Masky and Toby have tried to learn French to understand Hoodie but loose interest pretty quickly. Though they do know some they still don't have the attention span to actually learn it. But hey, at least they learned enough to know that hoodie thinks Jeff is a "Ugly loud-mouth ass wipe"
