I walked up to the stand and the officer came and did the oath bullshit.

Samaria lawyer or whateva stood up and walked to the middle of the court.

"Ms Carter, you and miss Davis had a physical altercation last year. Am I correct?" He asked.

"How did that happen?" He asked.

"If u go thru my file like you were suppose to, you would know" I said and I gave him a fake smile and rolled my eyes.

"U stated that "you gon have to wait" to Samaria. What did u mean by that?" He asked then they played the clip then stopped it after I said what I said Cuz that's when Kaliyah cut it off.

"It mean exactly how it sound. I clearly was fighting her, then I had to go break up a fight so I stopped fighting her to handle them" I said.

"When y'all took y'all road trip to North Carolina. What did y'all go for?"

"We went to visit my childhood grandma, I took my daughter to meet her for the first time. We all decided to go cuz we haven't been in a while"

"How did the shootout happen?"

"I was at Ms. Grainger, my mother in law's house with my child. Then we went to Granny's food truck aka the childhood grandmother, we hung out with her till we got the phone call from Nau'Jour and the boys that his girlfriend was shot. We all rushed to the hospital and that's when they said they couldn't save her"

"Did you put a hit out on her?"

"Sir. I don't even associate with any type of criminals that would even agree to any type of activities like that. Why would I put a hit on her? Me and her just started getting cool that whole month and the month before that, I'm not the type of person to hold grudges against somebody. She apologized and I accepted it and treated her with respect and she treated me with respect every since then" I said, which was partially true.

"Is that fully true?"
