Skips 2 weeks later.

"Baby, are you ready to go?" Vincent peeked his head into the room.

"Almost." I slipped my dress over my head and fixed it, I took one last look at myself in the mirror before heading out the door.

"Are you excited?" He smiled.

"Yeah, I can't wait to find out the gender and I can't wait to see my parents." I kissed him on the cheek "Do you know anyone else that's gonna be there?"

"Todd told me it's gonna be my parents, your parents, a couple of friends from your job, and I invited a couple of my friends, I don't know who else is gonna be there." He opened the front door for me and I walked out.

"So your brother isn't gonna be there?"

"Why would I want him there after the stunt he pulled the other day? I'm good on him." He opened my side of the car for me.

"Thank you." I got inside and he closed the door, walked over to his side and got in then drove off.

"Well I understand why you wouldn't invite him but you should just mend things with him, I really want my kid to have his uncle around, I want everything to be cool between you two."

"Okay, I'll try my best with him but I can't really make any promises."

"That's fine with me, as long as you try."

He smiled and leaned in kissing me "I love you so much."

"I love you too." I returned a smile "Now does my makeup look okay?"

"You look great, stop stressing."

"You sure?"

"I'm sure."

"Okay good, I can't wait to get there." My heart was racing fast, My parents were gonna be there and now was the time for me to tell them the truth.

We arrived at Cam's place and walked inside, I noticed some friends from my job, Some family, and I guess some of Vincent's family.

"You're finally here!" Cam walked over to me and gave me a big hug "We've been waiting for you."

"You set the place up nice."

"I tried my best" She smiled "Hey Vincent." She hugged him.

"Hey, Thank you so much for doing this for us, we really appreciate it." Vincent said.

"Of course, well all of your family and friends are here so go mingle."

I saw my parents in the corner chatting with Vincent's parents and my heart dropped, I sure hope they don't spill the beans before I do.

"Let's go." I grabbed his hand and led him towards my parents "Mommy and daddy!" I hugged the both of them.

"We missed you so much baby." My mom squeezed me "How have you been?"

"I've been fine, just dealing with a whole lot."

"I've heard some things from Vincent's parents, it's a pleasure to finally meet you after so long." My mom held her hand out.

"A pleasure to meet you too." He shook her hand and shook my father's hand "I've heard nothing but nice things about you both."

"I sure would hope so, You're a nice-looking man, you did well." My mom said and I laughed.

"Well, how long have you two been seeing each other?" My dad asked.

"About four months now, and it's been the best four months of my life." Vincent smiled.

"That's nice, I'm glad to hear that, as long as you're making Bree happy I have nothing to worry about."

"Cam told us this was a party to celebrate you getting a raise at work but I'm not stupid, You're pregnant aren't you?" My mom said.

"What gave it away?"

"Well, I don't know" My mom looked around the house "Maybe all of the pink and blue decorations." She laughed.

"I just wanted to tell you both in person, I know it's too soon for me but it's with someone I love."

"Bree you don't have to explain yourself, We're happy for you." My mom smiled and gave me a big hug "We love you and we can't wait to meet him or her."

"Thank you." I hugged her back.

"Your sister is around here somewhere, I think she went to go get a drink."

"I'm gonna go find her."

"I'll stay here and chat with your parents." He kissed me on the cheek and I walked off.

I saw my sister standing and sipping her drink  "Alyssa!" I screamed.

"Bree!" She ran over to me and gave me a big hug "Oh my god, I missed you!"

"I've missed you too!" I smiled "How's college life for you?"

"College life for me is great so far, I'm having a good time, school is easy for me, met some cool friends, and I've also met someone that I might introduce soon, she's very sweet and kind." She smiled "I might be in love."

"I love that for you, I'm glad you're doing great." I smiled "Boy do I have a lot to fill you in on."

"Tell me about it." We walked over to the couch and sat down.

"Well first I met the most amazing man ever, we hit it off great and we ended up sleeping together on the first night, now I'm pregnant."

"I'm finally gonna be an auntie!" She hugged me "Where is this amazing man?"

"Right there talking to mom and dad" I pointed over to him.

"Ooh, he looks scrumptious." She smirked "How far along are you?"

"I'm about 4 months now, that's why Cam threw me this party."

"Well I'll like to meet him, call him over."

"Vincent!" I called to him, he turned and I waved him over, he started walking over to us both.

"Vincent, this is my sister Alyssa."

"It's nice to meet you, Alyssa." He shook her hand.

"It's nice to meet you too, Of course, I have a few questions to ask you." She patted next to her and he sat down.

"Ask away."

"So, what do you like the most about Bree?"

"Well besides how beautiful she looks, she's a very sweet person, she's kind, I love her energy, she's funny, She makes me happy, I know you said one thing but I can't choose one thing about her when there's plenty of reasons to love her."

"Aw, Well I'm happy for you two and I'm just glad that Bree finally found someone who really does love her, I can tell the love is real." She smiled.

"Of course I love her, she's one of a kind." He smiled at me and I returned a smile.

"I love you too."

It was about an hour later, me and Vincent were chatting it up with a couple of friends, he introduced me to some of his friends, it was just a great time.

"Everyone, Can I please have your attention!" Cam yelled and everyone quieted down. "I just wanna thank everyone for coming out today for my beautiful best friend Bree, and I wanna congratulate her again on the baby, I can't wait to be an auntie and I love you so much."

"Thank you, and I love you too."

"Now is the moment to find out what the gender of your baby is, can you both come up here please?" Me and Vincent stood and went behind the table, she handed us both a cupcake "Okay so on the count of three bite into the cupcake, one, two, three!" We both bit into our cupcakes, inside was the color pink.

"Oh my god, we're having a girl!" I yelled.

Everyone started cheering, I jumped onto Vincent and hugged him.

"I can't wait for her to get here." He wrapped his arms around me and kissed me.

"Me too."
