"I'm glad you and the baby are okay," Luna genuinely says.

"Thanks for being a good friend to me Luna," I respond meaning every word. Since I've met her, my life has brighten up thanks to her. She has always made me laugh at her crazy behavior and always turned my dark days into bright days, and for that I'll always be entirely grateful. Little does she know this is a goodbye.

"There's no need to thank me Maddie. I love you like a sister," she smiles giving my hand a little squeeze.

"So do I. By the way where's Leo?," I steer the subject.

"He's in the gym."

"Luna," Diaz shouts from downstairs. Luna turns her heel making her way to Diaz as I make my way to find Leo.

Without knocking, I barge through the door seeing Leo sit on the bench while taking a selfie of himself. I come to a halt leaning my back against the wall crossing my arms across my chest admiring his handsome features along with his muscular body. I find myself smiling at this little cute moment, but as I remember what I'm about to do in a few hours it falters away. Leo has a business meeting to attend with his men today. At first, he was thinking of rescheduling due to what occurred last night, but I managed to convince him to go.

"Leo," I lowly say. Leo immediately turns back at me looking alarmed and makes his way towards me examining my pregnant stomach that seems to grow every night.

"Is there something wrong?," he asks concernedly.

"No, I'm fine. I just wanted to see what you're doing I guess," I blankly say letting out a yawn.

"Madison, I'm sorry about what happ-"

"I forgive you."

"You do?," he furrows his brows stunned by my response.

"Yeah, I really don't want to hold grudges towards my son's father. For my son I'll do anything," I causally say as I turn my heel ready to exit the door.

"Madison wait," Leo hastily says. I come to a halt turning my head back. Our eyes locking with one another admiring each other just like we always do.

"I have something to show you," he informs me catching my interest.

Leo and I walk towards the back of the backyard I didn't even know existed since his mansion is so huge. He hasn't mentioned anything about what he wants to show me. I'm not sure how to feel about it since this is what he always does when he messes up. Buys me gifts.

"I need to blind fold you," he utters grabbing a black bandana.

"Uhm okay," I mumble unsure of what this whole surprise is about. After Leo blind folds me and carefully leads me to where he has this supposedly surprise at. He finally comes to a halt, wrapping his muscular arms around my waist rubbing my swollen stomach with his hand, which has butterflies going wild inside of me.

"Ready?," he whispers his hot breathe hitting my flesh.

"Yeah," I mumble. As soon as the black bandana drops to the ground freeing my emerald green eyes from the darkness. My eyes flutter open adjusting to the brightness of the natural sunlight.

As soon as my focus clears. My jaw drops as my eyes widen in complete shock. In front of me is a beautiful painting of me that's permanently printed on the wall. My hand covers my mouth as I stay in complete silence studying every perfect detail about me.

"W-who did this?," I finally managed to mumble something.

"I did."

I step forward releasing myself from his grip on me examining the beautiful painting up close then turn back staring directly at him still utterly stunned that he painted this. I didn't even know Leo knew how to draw let alone paint.

"You?"

"Yeah, why is it so hard to believe?," Leo smirks obviously seeing the shock on my face. He knows I'm completely astonished by this surprise.

"It's absolutely beautiful Leo," I breathe turning back around to analyze the painting once more time observing it even more than the first time.

"Of course it's beautiful. It's you," he softly murmurs as he wraps his arms around me once again this time he nibbles on my earlobe.

"I hope this shows you how much I really am trying just for you Madison. I meant what I said last night, I really do love you," he murmurs near my ear sending chills all over my body. I stay quiet as his words absorb into my brain. Why is Leo making my plan so damn hard? This is such a sweet gesture and boy is he spitting all the right words to make any female fall head over heels over him, but no matter what I must pursue my escape.

"Boss," Montoya utters from behind us interrupting our special alone time.

"What?," Leo mutters.

"It's almost time for our meeting," Montoya reminds. With that said, Leo nods unwrapping his arms from me. I smile at him making sure to hide any possible trace that may put my plan in jeopardy. The last thing I need right now is for anything to be out of the ordinary.

I'm now sitting on the bed staring at my packed suitcase that I hid under the pile of clothes in the closet. The clock ticks loudly as I wait for Leo to leave the premises, so I can do what I need to do. Just as the thought passes. Leo barges through the door all dressed up and ready to attend his meeting. He looks very handsome as usual.

"I'll be back as soon as I can okay," he softly says walking towards me.

"I'm going to take a nap. Don't worry about me take your time," I yawn falsely.

"Madison?," he breathes cuffing my jaw gently in his hand. His chocolate brown eyes intently looking at me.

"Yes?," I murmur.

"Things will be different I promise," he reassures me. My heart drops down to my stomach at his words. If only he knew what I'm about to do as soon as he walks out of the door.

"I love you," Leo firmly says leaning his lips onto mine, which I quickly embrace passionately. As our lips sync with one another, I can't help, but get lost in this moment enjoying every second of it knowing this is the last time I'll ever be able to kiss Leo Castillo. After a while of sucking on each other's lips, he pulls back. A smirk plastered on his face I'll always remember.

"I love you too," I breathe meaning every word. Leo smiles before turning his heel exiting the door. I wait until I hear his footsteps hit the stairs then out of the door before I stand up off of the bed grabbing my suitcase barging out of the room and into his office.

There's been a few times I watched Leo put away cash in his safe. That's how much him and I became closer than ever before these past months that he didn't bother to be secretive around me. I would even watch a few times when he entered his code memorizing it. As soon as I step inside his office carefully closing the door. My eyes almost bulge out of their sockets when I see pure little diamonds sitting around on his desk.

I grab the diamonds on my hands feeling the sensation of them. Crazy, how these little things are worth millions. I decide to take a few diamonds with me knowing this would bring a good amount of money to secure myself and my baby until I can manage to get a job and settle in at my new place. I then take down the huge frame Leo has on top of the safe. I'm careful to not at all damage it in any way. Once the frame is put down. I go ahead and enter the code, which instantly opens. Loads and loads of cash is stacked behind this safe no wonder Leo is so overprotective of it. Besides the cash, I spot a beige folder with my name on it. Being the curious female I am this instantly catches my attention.

I grab the folder opening it and files are neatly stabled together about my entire life including my birth certificate and all. I crease my brows together as I read nothing, but facts about me. Leo knew the shit I've been though the entire time, yet he still decided to make my life tougher on me. I can't help, but feel anger rise inside of me as I realize Leo practically stalked my entire life before kidnapping me.

That's something I'll never understand why he did what he did. Why couldn't he just be a normal man and win me over without keeping me hostage? That, I'll never know. Suddenly, a loud buzz is heard coming from the drawer behind me causing me to jump dropping the files on the floor. I immediately crouch down picking up the files shuffling them back into the folder and into the safe. I turn around opening the drawer where the vibration is coming from and spot a cell phone. On the screen it shows a contact name, Samantha.

I decide to click on the message, which to my luck it goes through meaning it had no lock on it, which is unusual for Leo. However, Leo has his own phone maybe this is his second, I have no idea.

Instantly, a picture of him kissing a female on the cheek is presented. My eyes scroll at how their arms are wrapped around each other, which has me flaming inside. Supposedly, I'm the only female that he's ever felt something for, but seeing how close these two are with one another on the picture says otherwise.

Liar.

Putting the phone back down into the drawer slamming it shut. I turn back around and start grabbing the stacks of cash I will need to be able to start my new life with my son as well as be able to get far away from Leo. Leo has so many connections and control that I have to be quick and careful on where to go, so I won't be caught once he finds out about my disappearance.

Only taking a few stacks of his cash. I close the safe putting the frame on top of it making sure nothing is out of place. Once I perfect everything, I turn my heel grabbing my suitcase bursting out of his office. I open the door peeking outside seeing no one. Leo's business meeting must of been huge since no one is here, which indicates how much Leo trusts me by leaving me alone at home.

Home.

I close my eyes for a minute realizing this place will no longer be my home. So much horrible memories occurred in this place along with beautiful memories that I will always hold dear to my heart, but I'm moving on with my life for a better one. A life with no violence, murders, guns, drugs, deaths, and no red eagles, which means all in all no Leo Castillo.

The thought of leaving Leo Castillo breaks my heart, I must admit. I truthfully fell in love with him as crazy as it may sound I did see the good in him. However, this lifestyle he is so wrapped around in isn't for me nor my son. I want a safe normal life for the both of us not this sinful lifestyle that Leo practically forced me into. I will not allow for my son to be forced into it like I did, so for my son I must do what is only right. I close the door behind me walking away from Leo's home leaving at this exact moment everything I once knew behind. Including Leo Castillo, the love of my life that at the same time is the poison in my life that must be sucked out.

I'm sure he will go crazy and hate my guts for taking his son away from him, but as far as I go. I'm sure Leo will without hesitation replace me, which I hope for, so he'll move on with his life just as I am. Being in front of the gate. I turn back one last time seeing Leo's mansion, a smile forming on my lips as I say my goodbye to everything and with that said I turn my head away looking forward no longer interested in looking back.

"Goodbye Leo."
