Maya pov:

I groaned and tried to turn over the other side to block the sun rays falling on my face, but some thing restricted me from doing so. I tried again and still failed.

Slowly I blink my eyes open and groaned again.I looked around the room and found it unfamiliar from mine. I looked down to find an arm wrapped around my waist. I also felt a weight on my shoulders and looked up. Brian had his face on the crook of my neck.

I blushed a deeper shade of red as I realized that this was the second time we had cuddled.

I looked back at is face. It was relaxed and his lips were in a small pout. I stared for a few more minutes and sighed.

I slowly grabbed his hand which was snaked around my waist and and lifted it so I could slip away. As I was gonna get up, his hand came crashing back to it's original place, around my waist. I huffed and wriggled myself to be let free.

I heard a groan and he pulled me tighter towards him. I looked at the side stand and grabbed my phone to see the time. It was 7:46 am. I widened my eyes in horror as I realized that there were only 29 minutes to reach school.

I immediately tapped Brian's cheek. He didn't respond. I tapped harder this time and he groaned and fluttered his eyes open.

"What happened dimple?" His groggy voice was somehow deeper. I almost melted.

"It's 7:47 pumpkin. I have to go, I have only 28 minutes." I used the nickname.

"Just don't go." He mumbled.

"No I have to. Now get up, I don't even have my clothes right now." I snapped.

"Ugh! Fine" He sighed and moved himself away and got up. The warmth of his body was gone and I wanted it back again.

Isn't that what you wanted?

I rolled my eyes at myself and moved out of the bed. I looked around the room and found my bag.

"Dimple?" Brian called out from the bathroom.

"Yeah?" I answered.

"There is a spare tooth brush in here you can use that and I'll get you clothes." He told

"Pumpkin, you don't have to do that, I can just go ho-"

"I'm not taking no for an answer." He stated and I scowled at him before walking inside the bathroom.

I brushed and came out to get the clothes.
Brian was standing there with two outfits in his hand.

A sleeveless pink crop top with ripped jeans which looked around my size.

And on the other hand was a pink skirt which reached only mid thigh and a off shoulder top which only covered your boobs.

" where the fuck did you get these from?? Slut store?? " I scoffed.

"Hey! It isn't my problem. These belong to my cousin. She loves pink." Brian snorted. I rolled my eyes and only grabbed the jeans.

"Dimple, are you going topless??" He growled. I gaped at him.

"What do you think??" I retorted before walking into his closet.

He had a lot of hoodies, shirts, T shirts and even a few suits. I looked and grabbed a black hoodie and smiled to myself.

I walked out and held it in front of him.

"Out of everything you took my favorite hoodie?" He whined

"Pretty please!!" I pouted and gave him the puppy eyes. He grumbled and sighed ' fine'. I grinned, cheekily.

"There is also a towel in!" He informed and I nodded my head before heading towards the bathroom.

I showered and used his body wash which of course smelt like him before changing into the clothes.

I looked in the mirror and smiled at the hoodie. I felt comfy and safe in these and these smelt like him which made me smile harder.

I got out of the bathroom and found no one in the room. I grabbed my bag and exited the room when I heard few voices.

"Son, I need you to take care of it. Do whatever you want to fix it." I think that was Brian's dad.

" Kay dad I'll text Damon and Dylan to be there ASAP. " Brian replied.

" Also be careful, there is gonna be a face off nearby." Brian's dad warned and Brian hummed in response.

Instead of eavesdropping, I decided to walk over towards them.

"Pumpkin I need to go." I called out and he whipped his head over at my direction with wide eyes.

"Pumpkin huh son?" His dad smirked and Brian rolled his eyes.

"I'll see you later dad." Brian told and came towards me. He grabbed my hand and we started heading out. 

"Where are you going?" I asked, curiosity laced in my voice.

"Work." He shrugged.

"Why do I feel like your hiding something?" I stated as I put the seatbelt.

"Dad has work for me in the office Dimple." Brian sighed.

"So you won't be coming today?" I questioned in dissapointment.

"Yes. You'll miss me?" He smirked and I scoffed at him.

"You wish"

"I do" He retorted and I grew a shade of pink.

After a few moments, my mind drifted back to the time he told he has feelings for someone. I unkowingly clench my fists. She definitely must be pretty, smart, and what not. I'm a fool to think that ther was a chance between us.

"What's going on in that mind of yours?" He asked and I snapped out of my daze.

"Nothing..... was just wondering." I mumbled, quietly.

"So your parents are coming tomorrow?" He asked and I shook my head.

"Day after" I corrected and he nodded.

"Pumpkin?" I called out and he groaned before humming. I chuckled.

"Describe her" I stated more than asked.

"Describe who?....... Oh her?" He seemed to ask himself.

"Yeah her." I snapped.

"Well....How do I say this?...." 

"With your mouth." I sassed.

"Calm down with your sass Dimple." He warned and I rolled my eyes at him.

"Okay tell!" I exclaimed.

"She is really beautiful.....damn fierce and quite smart and loves getting on my nerves sometime." He told in admiration. I bit my lip in frustration and looked at my hands which were placed on my thighs. The car halted and I looked up to find that we had already reached. 

"Kay' bye" I waved and pushed the car door open before being pulled back in.

He had his grip on my wrist and he leaned forward a bit. Our faces were inches away and I was almost gonna give in. I realized the mistake I was going to make and yanked my hand off his grip and pulled back.

"You should probably do this with your girl." I told in a cold tone before getting off and shutting the door. I heard the car move and I sighed.

As I walked in front of the gates, I was met with a very happy looking Willy.

"Maya!!! It's been so long since we met!" Willy exclaimed while putting a hand over my shoulder.

"Willy.... We met yesterday." I chuckled.

"Stop exaggerating." He scoffed and I giggled.

"How was Taco Tuesday?" I asked and he let a satisfied groan.

"Amazing as usual. How about you? What did you do yesterday?" He questioned.

"Nothing much" I shrugged.

"Wait a minute....." He scanned my outfit and I mumbled 'fuck' under my breath.

"Why do you smell like a guy? and why is your hoodie so huge?" He raised an eyebrow.

"I don't smell like a guy. You smell like a girl." I scoffed and he gave me a unimpressed look.

"Oh my god! You smell like Brian!" he widened his eyes and I clamped his mouth shut. I looked around and noticed few students staring at our directions.

"What are you looking at? Scram!" I glared.

"How was it?" Willy exclaimed as if he were a child waiting for his chocolate.

"How was what?" I furrowed my brows in confusion.

"Ugh! How was the sex May?" Willy told, bluntly. My eyes widened and my breath hitched at what he told.

"We didn't do it." I muttered and tried to hide the heatness rising in my cheeks.

"You didn't? "

"Wait why would we?" I asked and he laughed.

"Because your together?" He told in a duh tone.

"We are not" I yelled and he smirked.

"Sure." He told sarcastically.

"I'm serious and besides he likes someone else." I clenched my jaw.

"He does?" Willy asked, confused.

"Yep and why are we talking about him?" I groaned.

"Okay change of topic." Willy grinned and started tempting me with the Taco's he had yesterday.

We headed towards our lockers and we grabbed our math textbook when I heard a voice call me.

I turned and found Sam standing in front of me.

"Oh hey Sammy!" I chirped.

"You got lucky today May.." He sighed and hugged me.

"What do you mean?" I asked.

"Jax didn't know that you stayed over. He would have gone crazy if he found it out. Luckily Maria covered up for you telling that you left early cause you had to prepare for a test." Sam explained and I nodded.

"Okay......" 

"Wait... you guys didn't do anything right?" He eyed me suspiciously.

"No we didn't Sammy. Just chill." I smiled at him and he relaxed.

"Anyways I have some work after school so I'll come back late." He informed and I shrugged.

"Cool" I nodded. He looked to my right and I turned my head there.

Willy stood there, staring at us or more like staring at him. Sam's eyes too lingered on Willy for sometime before breaking off and looked back at me.

"I'll see you later. kay?" Sammy kissed my cheek and I smiled.

"Bye Will." Sam awkwardly waved at William. William was startled but caught on.

"Bye" He gave a fake salute. Sam rushed to the other side.

"Bye Will." I mimicked Sam and he groaned before punching my arm.

It was lunch break now and I was heading towards the cafeteria. As soon as I entered, I was joined by Willy and Harper.

"Hey guys" I grinned.

"Sup" Willy told nonchalantly.

"Hey" Harper sighed.

"Thanks for the enthusiasm." I gave a blank face.

"Sorry it's just that....." I cut her off

"You miss Damon." I finished her sentence and she nodded while blushing.

"How do you do that?" Willy asked in shock.

"Do what?" I asked.

"Finish each other-" I cut him off too.

"Sentences? Yeah I don't know." I smirked.

"What the f-"

"Fuck." I smirked again.

"Holy-" 

"Shit" I responded coolly.

"Okay s-"

"Stop? Fine." I smirked and looked at shocked face.

Harper bursted out laughing while my smirk grew. Jake walked up to us and sat next to me.

"What did I miss?" Jake asked in curiosity.

"You missed Will getting the shock of his life...." I zoned out as she narrated what just happened. 

From the corner of my eye, I noticed few figures coming towards us and my head snapped in that direction. It was Gina and her minions. I groaned in annoyance as she came towards us.

"Well well well look who it is Tia." Gina smirked. I looked behind her to find Tia standing. She looked pretty scared, almost as if she were shitting in her pants.

I gave them a blank face, Did they really think I would get affected by he rtaking away Tia?

"What do you want?" I asked in a cold tone. Few of the girls took a step back. I internally smirked at their choice.

"I wanna show you who is boss." She smirked.

"And who is that?" I asked getting a few chuckles in our tables. Gina glared at them and looked back at me.

"Of course me! Don't act dumb." She screeched and I cringed.

"If you really were the 'boss' then you wouldn't have to show or prove anything." I smirked.

"Nice one." Jake whispered.

"You bitch!" She screamed and almost grabbed my neck when she was pulled away by her own friend.

"G, this is school. Let's continue this later. Call her for the face off." Some other girl in her group told. Gina smirked at the idea.

"Okay how about we settle this in the ring? Tonight at 8. Be ready for the worst fight ever. One of my girls will text you the address." Gina smiled, wickedly.

"Fight where?" I furrowed my eyebrows.

"In Combattere club." She smirked and walked away.

"Combattere? I've heard that before." I thought out loud and looked around the table to see shock evident on their faces.

"Maya....you just got invited to the illegal fight club in this town." Jake told in shock.
