It was only a week left until my due date, I haven't left the house and I had Vincent by my side every minute just in case anything went wrong.

"Babe, Can you get me some ice cream please?" I lay in bed under the covers.

"Sure." He kissed me on the forehead then stood and left the room.

My phone began to ring, It was Todd calling me, so I answered "Hey."

"Hey sis, what you up to?"

"Just chilling with Vincent and watching some TV."

"Oh okay, I'm calling you because I had something to tell you, it's about Cam."

"What's up?" I stood and walked out of the room.

"She hasn't really told me anything yet but I saw an empty pregnancy test in the garbage, I think she might be pregnant."

"That's good news, right? You both have been trying for months!"

"It is good news but I don't really know if she's pregnant or not, like I said she hasn't told me anything."

"Well cross your fingers and hope that she is."

"I am, she left for work about a half hour ago, I was getting ready to leave when I saw it."

"So maybe she's waiting to get back home to tell you, just think -" Before I could finish something wet hit the floor, It took me a couple of seconds to realize that my water just broke.

"Bree, are you okay?"

"Oh my god, I think my water just broke!"

"Are you serious or are you joking?"

"I'm serious Todd!" I started panicking "Vincent!" I yelled.

"What happened?" He came running up the stairs with the bowl of ice cream in his hand.

"My water just broke!"

"Oh my god, Okay, Just stay here!" He ran into the bedroom and came back out with a pair of slides for me "Put these on." I slipped my feet into them.

"Let's go." He carefully helped me down the stairs, he opened the front door for me and I walked out.

"Todd, We're gonna head to the hospital right now so I can't talk." I said.

"Okay, I'm gonna meet you guys there!" He quickly hung up the phone.

Vincent locked the door then ran to the car and opened the door for me then helped me inside, he closed the door behind me then ran over to his side and got inside "Oh my god, I can't believe she's coming" He started the car up and drove off.

"How do you feel? any contractions yet?" He asked.

"No, not -" Before I could finish I felt a sharp pain in my lower abdomen "Shit!" I yelled.

"I guess it's starting now, Don't worry we'll be at the hospital in a few minutes." He said.

He drove as fast as he could, All I could think of was how Nique was finally coming, she was almost here and I couldn't wait.

We were waiting in the hospital room, we'd been here for hours, I'd been getting contractions every couple of minutes and it hurt so fucking bad. I just wanted to push her out and get this over with, but I was only 6 centimeters dilated so far.

"Don't worry babe, you're almost there." Vincent grabbed my hand and kissed me on the cheek "Do you need any water or anything?"

"Yes please."

"Okay, I'll be back." He walked out of the room.

A couple of seconds later Cam walked into the room "Hey babe."

"Hey."

"I called your parents and they're on the way, and me and Todd are waiting in the hallway if you need anything." She leaned forward and hugged me "You're doing great, you got this."

"Thank you." I smiled "Well I need something to take my mind off of this, what's up with you taking a pregnancy test, and are you pregnant?"

"I was gonna save this news for Todd but I am pregnant, I took a test in the morning and it was positive."

"See, I told you you'll receive your blessing, I'm happy for you." I smiled "I love you and I hope everything goes well with your pregnancy." I felt another contraction coming "But right now I have to focus on getting this damn baby out of me." I took a couple of deep breaths in and out.

"Don't worry, you're strong, you're gonna get through this."

Vincent walked back into the room with my cup of water "Here babe."

"Thank you." I chugged the whole drink "This hurts like a bitch."

"I'm gonna go out in the hallway." She kissed me on the cheek "See you soon, stay strong."

"Thank you." She left the room.

"All I wanna do is go to sleep, I'm so tired." I laid back.

"I know baby, this will all be over with soon though." He pulled me into a hug "Just try your best not to think about it."

"It's hard not to think about almost pushing a fucking baby out of you and being in pain for the last few hours"

"I know, if we could swap places then I would because I don't want you going through this." He kissed me on the forehead "I love you and you're gonna push through this."

"I love you too."

"Bree, you're almost there, Push!" The doctor said.

I took a couple of deep breaths then with all my strength pushed as hard as I could "I can't fucking do it!" I cried.

"Baby, yes you can, you got this!" Vincent grabbed my hand and squeezed it "Just a couple more pushes."

"It hurts so bad."

"I can see the head, just a couple more pushes Bree!" The doctor said.

I took a couple more deep breaths then pushed again "There you go!" The doctor said, within a few more pushes the baby was finally out of me.

"You did it baby" Vincent smiled and kissed me on the cheek "You did it." The baby started to cry.

The doctor wrapped her in a blanket "It's a beautiful girl." He walked over to me and held her out for me.

"Oh my god, she's so beautiful." I cried even more, seeing her beautiful face made me happy. She stopped crying "hiiii Nique" I smiled and grabbed her little finger.

"She has your cute little nose" Vincent leaned over with a smile.

"We're gonna let you two have some alone time with her for a while" All of the doctors left the room.

"She's literally so beautiful, I just can't keep my eyes off of her." I smiled.

"Beautiful she is." Vincent hugged me.

The door opened and Cam and Todd walked inside the room "Hey, can we come to see her?"

"Of course." I replied.

Cam walked over with a smile "Oh my god, she's so tiny and cute." Cam replied.

"She's so tiny but it was a struggle pushing her out of me" I chuckled "Baby, do you wanna hold her?"

"Of course." He grabbed her away from me as she started to cry again, he gently shook her back and forth "Hey there, I'm your daddy." He said.

I watched with a smile on my face, I still couldn't believe that I was blessed with the perfect boyfriend and a baby, I just hope a wedding comes soon too.

"I'm just gonna rest for a few." I leaned back and closed my eyes then slowly dozed off.
