TRISTAN

"Good morning Tristan.."

One of the nurse greeted as they yawn—slumping down at their seat as they close their eyes for a while—It was 4:00 a.m in the morning, My work here was every two hours—I'll be moping and cleaning the entrance by 4:00 am and in 6:00 a.m, I'm the responsible for cleaning the ER and in 8:00, I'll be cleaning the exit of the hospital which is in the back.

But every thirty minutes, I'm also cleaning some rooms like the storage room and the cafeteria and hallways.

I wipe away the sweat off my face since after one hour of cleaning the entrance—I would be in the storage room to fix some stuff like the cleaning stuff in there and such. I push my cart as I walk through the hallway toward the storage room.

"The inspector of sanitation would come to check here and take a round today, even the head doctors would be coming, Be responsible and clean every corner as possible!"

One of the admin staff announced and I nodded my head—pushing my cart as possible since sometimes, It was a little heavy.

The hospital has ten janitors who worked in the four floors here—I'm responsible in the morning work so I really wake up early to clean every halls and room that I was assigned with,

They called me out to clean the other hallway in the east side of the hospital—It was where the main entrance in, I mopped down the floor as I removed the dirty stain of people shoes in the white tiles.

I missed the days where I just stay at patient's room where I sat in the arm chair—singing and even talking to the man who's unconscious. I miss staying like that.

I even risked my life for him—for someone that I don't personally know, But I feel that I have to. I don't need any payback for something like that. I'll help, If I wanted to, I don't need any compensation.

I suddenly shiver when I feel the cold air hits my skin—I was wearing my uniform but it stills cold—It was almost five in the morning so I understand.

I look up to see a fancy car stopped in front of the entrance—Every nurses and staff run toward the front as I didn't see Kate since she always go here every 8:00 a.m in the morning.

A nurse pulled me toward the corner—Pulling me with my cart as she was a little terrified.

"Uhm, Tristan, Please go to the storage room, Okay?"

She whispered at me and I nodded my head before I push my cart with me as I leave the main entrance.

I really don't understand why they don't want me to meet him. Kate said that he was one of the richest man in the world—He was a heartless man that isn't considerate of anything. Some nurses, said that the man would probably hurt me because—He doesn't like ragged people touching him.

As I passed through every corridor—I finally reach the storage room where I should be doing my job. I put the cart aside as I sat on the floor—leaning over the door.

I was startled when a loud bang was heard from the other room—I instantly scurried over the stack of large boxes as I quickly put myself in one—shutting the cover as I was buried in a piles of cotton.

"Come out, Come out, Wherever you are."

A Baritone voice can be heard outside the room—I shivered in fear as I bury myself deeper from all the cotton, wishing that I wouldn't be found by anyone who's scaring me like this.
