It was finally time for Lydia's party and I was currently at her house so she could get me ready.

"You're going to look so hot tonight."

"I wish I could see it."

"I'm sorry about your appointment.Jackson and I should have waited incase you needed us."

"It's not your fault.No need to apologize.Let's just have a good night.You think I can convince Danny to dance with me?"

"Girl Danny would do anything for you.You're like his little sister."

"I hope he finds a cute guy to dance with too."

"It's Danny.Of course he will.And you're done."

Even though I couldn't see what I looked like I ran my hands over my hair and outfit gently to get a feel for what it looked like. I had on a black skater skirt with tights,a long sleeved crop top,and some little booties.

"Woah Lyds.I feel great even if I can't see."

"Trust me.You look great as well.Now come on.People will be arriving soon."

"Coming."

I had been to Lydia's enough times to be able to find my own way around her house.We got downstairs and she started the music.Only Jackson and Danny were here.I grabbed onto Danny's arm.

"Dance with me Danny.At least until you find a cute guy to dance with."

"Alright alright.Come on."

He led me outside where a few people were now and where the music mainly was.We started dancing around and laughing.A little while later Danny started getting a little distracted.

"Danny go.Go dance with him and be your totally awesome self."

"You sure?"

"Definitely.I'm gonna go sit down for a little bit."

"Be careful."

"Will do."

I navagated my way around the pool to some chairs Lydia had set up.I found an empty one and sat down listening to everyone around me.

"Alice?"

I jumped when I heard Derek's voice.

"Derek?What are you doing here?"

"I was looking for someone.What are you doing here?"

"Lydia is my best friend so I come to all of her parties.Who are you looking for?"

"Scott McCall."

"Scott?He's my brothers best friend."

"Well it looks like both of them are leaving in a rush."

"What?!Stiles is my ride home."

Derek grabbed onto my hands and helped me stand.

"Come on.I'll drive you.Looks like Scott's date is stranded too."

"Allison.She's cool."

I felt Derek tense a little but it went away as quick as it came.He led me out of the party to the front of the house.

"Allison.I'm a friend of Scott and Alice's.My name's Derek."

"Alice?"

"It's okay.Derek's cool."

"I'll give you two a ride home."

"Okay.Thank you."

"You're welcome."

Derek led me to his car.I heard him open up the passenger door and then move the seat.

"Ally can you take the back?I always hit my head when I sit in the back."

"Sure."

I heard her climb in and then the seat go back.I got in the car and Derek shut the door after me.Within a few seconds he was in the drivers seat taking Allison home first.When we got to her house I got out so she could get out.Once she was out and gave me a hug I got back in the car and Derek started driving us to my house.We didn't really talk on the way there.I did however bring up the other night.

"I'm sorry about the other night.I didn't mean to cry on you and then fall asleep."

"It's okay.I'm glad you're feeling better."

"Yeah.I've been staying with Lydia for a few days but I promised I'd come home tonight after the party."

"I didn't picture you as the party type."

"I'm not really but I go for Lydia.Jacks and Danny just make it bearable."

I felt the car park outside of my house.

"Thank you for the ride.I'm sorry about everything.I feel like I've caused a lot of trouble for you lately."

"You haven't caused me any trouble.I'm just glad you're home and safe."

"Thanks."

"I'll try and stop by this week."

"Should I leave my window unlocked then?"

"Probably."

We both chuckled and I opened up the door.

"Bye Derek."

"Bye Alice."

I got out of the car and made my way into the house.I went up to my room and changed into my pajamas before heading to bed.
