As we stopped by infront of the hospital, Lilith hold my hand as she pulled me over the receptionist, asking for a ob-gyne or something..

Then a nurse come to us and told me to wait in the lobby with a bunch of pregnant women and some are just sitting there who I thinks.. they're also in a first check-up;

"Oh my god..This is the first time that I would encounter this, I know that this happened but this is my first time seeing one.."

She said as she sighed. I only looked away as I feel nervous of myself..

As the nurse called our number, We both got inside as the Ob-gyne named Dr.Quack sat there with a smile;

"You wanted a ultrasound test, Mr.Tristan? Please lie down on the bed."

She said as I nodded my head- why isn't she's shock or anything? This is..so wierd for me..

"Just so you, Mr.Tristan that this is my second time encounter with intersex like you, Yes, You have a dick and all but your inside have a lady part on its like Ovary and such.."

She explained as I nodded my head, She put a gel on my abdomen as it felts so ticklish, Then she hold a machine as she move it around my stomach;

"Congratulations Mr.Tristan, You're three weeks pregnant and..You're having a....twins! Oh, How amazing!"

She said happily as Lilith gasped while I, was completely shocked..Eh?..Is Alistair the father? Oh god..

I wanted to faint because this feels so..unreal..I can't believe this at all..

"Is there any complicated needs, Ms.Quack? Is this also the same with women?"

Lilith asked as the doctor nodded her head, She told us that it also the same but me, giving birth would be on cesarian operation, Who in heaven can give birth in butt anyway? Huhu!

"Oh my god Tristan! This feel like a dream! I can't believe it.."

Lilith said with amusement as I nodded my head..I'm scared..I might not able to take care of it because I'm poor..

"Don't worry Tristan, I would asked my boss to cut my payment to give you full meal and treatment in the house.."

She said as I feel like crying, She is so kind..

"N-no, I think I can handle it, We barely knows each other for a weeks-"

I said sadly as she shook her head, smilling at me as she just ignored what I said.

"Oh c'mon, It's fine! You're like a family to me now.."

She said as I hugged her tight. It was a blessing to meet her..
