So after that diner day, Elena has been so persistent on what' happened everyday like she wants me to tell her what happened in her absence every single second so she says.
Grayson is still fussed over the fact l didn't tell him that Chris and Kayla happened.

Just like any other day ,l woke up to my daily routine with Kayla and we decided to match And everytime we do that everything of us is the same.

After dropping her off at her daycare drove to school and university life is not as simple as they make it sound. Obviously Chris's has been trying to talk to me and you know what l do ignore him.

"Princess," He says

And the bell rings oh thank God, l smile and just as l was about to rush he holds my wrist and pulls me back

"Not so fast Princess."

"I have class."

"We have the same class." He deadpans

Sighing l lost track of time of our flirting that by the time we decided to show up for the lesson,it was late and apparently this particular teacher had a thing for detention l mean it was for high school students don't yah think.

"And look who decide to grace us with their presence Mr Peyton and Miss. Mansons ." When he said it like that it sure as hell meant otherwise

"Care to explain why you late together."

Searching the class l see Elena's eyes on me trying to figure out what the hell happened.

"Sorry sir I won't happen again." I tried my luck

"And where you going ,never said get in my lesson now did l." Way to go sir

"What's the punishment sir." Chris asks unmoved by the situation

"Drop the attitude or you don't attend the match l mean would that look good for your sponsors." He states "my office needs cleaning think you can do that for me."

Walking out of the class we go to his office and start to clean it at least l thought that's what he had in mind. Reaching there he starts to question me

"Am l on some interview or something now."

"I just wanna know you."

"Don't people go on dates for that type of things." I blurt out

"Oh please you could have said that's what you wanted."

He smirks at me and l turn to clean the office as commanded after we finished we part ways for the day and l was met with Elena's Diary that needed a fill up of the day.

"Nothing happened okay.we cleaned the office and he left ."

"Why is that hard to believe,." Grayson and Elena state

"Cause you wish something else happened and it didn't."

Finishing up the day as if it could get any better ,my car doesn't start, Elena and Grayson had left. Honestly speaking besides those two people l rarely knew anyone else at this university campus

except for Chris

But he could be having his training right. I have to suck this up and ask him before Kayla gives me silent treatment for the whole week. Reaching the grounds, l had guys gawk at me, was my dress that short or did l have something on me.

"Sorry coach can l please steal Chris for a moment please it's an emergency."

He looks at me head to toe and toes to the head again, was he a freaking scammer or anything.

" Peyton over here."

I scan the boys and oh dear they were all drool worthy l mean it's every girls dream, to be surrounded by these Greek god crafted beings all around you isn't it. He jogs his way to me or the coach yah whatever. His coach just gestures to me and he smirks

"Yes Princess."

"I need a favour." I ask

"I thought you owed me favours not the other way around." He replies whilst wiping away the sweat with a towel.

"My car won't start and l have to pick Kayla up. Elena and Grayson are working now l think and besides them you the only person l could ask." I explain to him.

Would he actually skip practice for me though ,what was l thinking

"Just that." He confirms

"Yes so l need a ride to pick her up and to the diner." I add

"Let me excuse myself from coach."

He jogs to his coach who looks at me again after some little talk was done between them what's with him. Grabbing his bag he walks to me and grabs his car keys. Upon arriving he destined for me to get in his slick black Jeep, it was pretty high.
Standing beside the car he removes his shirt and l in return just stare at his perfectly sculptured body.

"Damn." I involuntarily whisper whilst hitting down my lip

Turning he finds me staring and l turn back to my very interesting manicured fingers. Sliding in he stares at me

"What?" I ask

"I need directions to her day care."

I deadpan myself for thinking otherwise, l quickly give him the directions and we get there to a very upset and angry Kayla. Thanking the teacher for watching her l talk to her.

"Monkey l am sorry."

She just shrugs and l didn't get a kiss or my good afternoon mommy she was definitely mad at me. So obviously she gets lost cause she doesn't spot my car anywhere l grab my hand to walk directly to Chris' Jeep.

"There's no car seat." She's a safety freak

"Just for today," I answer back and l helped her get it in the car.

"Hie." She smiles at Chris whose attention was on her l didn't get that type of greeting l am so jealous.

"Hey Princess.":he smiles back

I thought l was his princess ,

"Don't worry l will come up with another name for you." He whispers in my ear as he starts the car to drive to the diner.

Arriving l thank him ,thinking he would leave but he just nods gets in the diner with Kayla holding his hand. They take a seat on one of the booths sitting facing each other. I left them alone, l never trust anyone with Kayla like that. After dressing up for my shift l am met by Mrs Jacksons who's shocked Kayla hasn't made it to her office.

Walking back to the front with her behind we both produce an awe sound to what our eyes had landed. And my hand automatically goes to my heart to this heart warming picture l had before me.
