"Well, I'm leaving," Kuroo turned around and left the twos line of sight, "If you guys end up fucking clean the damn sheets!"

Kenma hissed at the boys words, running his slender, pale fingers through his messy locks. Despite being unkept, Y/n took note of how pretty he looked.

She was curiously looking up at him, her eyes widening as the boy returned the stare.

"You're mad at me," Kenma spoke, stepping forward carefully, kneeling down beside the bed, "Understandably." He added the last bit.

"Ko, listen-"

"No, I want you to listen," he interrupted the girl. She sat with a shocked face as the boy inched closer, "I know you're mad. But I want you to know I never lied to you. Not once. And I want you to understand that no one in my life- not even Kuroo or Hianta -is as important to me as you are. You are the idiot I love. I want to be with you and I refuse to break up over a misunderstanding like this." A short pause.

"That bitch means nothing to me. She never has. The only reason I entertained her was just simply that. Entertainment. And I always shut down her advances. I told her about my girlfriend. I told you in the beginning. To be fair, I think you assumed I blocked her- which I should have done in the first place- Wait, what am I talking about?"

Y/n giggled, her glistening eyes staring at the boy with the biggest smile on her lips.

"Why're you laughing...?"

"You must really like me," she continued.

"Love you. I love you." Kenma said sternly.

She paused, eyes wide and mouth wider.

"Y-you what?"

"I love you, pretty," He repeated, "I want you to know that. I see and think of no one else besides you. I have dreams about you, I am always finding new things to fall for about you. It's annoying but I'm embracing it now."

"Ko- you're making me blush! Stop!" She covered her face in her hands. A sly smirk playing in his lips.

"Look at me," He grabbed her chin, carefully pulling her face upward toward his. Eyeing her with love and car through his long lashes.

"I love you," Kenma repeated. He wanted to drill it in her head, "Only you."

"I may... perhaps, love you too," She resisted the hurt to hide under the blankets.

A smile played on his lips, "You do something to me."

"Turn you on," she winked jokingly.

"I mean-"

"Don't answer that, Ko."

β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”

Kenma and Y/n had spent the night at Kuroo's in the guest room. It was nearly 9 o'clock when Y/n stirred awake from the sunlight beating down on her through the drawn curtains.

She looked to her right, Kenma's sleepy face laying peacefully against her cheek. He breathed quietly as she just watched him. No, he was so pretty. And those lashes, that's not very fair. And don't even get me started on those lips-

"Y/n."

She jumped, her body sitting up frantically at the sound of Kuroo's voice at the door. She eyed the dark haired boy with narrowed eyes.

"Why did you scare me?" She questioned in a whisper-shout.

But Kenma has already stirred when she has jolted up moments prior, "Shut the hell up."

"Wow, someone's a morning person," Kuroo rolled his eyes, still standing in the doorway with a spatula on hand and his arms crossed.

"Suck my dick." Kenma droned on in muffled words.

"I came up here to tell you two that I made pancakes," Kuroo glanced back at Y/n, "But instead I saw you over there making goo-goo eyes at the damn boy."

"I just woke up! And I wasn't making goo-goo eyes, freak."

"Whatever you were doing, it was weird."

"You fucker-"

Kenma groaned loudly, pulling me down into his chest and using a pillow to cover my face, "Shhh."

Kuroo's laugh echoed through the room.
