"Y'all meet Ms. Stephanie?" My mom asked as she helped us clean the kitchen.

"Who is Ms. Stephanie?" We all asked.

"The lady across the street, she used to be my high school dance coach. I always come to see her when I used to come to Raleigh, she got a son and daughter. Y'all should go meet them" my momma said.

"Oop" Nadia said as she looked at me.

"Something tells me that they already met the son" Kaliyah said as she looked at us.

"So look we went outside while y'all was gone right" I started to say.

"Then like his homies was kinda looking scrumptious to me, so him and the niggas spotted us and walked over to introduce themselves and this retard came off as rude and he put her in her place" Nadia finished and they laughed.

I flicked her off and she shrugged.

"I told you stop being mean" my momma said. "We going over there so go put some clothes on, Finna introduce y'all the right way".

We finished cleaning and went upstairs to get dressed.

"HURRY UP LADIES" my momma said.

I put my lip gloss on and walked out my room.

I walked downstairs.

My momma closed the door and locked it then we headed across the street.

"Girl we got in this morning, you know I had to go to the grand opening for my shop so I been out all day"

"Well ladies I'm Ms. Stephanie but y'all can just call me Stephanie"

"With all do respect, can I just call u Ms Stephanie, I feel very disrespectful when I call somebody grown by their real name" I said.

"Oop the very respectful, I like this one" Ms Stephanie said and smiled. "Sure u can".

"This one need to take tips" my momma said as she pointed at at KaLiyah, who was on her phone not paying attention.

"How long have u been staying in Raleigh?" nadia asked her.

"Im actually from New York but I moved out here my teen years then went back to New York for college after I had my babies in high school. So I was kinda back and forth till I had Meme and Toosii. But now they grown up so we moved back out here" she said.

"Must be nice, I need to get away from my family. You got any family that wanna adopt me in New York?" KaLiyah asked.

They laughed. "No I do not actually, Well lemme introduce my babies" Ms Stephanie said as she got up and walked to the kitchen. "The ones that belong to me, get in the living room now so y'all can meet somebody"

My momma chuckled.

Ms Stephanie walked back in the living room with her 6 kids.

"Wassup" the boys said.

"Hey" the girls said.

The one from earlier was staring me down and I turned my head towards Nadia and fake smiled at her and she caught on.

"Hello" we all said to them.

"Oh my gawd, is that Kamia, Dranno, Shaudia, Rico?" my momma said as she got up and hugged them. "I finally get to see all y'all together, any other time I come I only see Toosii and Meme".

"I'm mad cuz you had three kids and still didn't adopt me" the oldest boy, Dranno said and we laughed.

"Boy hush, u know u still my first child that I never had" my momma said. "These my three walnuts, Aaliyah, Nadia and Kaliyah"

My momma pointed at us as she said our name.

"Hi" me and Nadia said.

"Sup" Kaliyah said as she looked up from her phone.

"You want some wine?" Ms Stephanie asked my momma.

"Girl u know I do, let's catch up on old times with the oldest kids" my momma said as she got up.

"Girls y'all can go in the other living room with Toosii and Meme" Stephanie said And we got up and she led us into the other living room.

It was the niggas from earlier hanging with Toosii and his sister and a few girls.

"They hanging in here with y'all, y'all should get to know each other" Ms Stephanie said and they nodded.

"Ight love you ma" the dude with blonde dreads said as he blew a kiss to her.

"Love you too boy" she said as she walked out.

We sat down on the empty couch and got on our phone.

"Yeah pussy run me my shit" Amp said to Toosii.

"Nah bitch u cheating, fuck you" Toosii said and handed Amp a hunnid dolla bill.

"Y'all want anything to drink?" Meme asked us.

"No, thanks tho" I said.

"Y'all got sprite?" Nadia asked her.

"Depends on if u want it dirty or clean" The other dark skin with dreads said.

"Clean sprite please" Nadia said and they chuckled.

"Ight, what about you little mama" Meme asked KaLiyah.

"Can I get some of the dirty sprite he was talking about?" KaLiyah said and I smacked her neck.

"Alright" meme said as she smiled and walked into the kitchen.

I scrolled down my Instagram feed and my phone began ringing.

"Hello?" I answered.

"Wassuppp ma" I heard my Ex voice and I got up and walked out the house and sat on the porch.

"Don't call me that" I told him.

"Shut up, y'all left yet?"

"We been left, this morning"

"Why yeen Tell me?"

"Because it was nun of your business, the fuck is u calling me for anyways?"

"I miss you, lemme come pull up on u"

"Umm negative nigga, I'm 2 hours away. You can stay where the hell u at"

"Ion like how u just made up yo mind to stay over at my house, nah buddy you stay in Charlotte with the hoe u cheated on me with. Bye the fuck" I said And hung up.

I walked back into the house and Toosii almost knocked my ass over.

"Damn my bad" he said as he caught me before I fell back.

"You good" I said.

"Mhm" he said as he looked me up and down.

"Dman can I get my body back?" I asked and he chuckled.

"My bad" he said as I walked away.

I walked back in the other living room.

Nadia and Liyah was drinking they beverages and talking to Toosii gang and his sister and her friends.

"Where u went?" Nadia asked.

"Outside for a Phone call" I said as I sat back down.

"Oop" I heard them say and I looked up and Toosii walked back in the room.

My phone dinged and I checked it.

Two hours past by, I'm sleepy as fuck. Seem like I'm the only one who not enjoying this, Kaliyah and Nadia are associating with all of them very well.

I got up and walked into the kitchen with My Mom, Ms, Stephanie and her Four oldest children drinking wine and talking.

"Hey baby" my momma said as she kissed my cheek.

"Hey, I think I'm about to go home. I'm tired and I have to go register myself for school in the morning" I told my momma.

She handed me the second house key.

"Ight I love you, be careful. You taking your sister and Nadia?" my momma said.

"Nah, they are enjoying their self so ian gon make them go. It was nice meeting you guys, by the way. I enjoyed every moment" I said as I smiled and waved at them and they waved back.

"I'm glad u enjoyed you self honey, come back tomorrow. We having a Cookout" Ms Stephanie said.

"I will" I said as I smiled.

I walked back into the other living room.

"Ight I'm finna head out" I told Nadia and Liyah.

"Ight" they both said.

"It was nice meeting you guys, see y'all later I guess" I told the rest of them.

"See you later gangsta" Amp said.

"Nice meeting you too, big lip" Blonde Dreads which was Bandz said.

"Nice meeting you, Toosii u should walk her home" Meme said.
