. I nodded my head laying on the bed just as the doctor came in.

" Good morning, I'm Dr. Ross I'll be your doctor throughout your pregnancy" She said shaking my hand " I'm Sophia and this is my friend Jake, it's a pleasure to meet you" I said sitting up." So, your results are back and it is confirmed that you are pregnant. Congratulations Ms.Merrit . Would you please lay back down for me and lift the gown up?" she instructed me handing me a blanket to cover my lower body. " Okay I'm gonna apply this gel to your stomach now and it will be a bit cold" she said as she squirted the gel onto my stomach " Holy fudgesicles ! That isn't just a bit cold, it's freezing" I said wincing at the coolness on my warm stomach. Jake sat next to me on the chair an laughed along with Dr. Ross.

" Okay Sophia just relax and look on the screen please." she said and switched the monitor on as she started moving the stick scanner thingy around on my stomach. On the screen you could see a black, white and grey picture. " Alright lets find the little one" said Dr. Ross searching on the screen." Ah, here he is." she said pointing to a little black dot in the screen." That's my baby? There's really a human being in my stomach?" I asked with tears in my eyes. Dr. Ross nodded " Would you like me to print you some pictures?" she asked." Yes please. May I please have 4?" I asked her with excitement. She nodded and walked out of the room. I looked at Jake " Jake are you okay? You've been quiet the whole time the scan was being done" I said. He stared straight ahead and said" Sophia... I... I want to help take care of this baby like it's my own" I just looked at him shocked not knowing what to say." Sophia please. I promise I won't ever leave you or this baby ever. Please give me a chance?" he asked with hope in his eyes.

"Jake I..I..."
