A week had passed since the day Jungkook found out that she already left Korea. But he had not put any effort to know how she was doing and got himself busy in his work instead. There was a lot of work in his office that he could not even have time to think about something else that work itself.

It was dark up there while he parked the car there and walked into the house. The whole house was dark as well which left him in confusion. He turned on the lights and walked to the hall to encounter some weird dedication.

There came his sister and put on some balloons. "Is it my birthday today?" he asked her. Junghee looked at him in irritation. "Mom and dad are coming, " she said and continued her work. "They didn't tell me about it, " he complained.

"They told me because they love me more than you, " and there she got started again. "I think they are here already, " she ran and sneaked out of the window. "Turn off the lights, " she said and ran here and there to turn off the switches.

And Jungkook was left there in the dark. Then soon the lights were turned on and a couple was there in the sight with widened eyes. "HAPPY ANNIVERSARY, MOM AND DAD!" Junghee ran to them and hugged each of them.

"So today is their anniversary, " Jungkook whispered to himself. Then he walked to them and hugged them as well. "Happy Anniversary!" he said to them. "Thank you, " they thanked them.

"Is everything okay with your leg?" His mom asked worriedly. Jungkook let out a nervous smile. "I got into an accident, but now I'm okay, " he said casually as if it was not a big deal and got scolded for hiding from them.

"LET'S START THE CELEBRATION!"

Soon enough, there was already a cake fight in the house. And Jungkook had to run away from that place to save himself. He stayed in his room for a while until he confirmed that the fight was over and walked out there.

"HE IS HERE. HE IS HERE, " Junghee got excited to see him. His mother walked to him and he covered his face, thinking that she had cake in her hand. "Is it true, Jungkook?" she asked.

Jungkook slowly removed his hand from his face and checked his mother's hand. "I told them about your doctor, " Junghee grinned. And he facepalmed. "Mom, let's not talk about that. It's your anniversary and let's talk about you guys. How was the vacation?" he changed the topic and it worked. Then she started telling about the special things happened in the vacation.

Both the mother and daughter got themselves into a good conversation when his father asked him about Jihyun again, "Are you not going to go and get here?" he asked. "No, " Jungkook shook his head.

His father was about to say something when a phone call disturbed him. "Excuse me, " Jungkook walked away from the place and answered the call. "Can we meet right now, Jungkook?" the person from the other line asked.

"Not now. I'm with my family, " he was about to hang up when the next few words stopped him. "I'm leaving tonight, " she said.

"Where are you?" he asked. "The bus stop near your house. I'm waiting there, " she hung up the call.

Then he sneaked out of the place since he would never get permitted if he would ask for it and went to the place. There he noticed her figure sitting on the bench and went to sit beside her.

"What is it, Noona?" he asked.

"Just wanted to meet you before I leave, " she said and held his hand which only made him uncomfortable. "My dad wants me there and I want to start a new life in a new place. I just wanted to meet you. That's it, " she let go of his hand and leaned in for a kiss when Jungkook backed away.

That made her kiss on his cheek instead. "You've changed a lot after that accident. I don't know the reason, but I think this is for good. And I hope you find someone else not as a friend with benefits like me or someone with whose feelings you could play with, but I want you to find someone– I'm not getting the right words, but I think you get what I'm trying to say, " she said and shrugged her shoulders.

The latter was staring at his feet without speaking a word. "I think I should leave now, " she stood up and cleaned the dust from her butt.

"Goodbye, Jungkook," and she walked out of the place while Jungkook watched her leave.

Everyone was going on their own paths and there he had no idea what was going on in his life. Then he noticed her phone on the bench. He grabbed it and run towards the way she went until he finally caught her.

"NOONA!" He ran to her and gave her the phone. "Thank you, " she took it from him.

Jungkook hesitated at first but decided to tell her. "Noona, I'm so confused. I think I've fallen for this someone but I don't know what to do. She left me after finding out about me. No, I mean we never together but she said that she came to tell her answer as a yes when she saw me with you. I don't know what to do, " Jungkook was already in tears.

"With me?" she asked in surprise. "She was my doctor, " he said with his head having low. "Oh, the doctor from that day?" she asked and he nodded.

"I'm really sorry, Jungkook. I should have listened to you that day," she apologized after realizing that she happened to be one of the reasons for all of this.

"Are you sure about your feelings? If you are then I suggest you not to give up this easily, " she said and wiped his tears away. Then he pulled her into a hug and mumbled to her.

"Thank you, Noona."
