Ronnie's POV

"Veronica!" I hear from behind me in the corridor.

I turn around to see Sydney from Math.

"Hey Sydney"

"Good morning!" She replied with a too enthusiastic tone for 9am.

"Morning, do you need some help with math?" I said

"No actually I was wondering if you would go to a party with me tonight?" She said with a smirk.

"Tonight? Who hosts a party on a Monday?" I say a little confused.

"Graduates" she says biting her lips.

"Graduates from when?"

"The class of 2014? The really hot ones?" She said trying to jog my memory.

"Oh yeah the ones who did that prank on the teachers lounge" I say remembering all the teachers covering in shaving foam and flour.

"Exactly they are great fun that's why they are inviting some of our year to come, you are my plus one if your in?" She says practically begging me.

"Fine fine okay I'll come" I say giving in and not showing my excitement.

She cheers and hugs me,

"Okay I'll pick you up at your house at 8" she says shouting down the corridor as she runs to cheer practice.

I just wave and close my locker grabbing my books so I can study this free period.

Mom: Hey how's school? X

To Mom: Yeah everything's good, I've got a free period x

Mom: for studying I hope x

To mom: of course x

Mom: good x

To mom: I got invited to a party tonight if that's okay? X

Mom: Yeah sure as long as your back at midnight and I want to see you before you leave x

To mom: okay thank you x

I lock my phone and put it back in my bag.

I pull out my books and revise for History.
