Ronnie's POV

"Hey guys!" Aaron says in a cheerful tone.

I wave to the camera.

I felt like it waved back.

Maybe it's the adrenalin.

"As you all know from a few previous videos, this is my roommate" he continues moving his hands in my direction.

It was only at this moment that the bright lights really affected me.

My confidence grew.

I was ready.

Ronnie you can do this.

"Hey I'm Ronnie!" I say loudly.

Taking Aaron by surprise.

"I haven't done a cover in a few months so Ronnie and I will be giving you another one today"

I nod my head.

"Ready?" He asks me one last time.

I look into the kitchen to see everyone watching anxiously.

I turn around to see Kat giving me a warming smile.

"Ready." I say smirking at Aaron.

You can do this.

The notes from Katrinas sweet fingers filled the room.

Aaron began.

His voice was such a beautiful harmony.

A sweet tone that silenced everyone.

A voice that could bring peace.

And Aaron sang them.

The corus began and I joined in.

It was easy when someone was singing along with you.

I will admit we sound good together.

Here we go.

It was done.

The first chain of harmonised words to leave my lips.

I open my eyes to see Aaron's eyes wide with amazement.

I'm hoping.

I look to the kitchen to see Colby standing up tall.

Everyone was alert.

I couldn't read there expressions.

I felt light.

Like a feather.

I finally felt that release.

And it felt so good to let go.

Our newly found dynamic duo continued the sing the lyrics.

High notes and low notes.

Fast and slow notes.

Our perfect 3 minutes ended on a high note.

Literally.

Katrinas finger pressed onto the last piano key and let go.

Aaron stood up and switched of the camera.

There was a moment of silence.

I felt as though I was on the stand and my roomates were the jury.

I heard a loud but slow clap from the leaning figure on the kitchen pillar.

His act of a simple hand movement triggered the rest of the humble audience.

I heard a whistle.

Definitely was Corey.

I looked at Aaron who had a big cheesy smile on his face.

I hugged him and he embraced me.

"Thank you so much" I said into his ear so he could hear me over the noise.

"Anything for a friend" he whispers back.

I stand up and bow obnoxiously.

I hug Katrina and walk to the kitchen.

Immediately I am engulfed by Colby.

His arms around me and his lips on mine.

Everyone cheered as though we had just exchanged vows.

I am so happy that I met these people.
