April and Thomas finally came back from Louisiana and August had moved into his own place ten minutes from the house. Things finally starting settling down after Arnell's blow up on Anthony, however, he still was gone most of the time.

Arnell and Jada made up and were on good terms again.

It was Friday. Arnell was happy she made it through the week with no drama, no stress, no nothing.

So she thought.

Arnell and Jada were on their way to their last class of the day when she heard Amani's loud ass shouting through the hallway.

"Where that dumb bitch at?!"

"Ugh, why Shaydon still wit her annoying ass?" Jada asked .

"I don't even know." Arnell shook her head. "I wonder who she beefin' with now."

Arnell and Jada laughed. But their laugh went away quickly when they noticed Amani was headed full speed in their direction giving Arnell a death glare. Shaydon was right behind her. She was waving some tiny shiny object in her hand.

Amani stopped when she was face to face with Arnell. She didn't speak, just held up the shiny object Arnell seen her walking with. Arnell quickly realized that the object belonged to her.

"This yours??" Amani raged.

Arnell looked at Jada who was in complete and utter shock.

"...yeah." Arnell nodded her head. She reached for the James Avery bracelet she thought had been stolen.

Amani snatched it from Arnell's grasp. "Then what the fuck was it doing in my mans trunk?"

It all made sense now. It probably fell out when Arnell put her backpack in Shaydon's trunk a while ago.

"Look, I don't know what y'all got going on-" Amani started up.

Arnell gave Amani a 'fuck you talking about?' look.

"We ain't got shit going on. He gave me a ride months ago, ain't nobody worried about Shaydon's ass." She shot back.

Shaydon was still behind Amani, not saying anything. The expression in his face screamed "Yikes".

"Shaydon, you need to get yo girl forreal, cause she getting reckless." Jada chimed in.

"Bitch, ain't nobody talking to you." Amani shot back.

Arnell had to stand in font of her friend to stop her from popping off.

"Now back to you hoe, you fucking my man or not? Be real!"

Of course their argument caught wave of fellow classmates to stop and watch. A crowd was now surrounding them.

"Bitch I already told you that I'm not stressing over Shaydon's ass!" Arnell fumed.

"Come on, Mani." Shaydon said while grabbing her arm. He looked ashamed that she was acting like that.

"I'm sorry, Nell." He tightened his grip on her and walked away.

"Shaydon don't be apologizing to this bitch!" Amani yelled. "She thinks she hot shit because she beat Mercedes ass but I'm not Mercedes, hoe!"

".... Bihhhhh. If she don't sit her unklyass down somewhere." Jada remarked.

Arnell busted out laughing at her goofy friend.

"That bitch walked off with my bracelet." Arnell joked.

The two friends shook off little incident and made their way to class.

Eighth period went by fast. Arnell and Jada met up after class and walked to the bus loop.

"You going to that party?"

Arnell sighed. "Why you always trying to get me to go to a party?" Arnell asked.

"Because I like to party, Bitch"

"I'll think about it." Arnell stated.

"Uhn-uh?" Jada said in disbelief.

"Uh-huh." Arnell shot back. "Sometimes I just need to get outta the house."

"Yay!! Text me if you forreal."

*

Arnell banged on the door just so she can be heard. Arnell scuffed when the door opened and she saw Thomas.

"Damn girl, why you bangin' like that?" Thomas asked amused.

"Because you got the music blasting like you crazy."

Thomas stood in the door frame smiling at Arnell like a weirdo.

"Um, you gonna move so I can get in?"

"My bad." She moved aside and left enough room for Arnell to barely get by.

She rolled her eyes and scurried to her room. She locked her door because it seemed Thomas was the only other person in the house. She didn't think he was bold enough to try anything but she damn sure wasn't about to find out.

Arnell ended up dozing off. She looked at her alarm clock and it read ten thirty. She was out for nearly five hours. She went the bathroom and took a long shower. She was so happy that she had a bathroom inside her room. It was so convenient.

When Arnell got out of the shower, she wrapped her towel around her body. She took a minute to admire her body in the mirror. She was truly blessed. She wasn't shaped like most seventeen year olds. Her body was banging and she had curves in all the right places.

Arnell's jaw dropped when she seen the door to her room had been completely broken off the hinges. She didn't understand how she didn't hear any commotion in the shower.

She was so preoccupied with the door that she didn't notice Thomas sitting on the bed. He cleared his throat which made her jump. She turned around to the sight of Thomas laid out on her bed.

"Thomas, what the fuck is wrong with you?!"

He laughed and got up. He started walking closer to Arnell.

"Don't come any closer!" Arnell warned. She was terrified.

Thomas darted at Arnell, picked her up, and threw her on the bed. He began trying to rip of Arnell's towel.

"What the fuck is going?!" April shouted.

"She came on to me." Thomas lied.

"You bitch!" April jumped on Arnell and started swinging. Arnell couldn't do anything but cover her face. Thomas ripped the two girls apart. Arnell felt blood fill her mouth. She spit it on the floor and shook her head.

"You actually believe his ass?" Arnell questioned.

"Well you don't expect me to believe you, do you?" April laughed. "You're lying now like you lied back then on mom and dad."

"I didn't lie about mom and dad and I'm not lying now."

Arnell was shocked. She never heard her sister accuse her of lying on their parents. This was a new one.

"I'm not arguing with you! Get the fuck outta my house." April said in a rage. She began throwing Arnell's things around her room.

"Alright! I'm going quit touching my shit!"

Arnell threw on the first thing she saw. A white crop top and some ripped jeans. She didn't even bother putting on underwear or a bra.

She grabbed a jacket and left the house. She didn't care about her clothes, she would come back later to get them. Arnell yelled before throwing a brick into Thomas's windshield.

She walked all the to Jada's house. Every now and then a car would stop and ask if she need a ride. She'd politely decline and keep walking. When she reached Jada's house, she called Jada up.

A couple of seconds later, Jada was unlocking the door.

"Girl, what you doing here?" Jada asked letting her friend in.

"April kicked me out." Arnell plopped on to the couch and sighed. It was a long walk and she was tired.

"You lyin'!" Jada said.

"I'm being so serious."

"So, we chilling tonight or what?" Jada asked sounding excited.

Arnell shrugged.

"You still trying to go to that party?" Arnell asked.

"Hell yeah!"

"Well then, let's go." Arnell smirked.
