"I know what you did, Malfoy. Stay away from my sister!"

I cursed to myself as soon as the words left Harry's mouth, and I felt Draco's whole body tense up as his hand slipped off my back and he brought the tiniest bit of distance between us to look at him.

Draco wasn't as calm and collected as he usually was during their countless arguments and fights. And I knew, this time, he wasn't just going to give him a lazy smirk and a sarcastic remark before telling him to piss off.

This would end badly. I just knew it was.

"You hexed her, didn't you?" Harry continued, completely oblivious to the situation at first, but then scanning my face carefully, probably noticing the tear stains, and my reddened nose and cheeks.

His brows furrowing, and eyes narrowing, he looked back at Draco.

"I'm sorry, Y/n," Harry whispered, gaze flickering back and forth between the blonde and me. "I'm doing this for you. Because you're blinded by him, and this facade, and-" He cut himself off, shaking his head furiously to stop rambling.

And then, before I could protest, or explain, I felt myself gently hitting the wall behind me after Harry flicked his wand in my direction; reminding me of how Dumbledore got rid of us in the Ministry that night.

I looked at him in disbelieve, rubbing the back of my head that accidentally hit the wall. Draco's eyes were on me, and as soon as he saw my face distorting in light pain, he snapped.

He had his wand in his hand, and the first spell flying Harry's way before I could even realise what was going on.

Grunts suddenly filled the air, spells being shot, breaking the mirrors, walls, and sinks. Green, and red jets of light illuminating the scene.

It was only when one of Harry's spells missed Draco by inches, and instead backfired on one of the faucets; making it break and shoot water everywhere, that I came to my senses again.

I got up from the floor as quickly as I could, my wand at the ready as I tried to pinpoint Harry's location.

The sound of my footsteps making its way through the water was being drowned out by objects shattering, spells backfiring off of walls and heavy panting when I finally found them.

"Fucking stop," I said, my voice raised to make sure they both heard me, though while I'm sure they did, neither of them stopped.

Harry threw me a quick look over his shoulder as I was standing behind him, Draco in front of us. My brother cursed under his breath, seemingly unsure of how to proceed as he blocked one of Draco's spells.

"I'm sorry!" He exclaimed the same way he did before, and I instinctively pointed my wand at Harry.

"Don't you dare," I seethed, though his attention was on the blonde again, one of his spells missing him completely because his mind wasn't on beating Draco anymore. It was on how to get rid of me to beat him afterwards.

Another jet of green light shot Draco's way, and then Harry's wand was pointed at me again, his movement so quick I didn't have the time to react as he made me fly across the room, and out of Draco's field of vision.

"Cruc-"

"-Sectumsempra!"

And then it was quiet; The sound of a body hitting the water with a muffled grunt followed by nothing but a deafening silence that was only broken once heavy breathing and whimpers filled the big room.

My eyes widened, and my breath hitched at the sound. I knew it wasn't Harry before I stepped around the corner, before I saw him.

His blood quickly tinted the water around him a deep shade of red, his white shirt taking on the same colour. What the fuck kind of spell was that?

I leapt towards Draco, falling onto my knees next to him as I tried to stop the bleeding; but he had so many cuts and wounds, I didn't even know where to start.

He looked like he's been slashed with a sword time and time again, now shaking uncontrollably in a pool of his own blood while there was nothing I could do.

My hands were scrabbling at his blood-soaked chest, trying to apply pressure to where the blood was leaking out of his body. It was all to no use. The way the water just turned a deeper shade of red as time went on, I knew he was losing too much blood for that to do any good.

A loud sob filled the otherwise quiet bathroom, and to my surprise, it wasn't coming from Draco or Harry; instead, it escaped my own mouth, tears suddenly clouding my vision.

"No-" Harry gasped, my head snapping in his direction when he saw what he had done. "No- I didn't-" He continued, his eyes filled with horror as his gaze flickered back and forth between us.

"You did!" I snapped, followed by a sob I wish I was able to hold back. "You did, Harry. You did this! You fucking k-" I couldn't get myself to finish that sentence, instead gasping for air.

The door swung open behind me, and I turned to see Snape bursting into the room, his face livid as he looked back and forth between Harry and me, trying to understand the situation.

He stood there a little too long for my liking, just watching us while Draco was bleeding out right then and there.

"Just do something!" I yelled, not caring whether I was talking to a professor this way.

And at that, he did do something.

Kneeling next to me, drawing his wand and muttering a single incantation over and over again. And it seemed like it was doing the trick.

The flow of blood seemed to ease, and the bloody water we were both kneeling in cleared up, almost like Draco's blood was retrieving back into his body, where it belonged.

Though it seemed like Draco was going to be fine, I was still a wailing mess. And the fact I tried to hold it in, my mouth wide open but no sound coming out of it, made it worse.

I could feel the headache coming up before I even calmed down. My eyes burning, my throat sore while all the while, my head was buried in my hands for neither of the two conscious men to see.

Even when Snape had half-lifted the blonde into a standing position and brought him to the hospital wing, I didn't move. Harry didn't either, though that was on Snape's orders.

My breath was heavy as I sat there, my clothes soaked in water and blood alike; my mind racing, yet completely still at the same time.

"Y/n-" Harry's voice was shaky, and I felt him approach when my red eyes snapped up to his.

"-Don't," I seethed, my voice rough but threatening as I glared at him. "Don't you dare come close to me. Don't you dare, Harry Potter."

His cheeks were wet as well, his eyes watery and still wide in shock.

"I didn't mean to- I didn't know-" He stumbled over his words, a hurt look on his face as he stopped in his tracks.

"I don't want to hear it!" I snapped. "You just almost killed him, Harry. Killed!" I stressed, my hand going through my hair. "You almost became the exact thing you were so scared he was. You're so consumed by this obsession with finding flaws in him-" I interrupted myself with a deep breath to gather my thoughts. "-you're losing yourself completely."

The tears that had accumulated in his eyes escaped them as he contemplated my words, though before he could say anything else the door to the bathroom slammed open once more; Snape walking back into the bathroom, eyes fixated on Harry.

"Miss Potter," He spoke, though his eyes were still on my brother. "You would find it most useful to join Mister Malfoy in the hospital wing for when he regains consciousness."

I nodded, wrapping my head around his words before getting up.

"Yes, Sir." I agreed, and with one last look at Harry, I hurried out of the bathroom and towards the hospital wing.
