I have known Kira for so long that some people may mistake us for chi,hood friends not that l mind. We all make mistakes it's just a choice a make either we make it destroy the rest of the life or we make it shine and get a ten fold of what you ever wanted.
That's what Kira did, Kayla is a blessing in disguise , Kira didn't let that bring her down to the worst behind recovery.

With Chris she was pouring her all and even Chris was but the r skirt if having a girlfriend with a baby has a different reality on his career. I don't blame him cause a man gotta do what they have to do to achieve their dreams right. I just wish she had seen this earlier not late when she had already fallen too deep. Seen her go through down this road only difference this time it might be worse cause she fell very deep. Rock bottom if you ask me.

So l am surprising her with an early day , Jose is picking me up, and my God He has turned out to be someone l isn't expect God l pray he doesn't turn out to be like Chris. My flight wasn't as long as the other time cause this time my mind was clouded with thoughts that l never found the solution to.

Walking to the arrivals gates, l sported Jose's fine built body of a mans specimen and k could see girls even mothers gawking at him don't blame them cause any woman would praise heaven when crowded with fine specimen of testosterone. But this eye candy is mine so l gotta claim what mine cause some girls won't mind going where there's a girl.

Picking up the pace , l throw myself in his arms and get myself a welcome passionate kiss.

"Damn what should l do to get such treatment everyday," He remarks.

"Don't push it." I retort

"My sassy queen is back indeed." He comments pulling me in for another kiss, damn l had missed these lips.

Taking my bag he walks me to his car, and l swear the moment l saw the figure leaning on the car , any fuse to gage my anger would blow within seconds. I could become night rider if he continues to smirk at me like that.

Standing infront of him l fold my hand into a fist and punch him on his square jaw. He didn't protest

"Not going to fight back." He tells Jose who wasn't trusting him

"Better not." I say stretching my hand that hurt and he seemed unbothered

"Babe when you want to punch you don't fold your thumb in it will break so..."

Jose shows me how to fold my hand in a fist, Chris you got hell coming over trust me, gathering the last ounce of energy left in me l throw a punch right to his square jaw and this time it did have an impact.

"Fuck," he swears holding his jaw that devilish  smirk wiped away.

"You had it coming." I state fixing my clothes

"Damn baby l am proud of you." Jose kisses my cheek such boyfriends are highly appreciated.

"Now Grayson and probably Kira herself is the only one left to dislocate my jaw." He comments trying to flex his already swelling jaw.

"I pray it's ten times mine." I retort

"I am Sorry El."

"You sorry now. After almost a freaking month. Was that thick head of yours trying to pass the message through the thick skull." I shout at him

"I don't even know what to say but l really need your help. Please help me l can't do this on my own." His voice was laced with concern or maybe this could be part of the act who would know.

"You want me to help you. This is your fight not mine. I ain't helping you get her back. Fight for her yourself." I state and and bang the door of the passenger seat in his face.

I wasn't going to help him at all, it's like betraying Kira , not that k don't them back l do but l want him to work for it not get the easy way out. Arriving at my apartment l slowly open the door and saw Kira and Kayla engrossed in a movie they were watching.

"I could rob this apartment and not get caught if you two going to be that focused on the tv."

It took them almost ten seconds before they registered my presence in the house and before they came rushing to crush me in warm hugs.

"You should have told me." Kira exclaims

"That's The Who, point of a surprise isn't it." I kiss Kayla on the cheek.

"Point made ."

"I missed you very much baby mama," I pull her in for another one of her warm hugs.

"Hie Jose." She shouts at him as he was invading the kitchen.

"That boy and food." I sigh

"I will come steal you later babe." Jose perks me goodbye after stealing natural yogurt in the fridge.

I started to fill Kira on what when l was away at home, how l met all my exes after my glow up and how they came back running back to me,.  Skipped the boring events my parents forced me to attend.

"And you missy what did you do."

"Nothing much than the usual with Kayla, binge watching movies only difference  this time l went for job interviews and l got a job ." She explains

"Yes. I knew you would get one."

(Gasps) "Why didn't you tell me." Kira's dramatic side is in action

"I would inflate your ego more than it could handle." I wink

"Nah."

And with that we started to talk like our usual ways as we watched episodes of The Blacklist our favorite series amongst other series. Her actions are what what's scarring me cause she has buried the pain and her feelings way too deep that when she finally lets god a hurricane of feelings be drowning me
