It's been a few days since the whole prankster situation. Nothing has happened since then, so for that I'm entirely grateful. Santana arrived back from his business trip two days ago. He invited me out for a date tonight not sure where he's taking me. All I know is that I need to be ready by eight tonight.

Today, my work shift ended early, so I rushed straight home and got ready for tonight. Being heavily pregnant, it's hard to find a good comfortable outfit, so I stick to black tights and throw over a nice loose blouse throwing a nice coat Santana brought me from his business trip. I fix my hair up into a nicely combed bun only applying mascara and eyeliner. Once I was done, a knock is heard on the door probably Santana ready to take me on this surprise date. I swing the door open and of course his hazel eyes locks with mine.

"Hello beautiful," he says sweetly showing off his perfect white teeth.

"You look handsome," I respond meaning every word to it. Santana indeed is very handsome always wearing his best suits. His cologne is always on point strong, but a good smell to it. As much as I don't want recognize it myself. Little things like this reminds me of Leo Castillo. However, I always brush away his memory wanting to move on from my past.

"So where are we going?," I question following behind him feeling the cold breeze hit my skin.

"You really don't like surprises don't you?," he chuckles opening the door for me to step inside.

"Not really to be honest."

"Challenge accepted. I will make you love surprises just watch," he winks as he gets the car started pulling out of the driveway soon after on our way to this surprise of a date.

After awhile of driving, we head downtown of New York all sorts of various colors of lights flicker all around the area giving the Christmas spirit such a boost. Looking around, I spot a huge park filled with lights, trees, game booths, and amusement rides. Children, teens, adults, and elderly couples are all over the place having fun. Seeing the children run all over the park admiring the colorful rides and trees beautifully decorated brought joy in my heart knowing that one day my son will be doing the exact same thing running around admiring the beauty of life.

"This place is beautiful," I murmur amazed by the beauty in front of me as I exit out of the car.

"I knew you would like it," Santana smiles.

"Everyone here is so excited for Christmas even though it's still a bit of a wait huh?"

"Of course, I mean New Years happens here every year it's the holiday spirit after all you know?"

"Right... I knew that," I chuckle.

Santana and I walk down the park observing every decorated tree done by the community and high schools in New York. The creativity is out of this world.

"Want some hot chocolate Maddie?," Santana suddenly asks pulling out his wallet.

"Yes please, here I'll pay for mi-"

"I got it. Wait for me here," he hastily says cutting me off walking towards the little booth not far from us. Zipping my purse back up, I refocus on a new Christmas tree loving the colors white, blue, and gold. Frost lays all over the tree giving it such a winter touch to it. The lights white, blue, gold, red, purple, and green flash casually around the tree as the blue, white, and gold ornaments with frost and a bit of white and gold glitter on them shine magnificently.

However, something catches my eye as I stare into one of the gold ornaments seeing a dark figure reflect. I step closer extending my hand towards the ornament squinting my eyes to have a clearer view of this figure. A dark figure stands not far behind me looking straight towards my direction. As much I try to focus my view on the ornament to see this individual's face, I can't. So I decide to turn around seeing nothing absolutely nothing. I return to my previous view within the gold ornament seeing nothing whatsoever.

"What? There was just someone behind me," I breathe confusedly not understanding what just happened.

"Madison"

I jump in fright from the sudden tap on my shoulder. Turning abruptly around locking eyes with Santana who casually holds two cups of hot chocolate in both of his hands. "Are you okay?," he warily asks.

"Yes sorry," I half smile. Santana seems to believe me as he hands me my cup of hot chocolate not questioning me any further. I take a sip of the warm hot chocolate feeling the warm liquid slide down my throat and down to my stomach instantly warming me up. Santana drags his arm around my shoulders as we walk down the path of the park heading towards the rides. Suddenly, I feel a vibrate in my pocket of my jacket. I decide to grab my cell phone inside of my pocket with my free hand seeing a text sent from an unknown source.

Not again

My thump presses on the contact opening the text message.

Unknown
Get his arm off of you now!

I crease my brows together immediately coming to a halt letting out a gasp looking at my surroundings to see if I catch anyone suspicious glaring at Santana and I.

"What's wrong?," Santana raises a brow concerned at my action his hazel eyes following my emerald green eyes as I look around seeing nothing suspicious.

"I-I thought I heard someone calling me," I lie not wanting to bother him with this issue most likely being the same prankster from a few days ago striking again. Santana believes me proceeding to walk me over further down the park this time coming to a stop in front of the Farris wheel.

"I doubt I can ride that in my state," I lowly say hating the fact of possibly ruining this date.

"I wasn't planning on getting on that Madison. Don't worry," he profoundly says cupping my cheek in his warm large hand. We gaze at one another his eyes focused on my lips every now and then slowly leaning towards me. A sudden vibrate is felt within my hand remembering I still have my phone. I quickly glance at it seeing another unknown text flashing on my screen.

Unknown
DON'T YOU DARE FUCKING KISS HIM!

This is something I should of freaked out about knowing someone is currently stalking my every move right now, but it didn't instead I decide to test this prankster that just keeps playing games with me whoever he/she might be. Ignoring the text, I close my eyes leaning forward connecting my lips with his. Our lips now in sync together.

Suddenly, gun shots are heard as everyone immediately starts panicking running around all over the place like ants not knowing where the shots are being fired to or are coming from. Santana and I pull away crouching down instantly. I cradle my stomach protectively fearing for my baby's life.

"We need to get out of here," I panicky say.

"Come on," Santana hastily says pulling me along as we make a quick run for it. Being heavily pregnant this is a task that is extremely challenging for me to do, but I force myself to do it for the sake of my baby. As we are running towards our way out of the park. Two masked men dressed in all black holding guns stand right in front of us glaring at us. I hide behind Santana digesting the fact that we're doomed.

However, the unexpected occurs within seconds. Santana pulls out a pistol I didn't at all notice before hiding in the back of his pants directing it towards the two armed men. The two men and Santana square one another aiming their sinful guns at each other. Within a blink of an eye, Santana harshly pushes me back making me tumble to the ground as himself and the two masked men start shooting at one another. Falling to my side, I wince in pain from the sudden harsh impact my thigh and hands received from the fall. However, I don't waste time whatsoever getting up from the ground bolting out of the war zone that's taking place that I don't want to stick around for at all.

I run as fast I can cradling my swollen stomach feeling a sensation of wanting to pee from the harsh bounces of my bladder due to my weight.

"Oh come on, I can't pee right now," I scold myself coming to halt near a corner of an alley catching my breathe for a quick moment. A whistle is heard echoing from behind me making every hair on my body stand up. I turn around seeing a masked man dressed in all black as well as the other two men from a few seconds ago. However, this man is much taller than the other two.

"Please don't kill me. I'm pregnant please have mercy on me," I beg tears starting to fill my eyes from the fear I'm currently feeling.

"Oh I won't hurt you even if I wanted to, I can't," the masked man says. My dark brows crease somewhat recognizing his voice. My eyes locks with his emerald green ones as he steps closer into view under the street light brightly shining down on him. Those emerald green eyes, I've seen them before, but where?

Knowing I'm the only one that can save my child that's growing inside my womb. I decide to make a run for it turning my heel around, but horribly fail as I feel this mysterious dangerous man wrap his arms around me becoming trapped. I try to scream for help, but immediately feel a cloth cover my mouth and nose instantly smelling a strong odor of chloroform.

No matter how much I try to kick and break free, I continue to fail miserably feeling suddenly woozy. Soon enough I stop kicking and fighting becoming weak and not in control of my body anymore. My eyelids slowly closing on me which eventually they do.

Darkness soon consuming me whole.
