Today was the day for Jungkook's trial. Your ex decided to press charges for Jungkook, I guess he wanted some kind of revenge on you. One good thing was that Jungkook was allowed to go home until the trial took place.

You and Jungkook got ready, he was wearing a black casual suit with black shining shoes and you were wearing a black tight long sleeve dress that was going to your knees, with the dress you wore black heels.

Jungkook's lawyer was going to pick you up and drive you to the court.

Once you were at the courtroom you sat down on a chair, Jungkook and his lawyer sat down next to your ex and his lawyer. You were going to testify so you sat behind Jungkook. The courtroom was huge and light, with chairs in 8 rows in front of the table where the judges were sitting.

The trial started and it was your ex turn to talk about what happened. When he sat there beside the judge he smirked at you and then he started talking. As he was telling his side of the story you noticed that what he was telling was not true. Well, he told the judges what had happened but he made it 10 times worse. Your blood started to boil and when he saw that his smirk just got even bigger.

The trial went on and Jungkook told his story and now it was your time to testify. Now was the time when you were going to tell everyone what had happened 1 year ago.

As you were talking about what happened 1 year ago you saw your ex sitting there staring at you with big, shocked eyes, he was shaking his head signalling you to stop as he was not expecting you to bring it up.

- That is not true! He said standing up while you were talking.

- Sit down. The judge said.

You continued to talk and when you were done your ex's lawyer came up to you.

- If what you are saying is true why haven't you gone to the police earlier? He said looking at you.

- I was scared he might do something to me or anyone I know. You said as tears started forming in your eyes.

Jungkook looked at you with sadness in his eyes as he heard your story. Your ex looked at you with an annoyed and irritated face not liking the way you exposed him.

- Well we can't know if it's true until you show some evidence. Your ex's lawyer said looking at you, proud by his words.

Your heart sank in your chest. You didn't think about that.

- I-I don't have any. You said with teary eyes as you stood up about to leave the boot, then you heard the door to the courtroom swing open.

- Wait! I have proof. You heard your best friend shout as she ran into the courtroom.

- You can't storm in here just like that. Your ex's lawyer said irritatingly.

- Please Mr judge. Y/F/N said with pleading eyes as she looked at the judge.

- So you're saying you have proof that shows Y/EX/N have been threatening and hurting Y/N? The judge asked.

- Yes, Y/N accidentally called me during one of there fights and I recorded it. In the recording, you can hear him threatening Y/N and then you can hear him slapping her.

You looked at your friend in shock as she had never told me about this before.

- Let's hear it.

Y/F/N plugged in her phone to one speaker and played the recording of everything. All the memories from that night came back to your mind like a punch in the face. Without realising it, tears started rolling down your eyes as you heard what he had said to you back then. Once you had heard the full recording the judges went out of the room to decide what they are supposed to do with the new information. I sat down and looked at Jungkook, he was smiling weekly at you and you gave him a small smile back. It took everything in his power not to run up to you and hug you once he had heard what had happened and when he saw your crying face. He sighted and the doors opened.

- We have a court decision. The judges said when they came back.

You sat down on your seat with Y/F/N beside you holding your hand. You could see Jungkook sitting there nervous about what they were about to say next.

- We have decided that Y/EX/N will be punished for maltreatment. The judges said, you felt the weight lift from your shoulders and Jungkook looked back at you smiling brightly. But you knew he was still nervous for his judgment.

- And Jeon Jungkook... you are a free man. They said.

You and Jungkook stood up from excitement, you ran to him, hugging him with tears in your eyes. He hugged you back tightly as he caressed your back calmingly.

The rest of the day you and Jungkook celebrated at your home with ordering takeout and watching a movie, both of you were really tired so neither one of you wanted to go out. During the day you felt weird in your stomach but you didn't think about so much because the pain was never really bad and you thought it was more stress. But as the night came the pain got worse and it felt like you had really bad cramps. But you still taught it was just the side effects of stress.

You and Jungkook went to bed early that night but you couldn't sleep because of the pain. Jungkook was softly snoring beside you with his arm protecting wrapped around your waist. After a few hours, the pain was just too much so you went up to go and grab a glass of water. As you stood in the kitchen it felt like someone was stabbing you in your lower stomach and it made you drop the glass to the floor but luckily it didn't shatter. Jungkook must have woke up from the sound because he came running into the kitchen.

- What happened are you ok? He asked groggily still not 100% awake.

- J-jungkook. Just as you were about to tell him you felt your pants getting wet.

You looked down and that's when it hit you. The pain was not caused by stress it was caused because you were in the early stage of labour. Your eyes widened and Jungkook looked at you with a confused expression.

- Y/N, what's happening? He asked confused.

- I-I think my water just broke.

Jungkook stared at you with big eyes.

- T-t-the baby is coming? His voice was shaking and he looked as he was about to pass out any minute.

- I-I think so. You said smiling happily.

- I will get the hospital bag, just sit down and breath into your nose and out through your mouth. Jungkook said as he left the kitchen in a rush.

You sat down taking deep breaths as you felt another contraction coming.

After a few minutes, Jungkook came back into the kitchen with the hospital bag, when he saw that you were in pain he dropped the bag and then he hugged you tightly.

- It's fine Y/N, soon our little princess will be out. Remember a moment of pain worth a lifetime of happiness. As he said those words you began crying.

- Thank you so much for being here with me through this. You said with your face in his chest.

- Well, thank you for giving me the opportunity to become a father...I love you Y/N. He said as he hugged you even tighter.

His words surprised you. He had never said those words and it made your heart flip in your chest with happiness.

- I love you too Kook. You said looking at him.

Jungkook drove really fast to the hospital and once you got there a doctor leads you to your room. After some time a nurse came in to run a few tests and to see how much you were delayed.

- Y/N, the baby is healthy and you can go through natural labour so you don't need to worry about that. You are now 5 centimetres delayed so it will take some time before you can start to push. In the meantime try to sleep and eat as much as possible so that you are well-rested. The nurse said.

- Thank you miss. You said.

- No problem, if you need anything just call us, I will let you two rest for a while and I will come back later to check again.

- Ok, thank you. You said as she left the room.

For a few hours, you and Jungkook just talked and played some card games to pass time. Whenever you felt any pain Jungkook would try to distract you. The doctors had given you epidural so you wouldn't feel the pain.

Jungkook was being really supportive and you felt sorry for him when he had to deal with your crazy hormones. A nurse came to check on you and you were now 7 centimetres delayed. Your water broke for about 9 hours ago and you had been at the hospital for 10 already.

- Y/N, you need to rest, you didn't sleep at all and you have to have the energy for the labour. Jungkook said looking at you.

- I know but I'm not tired. You said looking up from your phone.

- We can at least try. He said standing up and walking over to your bed.

- Fine. You made room for Jungkook on your bed and he laid down next to you. He placed his arms around you in a back hug and then he placed his hands on your stomach.

Before you knew it both of you were asleep.

You both woke up after a few hours to eat some dinner. You felt pain in your stomach but the epidural was helping you deal with it. After some time a nurse checked you and you were now 10 centimetres delayed which meant that you were now ready to deliver your baby girl into the world.

More doctors and nurses came into the room. During the whole time, Jungkook held your hand letting you squish his hand as hard as you liked because he knew that the pain he was feeling was nowhere close to the pain you were in. Jungkook hated to see you in so much pain but he was also excited to meet his baby.

After about 1 and a half hour your baby girl was born. You heard the sound of a baby crying and you looked at Jungkook. He had tears in his eyes as he looked back at you smiling.

- Thank you. I love you. He said as he bent down kissing you.

The nurse put the baby on your chest and you looked down at the baby. The little girl had Jungkook's nose and eyes, she had dark hair on her head and the cutest bunny smile. You started crying and you couldn't stop smiling. This was the happiest day of your life.
