Song for this chapter:- Then There's You by Charlie Puth.

Emily

I turned away from them and closed my eyes in horror. "I didn't mean to interrupt. I was looking for washroom." I said.

"There should be one down the hallway." The guy said and his voice sounded familiar.

"Its locked." I said. "I tried all the doors."

"F*ck it." He cussed as I heard him moving.

"Do you have one in this room?" I asked. "I will be very quick."

He groaned and said, "Over here." And I heard him opening a door and without looking at him. I went for the door and shut the door behind him. The washroom was big and made with marble as well. The faucet was shiny and clean. I looked at myself in horror. My skin was flushed from embarrassment and my dress was covered with not-so-nice thing.

I groaned as I took out wipes from my purse and turned on the faucet. I smelled awful and felt miserable at the moment. My dress was all wet from the cleaning as I stood awkwardly in the large washroom.

"Are you done?" The guy asked.

"Give me a moment, please." I said panicking as I looked for my phone. I called London and Morgan, but none of them answered.

I can't go out like this, my dress is all wet in the front. The guy on the other side was getting impatient. My friends was too busy to answer their phones. I suddenly had a break down. I was never in a situation before. That's why I don't like parties.

"Are you okay?" The guy asked.

"Do I sound like I'm okay?" I started crying more.

I don't know why am I even crying? If that girl didn't interrupt. That guy would have took advantage of me.

"You said you will be quick." The guy said quietly.

I opened the door and met face-to-face with the golden boy himself. He was naked from the top, at least he was wearing a boxer. He have sharp jawline and cheekbone and defined abs and muscles. He was quite tall and I had to looked up to meet him in the eyes.

"I'm sorry I interrupted whatever you were doing, but can't you be a little patient?" I asked annoyed as I wiped my tears with the back of my hands.

He looked me up and down and I almost sighed, but decided to just walk out from there. Tonight, without even sipping any alcohol-I'm doing things that I would never imagine doing.

I hope he doesn't remember my face or this embarrassing encounter.

"Where are you going?" He asked.

"You need the room to satisfy your needs, so I'm leaving."

"Like that?" He asked.

"What choice do I have?" I started crying.

"Hey.." he said suddenly panicking. "Don't cry.. it's not a big deal."

"It's not a big deal to you, but it is for me." I cried more as I wiped my tears. Why am I even crying? Because I have never been in this situation before. This was not how I imagined my night to be.

"Okay, now calm down." He said.

"I'm calm." I sobbed. "Why are you talking to me?"

He rolled his eyes at me.

"Did someone just threw up on you?" He asked.

"Is it obvious?" I asked.

"Yes." He sighed as he turned to walk towards somewhere and I noticed the girl was no where in sight. "Stay right here, do not move."

Now that the lights was on in the room. I could see his room clearly. It was a master bedroom with a king size bed in the middle. The room's wall was dark blue and white, actually his whole room was filled with those colours. There was a mini football jersey with his name on it, frame on the wall. Trophies and certificates filled the room and I see a book shelf and some books on the nightstand.

"Here." He said coming out from what I assume must be his walk-in-closet. He handed me some clothings. "You can take a shower if you would like." He added awkwardly. "And throw your that dress in the laundry hamper for wash."

"Why are you being nice to me?" I asked.

His feature hardened. "It won't happen again, so don't get use to it."

"I won't." I promise as I thanked him before using his washroom, again.

I used his shampoo and shower gel which was as expensive as his washroom. I smelled minty after the shower. At least, it's better than the odour from before. I put on the black T-shirt that smelled of fresh laundry and it was way too big for me and I put on his new pack of boxer. His large shirt hid the boxer making it seem like I was not wearing anything underneath.

I dried my hair quickly before throwing the towel inside the laundry hamper and stepped out bare feet while holding my heels

He was sitting on his bed and looked up when I walked out.

"Sorry about that." I apologize.

His expression was unreadable as he shamelessly looked me up and down.

"I will get going." I said to him. "I apologize again for tonight."

"Which school do you go to?" He asked.

I blinked a couple of times. "Richmond." I said and he frowned.

"What's your name?"

"Emily." I said shifting from one foot to another.

"Junior?" He asked.

"Senior on Monday." I said. "Okay, bye." I made my way out of his room.

He stopped me and said. "You sure you want to go out like that?"

"It should be okay." I said to him. Not like he was going to let me stay here. Seeing how impatient he was before, I guess he wanted me out by now.

"You drove yourself here?" He asked standing up as he pulled on a shirt and dark jeans. He pushed his messy hair away from his face.

"My friends drove me here." I said.

"Where are they?" He asked.

"Somewhere." I shrugged.

"I'll drive you home." He said to me, surprising me.

"Thanks." I said. "But I won't be going home anytime soon."

"Why is that so?" He asked.

"I have to drive my friends home."

He give me a look like I have lost my mind. "They brought you here to be their chauffeur?"

"Not exactly. I don't drink, so it's my responsibility-"

"Then stay here until they look for you."

I was confused by his hospitality. "Are you sure? I don't want to be a nuisance."

"You already interrupted me." He said and I grimaced.

"I'm sorry." I said.

He shrugged and sat on the single sofa in the corner of the room and put his feet on the table.

I sat awkwardly on the bed while he scrolled through his phone. I took out my phone to find something to do as well.

After ten minutes of silence, he said. "Who are you waiting for?"

"My friends."

"I know that. They do have names, don't they?" He raised one of his eyebrow.

"London and...."

"That megaphone?" He interrupted and I glared at him. "What? As if you don't know... she blasts people's secrets like its any of her f*cking business."

"She didn't mean to.." I said.

He rolled his eyes. "So you mean to say? I walk out right now and tell someone I f*cked you and then I come and tell you- I didn't mean it and it just happened so suck it up?"

"You are not going to do that, are you?" I was horrified by his cuss as well as his sentence.

"That's not my thing."He rolled his eyes. "People spread rumours about themselves that I have f*cked them, when I did not even touch them."And his eyes widened and his lip turned into a smirk. "Unless, your cherry is yet to be popped."

I was horrified by his expression of words and flushed in embarrassment. No one have ever spoken to me like this before.

"It's none of your business." I said.

"That's exactly what I meant. Your friend should mind her own damn business."

"Did she even do anything to you?" I asked. "Do you know her personally that you are calling her names?"

"She wanted to have s*x with me and I said no to her and now she's acting like my f*cking business is her's."He said sounding annoyed as he dropped his phone on his lap.

He doesn't even bother to filter his sentences.

I didn't know what to say. London doesn't share her private life with Morgan and I. We don't talk about these kind of things with each other, and I didn't know how to react at his word.

"I'm surprise you are friends with her." He said.

"We are friends since elementary school." I said quietly as I played with my fingers.

"That long?" He said sounding genuinely surprise.

"Yes." I said.

"And who else is your friend?"

"Morgan." I said.

"Are you serious?" He asked and started laughing. "You guys make the best group." And I frowned. I didn't understand what he meant.

"One blast people's secret, one always looking for trouble and you.." he paused. "Do you always cry in a situation?"

I didn't know why I felt humiliated, but I was. "You don't know any of us." I snapped as I stood up. "I told you I'm sorry for interrupting you that time, but I didn't expect you to make me sit here just to insult my friends and I like that."

His feature softened a little bit, but then as quickly as it came. It disappeared and he shrugged. "I was just asking because those two always bring dramas and if you can't handle drama I'm curious about your friendship."

My phone rang and I looked at the caller ID and sighed internally in relief.

"Thank you for letting me borrow your clothes and sorry about that time." I said as I put on my heels and purse and made my way out. I picked up the call outside. It was from London, who sounded drunk.

"Em, where are you?" She slurred.

"I'm upstairs." I tell her as I made my way out of his room.

"Where's Morgan?" She asked.

"I don't know." I said.

"I'm going over to someone else's." She said and I froze in my place. "Can you and Morgan make it home by yourself?"

And before I could answered, she ended the call.

The party was still as lively as it was in the beginning, but why was I not enjoying like them. I heard a door open and shut behind me and I see Everett beside me.

"They ditched you, didn't they?" He asked with a smug look and I felt like slapping him and wiping that look from his face.

"I have to look for Morgan." I said.

"Don't even bother." He said. "I believe you have never partied with them before."

I didn't want to give him the satisfaction and lied that I did, but in fact. I have only partied with them thrice and tonight is the fourth. Most of the time, I drive my parent's car and I'm able to go home myself, but tonight I didn't have a car.

I can feel myself panicking all of a sudden and I think he sense it too.

"Please don't cry, again." He said suddenly looking panic. "I can drive you, home."

"And you will continue to insult my friends and I?"

"You shouldn't call them friends." He scrunched his nose in disgust. He still looked handsome even with that facial expression.

"Are you sure you want to leave your house while there's strangers walking around?" I asked. I don't think it's a good idea. "I can take a cab."

"You have to walk to the Main Street which is fifteen minutes from here just to get a cab. Let's stay here for a little while. I will drive you home."He said as he turned and walked towards his room and turned to look at me. "Are you coming?"
